Shopped here and looked for a clerk to answer a product question but no one was available. Very limited on items for sale.

We decided to surprise our son with a Pacman frog that he has been wanting. Andrea helped us pick out our new pet and everything we needed . She was very knowledgeable and gave us great tips on what to do. I highly recommend this store and especially Andrea.

bought a new tank and had it all set up let everything filter through for a couple days, then we went and got about 5 fish, 3 of them have already died, it’s been 4 days since we got them. 1 died the next day and today 2 more just passed away. we even checked the water. DO NOT BUY FISH FROM HERE, our pet smart fish our doing amazing. they have a good variety of tanks and decor for the tanks though.

I was down in the myrtle beach area and needed to give my furry buddy NUTTERZ a spa day... The wonderful lady who actually dealt with him (thank u so much gorgeous) was very helpful and had no problems with my furry friend... I enjoyed the interaction and experience very much that next time i am down their I now know where I'll be going....

Petco in NMB is absolutely the BEST!! Everyone is so helpful!! Andrea took the time to show me how to clip my bearded dragons nails! And Emanuel always helps me with any question that I have! Y’all are awesome!!

I asked for help for my dog needs to look for a lead leash. The sales person took me to where they are but acted like I was wasting there time The front register also the same. What happened is it that bad to work there!! :(

Better than Petsmart in many ways! The staff really love the animals and take them out to play! They even get animals from people like lizards or fish who are unwanted and they find homes for them. Only downside is they don't have a huge selection of dog treats, food and cats as well. A bit pricy.
