Avoid their overpriced services. Needed to euthanize a 19 year old small cat. They wanted double what others charge. ($200) I would never do business with them.

We like Banfield. They have made caring for our pups affordable. Both dogs are on their "Wellness Plan". We have noticed since the move out of Petsmart that its near impossible to get an appointment. In Sept the 1st available was mid November, just to see her and December for the surgery.... a bit longer than we thought.

I took my adopted kitten in, they were very busy!!! Great staff, the lady at the front desk was amazing and juggling unbelievably. I was extremely happy with the service and care from front to back. North Myrtle Beach Banfield is awesome!!!!

Made an appointment and was called the same week to cancel the appointment, after waiting a whole month to be seen for my new puppy. They then couldn’t get me in for another month away. My puppy is due for her shots and they keep pushing it off, also found out puppy has worms and thank God I found another vet. Totally don’t recommend very unreliable.

I absolutely love Dr. Hibma, Dr. Hunt, and all their nurses! My GSP, Typhon, has been going there since he was 2 months old. The staff is very professional and friendly. I love that when I call or bring him in for monthly weigh ins that Jane knows me and my fur baby. I feel like every staff member that I’ve met genuinely cares about my baby, and they all get excited to see how big he gets! I am very grateful to all of them!!

I have been with Banfield in Raleigh for years and recently relocated to Southern Brunswick County. I have been pleased with the service and care here so far. EDIT: I wrote this after the first visit. I have become very disillusioned with Banfield in North Myrtle. I have been multiple times and never once met a vet--just the admins or vet techs. After a couple visits, they finally got the eye treatment correct. Once I was told I would need a cone collar to go with his treatment and they forgot to provide one. They did call up later and apologize for forgetting. Every time you call, you get an abrupt woman who says something like, "Banfield Pet Hospital, if this is not an emergency, please hand on"....and on and on and on. This morning I didnt respond quick enough so she hung up on me. It sounds rude and unnecessary. I had to go to corporate to cancel my Wellness Plan because it was scheduled to continue until July 2022 without my acceptance. After considerable complaining at corporate level, I was able to get it cancelled. That is $41/month or almost $500 a year for service I would not use at this location. I had great experience with the Leesville location in Raleigh for about 8 years but the Myrtle Beach location is subpar. NOT ALL BANFIELDS ARE THE SAME.

Great welcome from the staff upon arrival and they took great care of Napoleon (our Dachshund). The only less positive thing is the time in hold when you call. Why it's 4 and not 5 stars ⭐????

Even though this Banfield is very busy all the time, the staff is always able to fill every request with a good attitude. I especially like to work with Trace or Jan; Robert is great also

I have been taking my dogs to 4 different Banfield Hospital over 20 years. I just went to this location for the first time and I was impressed by the front desk staff. They are quick, friendly, and update the pet owners frequently. The veterinarian who called me about my dog ( it was drop-off) was very thorough and reasonable. Although another Banfield clinic is a little closer by distance, I will continue to take my dogs to this location.

Best place ever!!! Never go anywhere else and I know they love and care about all their patients. Made me feel at ease and made sure to explain everything and made sure I could make an informed decision about my baby’s care. Gwen went above and beyond and I’m forever grateful and will tell any and everyone I can about them!!!

Fantastic! They were very accommodating, had exactly what I needed with my Toby's special food. And a nice gentleman customer helped me out to the car with 35 lbs of said dog food. Toby saysTx loads! ????????????

Called to schedule an appt. Was able to be seen the same day. Warm and friendly staff. After the visit, we were called the next day and asked how our dog was doing, given steps to take if not improving. Very good follow through service.
