They were very good with getting everything they needed before my puppy’s first appointment to make the first one go smooth. They also were so helpful and attentive to us! Glad I was recommended to come to them!

They take the animal once you arrive at the building ( call when you arrive there ) Lady who helped me with my cat was Very nice ????

Dr Kristen and Corey and Parker are all extremely friendly, professional and really caring. Will always be happy to bring our animals here. Very knowledgeable.

maybe because of covid, probably not, but they didn't bother to listen or properly check my little guy out. rattled off plenty of stuff that wasn't in the paperwork. won't be going back. I dnt need to wonder why it's so easy to get an appointment now

We had to take our dog in to be neutered and they were very sweet with him. You do not go into the office you pull up and call when you get there and they come out and get your dog or your pet and let you know any information that you need to know. They take your payment right at the car. Everything went very smoothly. I have taken him back since then to get the kennel cough vaccine and again you just pull right up you telephone the number is right outside and they come out and take care of you. The attendant even went back in and got my dog a treat which he loved!

Google should NOT list this place as an emergency veterinarian. We showed up there 4 weeks ago as it was listed as the closest emergency vet to our home with a dog having severe seizures. Sadly, our dog ended up passing that day. This practice would not open the door although they could see us outside the window in a desperate situation, nor would they answer the phone. If your pet is in a dire situation, please take them elsewhere.

Nice people, been going there for years, but they have rearly been able to sees us emergently, when you really need them. My dog needed stitches 2 days ago, and we were told the VET that was working the next 2 days couldn't do stitches, REALLY , what kind of VET works there... and this was not the first time, usually they say take them to the ER , .... We live very close to them, but I'm to the point that I will just drive 5 miles to sees a different vet, that when we called said come now , he would sees her, and it wasn't the ER...But I'm sure they could care less about losing a client... seems to be there attitude.

Everyone here is so warm and friendly. I feel like they really care about my fur baby and her happiness. They are very informative and are not trying to gauge your wallet. Vet bills are always expensive but they do everything they can to make you feel the value behind their services. I’m so glad I moved back to this area so I could rejoin this family.

good place to take your pet

They are fantastic! Truly care about your pet's health, they take time with you and your pet while you're in there, never feel rushed. Always follow up after appointments and take the time to answer any questions you may have.

The vets here are very knowledgeable and nice, however I cannot say the same for the other staff members. They never seem to pick up their phone calls, and requesting an appointment through their suggested app PetDesk isn’t any better. We requested an appointment to have my pup spayed, and arrived for the bloodwork appointment. After paying for the bloodwork appt, they told us the appointment for the actual spay would be too far away and we would need to schedule another bloodwork appointment... why would you not make it so the appointments were closer in time so it made sense? Why would we want to pay for two bloodwork appointments?? Either way they took our money for the last time. Will not be going here again.

Awesome staff. My pets feel right at home and comfortable when we have to bring them in.

We want to thank The Animal Hospital of North Charleston. My fur baby Rico was hurt on Sunday and they were open and saw us right away. We found them to be kind, concerned and very thorough with the care of my baby. Thank you so much. We even got a follow up call to see how he was doing a few days later. As long as we live in South Carolina, I will continue to go to the Animal Hospital of North Charleston. Thanks Ladies.

Dr. Ingram and her staff are amazing and they always take care of my babies. I own 2 breeds that are the most misunderstood a Chihuahua and a pit and they are always handled with great care and love.

I recently took my very ill cat here for emergency care. The staff was friendly and compassionate, and the Doctor was amazing. Even though it was an emergency, I decided that my other fur babies would be treated here as well from now on.

If I could give no stars I would! Will never go there again and will tell everyone I know not to go!

These folks are AMAZING!! They were incredibly patient with my millions of questions and were incredibly communicative from start to finish. I was a bit nervous about my dog going inside without me because he can get nippy when fearful but they were so kind and caring that I instantly felt better -- and they even gave him a glowing review afterwards. Their rates are reasonable and they genuinely care about the health and well-being of our furry (and probably scaly!) loved ones.
