This was my very first time visiting a pet store. My daughter and I was justing, The associate Cari saw us looking and asked us if we needed help. I told her my daughter was looking for a fish. Between customer she answered all of our question. She explained everything I needed to know about betta fishes. Cari displayed excellent customer service. It was a pleasure shopping at the store because her and I will return.

I booked an appointment to have my dog groomed at the 7400 Rivers Ave Suite Z, North Charleston SC 29406 location. When I booked the appointment, I thought I had booked it for 9:45am January 5th. It looks like I am mistaken and booked it for 9:15. I did not realize, and arrived at the location at 9:30 thinking I was early. When I tried to check in, the rude woman who was working in the grooming salon stated that my appointment was for 9:15 and refused service. Said the best she could do was reschedule. She was not understanding, she did not apologize, she did not do anything but tell me how it would inconvenience her, put her behind on other appointments and she refused to honor my appointment even though at that time, I was only 15 minutes late. Keep in mind, this was unintentional, I thought I had booked for 9:45am. I was upset, so spoke with the manager at the location. He went and then spoke to the woman who was grooming at that point. He apologized and so did the other associate who was working at the registers. They agreed it made no sense and that she should have honored my appointment. He told me that the best they could do was call me if there was a cancelation. This part was even more frustrating considering that THERE WAS A CANCELATION considering she refused to take her appointment. So using that logic, they should have given me the time slot that they had just taken away. To be clear, under no circumstances would I ever leave my dog with that woman at this point. Never have I dealt with an employee that cold and uncaring. While I was speaking with the manager and other employee, I could see the woman in the grooming salon watching the encounter through the windows. Towards leaving the store, it honestly felt like she was saying no just because she was able to do it. With the amount of time taken to speak to all associates, the rude woman in the grooming salon could have already taken my dog back and could have started the grooming process and that would have taken up less of her time than what resulted for her refusing service. I live 30 minutes away, I drove an hour round trip to be treated like I don’t matter and my concerns were not valid by your grooming employee.

I like how they have upgraded the types of food they offer. They have a huge selection of foods and other needs for all pets. Also their groomers are awesome with reasonable prices. Morgan is bomb.

Very disappointed. Scheduled an appointment and they didn't put it down. Taking a very eldery, 87 lb dog in and out of a jeep isn't for the faint of heart. We desperately needed this done for family photos.

Daphne cut my TUGGERS nails and both the dog and I love her!! SO CUTE SHE IS!❤ Explained everything and was so gentle and kind my dog was confused where he wanted to go.????????????????

I bought both of these products at Petco and was astounded when I went to Walmart to a few non animal products. I could not believe the price difference. At Petco, For the Capstar flea pills I paid $51 Walmart had the exact same product for $21. At Petco, I paid $19 for the Natural Care flea spray, while Walmart had it for just over $5. I will definitely do more research before I step into Petgo again

This bed was marked down from $149 to $32!! It's great quality and my pup loves it. Enough said I think!! Highly recommend.

Decent selection of foods,care products,toys,leashes and collars etc, but everything is very, very pricey. They don't carry anything for the treatment of mange mites in dogs. Surprising, and a disappointment. Nice and helpful staff though.
