We were very pleased with Camp Bow Wow. Our two pups went for a trial day and we already have them booked for a regular daycare day. Our Zeke took a little bit of time to warm up to the new setting but having cameras to watch was super helpful because later he warmed up and we were able to see him having a good time. Our pup Bailey was wiped out when we picked her up and she was happy as can be. Biggest plus for us was the cameras we checked frequently throughout the day and loved being able to see what they were up to.

Best Place on Earth for our furry friends. After a day of play with his new friends, Oliver fell asleep in the car on the way home

Camp Bow Wow saved our vacation! We were staying at a pet friendly resort on Myrtle Beach but our dog was being naughty (barking) so we called Camp Bow Wow. Having been to the one in NY by us, they were able to quickly create an account for him at the Myrtle Beach location and we were able to being him in that same morning. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We were a "clone" from Tampa. So glad that Camp Bow Wow Charleston took in our Grayton as one of the family. He had a great time and allowed us to enjoy our vacation worry free that our pup was taken care of. Thank you!!! We hope to be back soon!

Everyone we met was so nice and helpful. Our pup gets his much needed playtime and exercise when he visits, and when we return for pick up, he's happy and ready to snooze. Success!

Absolutely love this place they treat my dog Breck like family and he is wiped out when he comes home. The camper cameras are great for peace of mind and watching your pup make new friends.

Our dog Dawson loves to come to camp!! She gets all of her energy out and is constantly playing. The owner, Suzette, is so wonderful and is always there to talk to me if I have any concerns.

Staff is always welcoming, even if it's a last minute drop off. Rates are reasonable for the area and the pups ways seem to get excited when we drive into the parking lot.

Update: the owner, Suzette, has been in contact with us daily since the incident. They have reviewed the tape and now say that our dog was not being aggressive, just playful, and another dog wanted his/her space and bit her. I can tell that Suzette is knowledgeable and passionate about the business and she has worked very hard to make things right, including refunding us and implementing new a new practice at Camp Bow Wow to ensure that if something like this happens again they can at least notify the owners. Probably not going to send our pup there again but feel very encouraged by the actions they have taken. Deeply disappointed. Our dog has stayed at Camp Bow Bow several times. We were always satisfied in the past. It has been several years since her last stay, however, and we have just had a horrific experience. On picking our dog up from a 2 night stay today, we noticed that she had a deep, gaping, bleeding wound on her neck, which was wet as though someone had done a slapshod job of rinsing the blood of just prior to pick-up. We've had several conversations with staff and they immediately blamed her and said she had been showing aggression and dominance but they did not know what happened. They admitted that they leave some dogs out unsupervised and are pulling the tape, have promised to provide a refund (we'll see). Here's the thing, our dog has NEVER been aggressive in her life. She is submissive to cats, small dogs, and even frogs. We have a 2 year old child whom she has never EVER shown anything but tenderness to. We hope they make things right but I'm very disappointed in their immediate response. We should have been notified upon pickup of her injury. I know it was a holiday weekend and they had a lot of dogs there, so things were probably hectic, but please. Do better.

Great place for dogs! I have been happy with the care my dog received here. Staff is always friendly and they have been very flexible with pickup and drop off time/date changes. Only wish it was closer to my house!

We use them whenever we go on trips overnight, which is not that often. But when we do, they always remember my dog and she is super excited to be there to play with the other dogs. Would highly recommend this place

Tiffany and her Team are awesome! They care for and love our two girls just like we need them to when we are away.

Unprofessional, no knowledge of dogs, and a RUDE manager. Your dog would be better off left at home. My dog came back with a bleeding bite wound to her neck and whining in pain. I am warning you. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO CAMP BOW WOW! You and your dog will regret it.

Everyone is friendly and welcoming. We can watch Bay on the webcam(s). She always comes home happy. Our dog is always excited to spend a day and /or night at Camp Bowwow. That says everything.
