They do great work. I'd been going there for all my grooming needs but all of a sudden they couldn't get me an appointment sooner than a little over a month away. That we as a hard pill.

Have been taking my Shih-poo only here for the last 3 years. Even when I moved further away I continue to make the drive back

My Boykin has been coming here for 6 years, for grooming and doggie daycare and boarding (except during covid) the owners are awesome, the grooming excellent, and the staff loves dogs. Excellent Covid sign in/check out procedures. Prices have gone up, but what hasn't. They groom all kinds of dogs, even tough to handle. I buy the daycare package.

We had such a great experience there. We were new clients that walked in to make an appointment and was asked if we could come back later that morning???? My baby needed a good grooming. I would give them 5 stars across the board hands down. I would say the only negative thing that happened was after she had a fresh cut and bath. We walked outside to walk her to see if she needed to go to the bathroom before we left. Someone else had evidently done the same thing. Except they didn't pick up there dogs mess and my little one stepped right in it. Right after she was cleaned and everything. ????It was a hot mess getting that stuff from in between her nails before we put her back in our vehicle. ???? Which I know it's not the owners fault. It was obviously a client ????‍♀️

They do an awesome job with our pups when we go out of town.

I am a very picky person when it comes to how my cavalier king Chalres is treated. I don’t really like boarding my dog, but sometimes there are situations where one must. Thankfully, the Grooming Room takes the responsibility of watching pets very seriously. Their top priority is taking care of the dogs. They offer different experiences for your furry family member including “tuck in time” at night, which shows that they understand the way people feel about their pets. I think sometimes they get a little overwhelmed and tangled with tasks. But I will say that at the end of the day, they kept my dog safe and took care of her needs. They even allowed me to call them and ask about how my dog was doing during the stay. If you need to board your dog, I recommend this one, but just remember in your dog’s eyes, no one will ever replace you and the comforts of home.

Nick did a beautiful job grooming our cockapoo!! She called if she had a question about particular details. We have been clients of The Grooming Room for 30 years, and have always been happy with their service.

I have been using the Grooming Room for over 4 years and have recommended them to friends and family. Today I was just informed that they only take walk-ins between 9-3 and don't schedule appointments for nail trims. Just lost a customer along with the 10 people I will most likely tell and then the 10 people they will tell and so on.

This place has always made my doggo the cleanest boi in these streets. Always a 10 outta 10 job, give my boi a tie or bandana everytime. Also my doggo is always happy and smiling coming out from there. Dont bother with anyone else, this is the spot

Our family dog stayed three days - two nights at this place. This was the 1st time our dog had stayed away from home. The staff was friendly both on the phone and in-person. Prices were reasonable and service was prompt and professional. I had a lot of questions and they took the time to explain everything to me - great customer service. Our dog will be back.

My dog Leroy loves boarding at The Grooming Room! They are the only ones I will use. They allow him to play all day with other dogs included in their boarding charge. I also love that they post on Facebook regularly so you can keep tabs on your fur babies when you are out of town. I definitely recommend them!

They do an INCREDIBLE job for a great price! My pup had his first professional grooming experience here yesterday (because the reviews were so amazing). They live up to the hype and exceeded my expectations! When I dropped him off his nails were long, fur was wild and a bit rough to the touch and he was shedding everywhere in the house. I picked him up a couple hours later and he looked so sharp and handsome! His coat is the shiniest and softest it’s ever been, toe nails clipped down short, fur was trimmed up in all the right places, and he looked so happy! I will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you to the staff for taking such great care of my fur-baby!
