This was my aging kitty’s first time getting professionally groomed. She came home from the The Charleston Cat Groomer with a comfy new cut and feeling much better! Whitney did an awesome job!

I took my long haired 14 year old cat for a bath and to get rid of mats on his belly and they did an amazing job. He looks and feels great and they took really good care of him. No anxiety at all on the way. home. I'll definitely take him back.

Tiffany enjoys her visit to Charleston Cat Groomer every 3-4 months for her Minimalist package. She's arrives a Princess, but she leaves feeling like a Queen! Whitney never disappoints! My 12-year-old cat has started needing a little extra help grooming, so I brought him to The Charleston Cat Groomer for his first-ever professional grooming. I was a very nervous cat parent, but they were so friendly and kind, and their work is excellent. Best of all, I have a happy little gentleman who isn’t struggling so much to clean himself now! We will definitely be returning in the future.

My cat came out looking like a different cat! (He was overdue for a good bath) They were truly amazing with him. He was not stressed at all!!! - I will not be taking either of my cats anywhere else!

Everyone was super nice and Whitney was amazing with my cat! She was quick and efficient for my appointment and gave me some great advice. 10/10 would recommend.

Let me start by saying the work that is done here is excellent. The problem, however, was a bad experience I had today with pricing. I originally made an appointment for a bath which is is $90. I called and asked that it be changed to a trim. The trim is listed at about $50. The person on the phone asked if I would like a long hair cut or a lion cut, making ZERO mention that there would be a price difference. I don't know the first thing about cat grooming, so I said sure, why not the lion cut. After arriving to pick up my cat, the person at the counter informed me it would be $185. When I said that nobody told me it would be such a big difference, she told me the prices are on the website. I didn't book a lion cut online and anyone with any sense would have informed a customer that their fee was going to be TRIPLE the amount when they were on the phone. That is extremely poor customer service and I truly hope it was worth losing a customer and any positive recommendation I would give to friends and family. To be clear, the price I paid for what I got is fair, I just feel tricked into spending money I don't have for a cat's haircut.

Whitney and her staff are amazing - she is so great with the cats, they are so friendly, and it’s a darling little shop too! Totally worth it for my two shaggy long haired mostly outdoor kitties who need to keep cool in the summer and just be clean for a while too!! Can’t thank them enough!

She came to our house was very polite and trimmed our cats nails within 5 minutes. She was very quick but gentle with it. Could not recommend more.

These ladies really are the best. As a veterinarian, I am very picky about who grooms my cats. I am so glad to have found Charleston Cat Groomers. Not only do they do impeccable work, but they really understand cats and cat behavior. My cat has never been groomed with such detail. Even 2 weeks later, she still looks wonderful. Everyone was so nice and took such wonderful care of my cat Sally! She always would shed so much no matter how much I brushed her! After taking her to the Charleston cat groomer sally is no longer shedding with each pet, and is SO soft and smells so nice! We will definitely be back! ❤️

I had a great experience! My cat has a lot of anxiety and I tried grooming him unmedicated (tip: if you have a nervous cat then medicate them for everyone’s sake). From the start of the visit they made my cat’s safety a top priority. They made sure not to stress him out and had a lot of tricks up their sleeves for getting the job done while trying to keep him as calm as possible. I felt like he was in great hands from the start and that they truly cared about his well-being. I will absolutely be going to them again (but with a medicated cat next time).

We got the plush cut with wash for our girl, Molly. She looks fantastic. They did an amazing job. We were recommended to them by our vet and we're glad we did. We'll worth the trip from John's Island

Whitney is so awesome! I have had other people groom my cat and no one has done the job near as good as her. I trust my fat scared baby Gracie with her because she is more happy and less scared when she gets home. Also, she gives me better advice than my vet. I was trying to get my cat to lose weight so she could better groom herself and what the vet told me did nothing. I took Whitney’s advice and she lost 2 pounds in a month. And that was only one of many good tips she has given me. I can’t recommend her enough!!!
