Great work! They take amazing care of our three dogs (shih tzu / cocker spaniel / lab-hound mix). They contact us to schedule care when they are due so we never fall behind. Couldn't be happier with their service.

These ladies did a great job with my old girl Layla. They applied rubber nails on her that I brought to them so that she will not fall as much or slip as much. They have helped so much with her not falling! They also did a fantastic job grooming her. Beautiful shave job! They were very accommodating meeting me outside with masks bc of covid and my immune system. Layla came out happy and beautiful. I highly recommend these guys!!

I have been taking my standard poodle here for 3 years (since he was a puppy). I never go anywhere else, and we even live in Ohio but find a way to come visit Charleston and get him groomed. Totally worth it. He gets a perfect groom every time.

Our dog is extremely difficult, specifically with nail trims. Pleasant Paws was successful with her entire grooming - she came back happy and well groomed, a true miracle with our nervous girl! we could not be happier with the end result.

This grooming salon might be my favorite place by far in Charleston to make my Bichon Frise look her best. The team at Pleasant Paws are so kind and efficient with their time. They can schedule me within a week unlike other pet grooming establishments in the area. I love the team and I love how they make me and my fluffy white sassy dog feel

Fran, Michelle, and the entire crew at Pleasant Paws are fabulous! I've been bringing my two Shih Tzus to them for over 5 years and have never found fault with their service. I highly recommend Pleasant Paws!

Very disappointed and concerned after picking up my dog today when I saw his left eye was completely red from multiple blood vessels that burst. They didn’t know what I was talking about when I pointed it out but gave multiple reasons as to how it could’ve happened. I was so worried that I sent pictures to the vet and they asked me to come it. It was apparently from some sort of trauma and he’s now on antibacterial and steroid drops three times a day. Luckily no scratches to his cornea. The fact that they had no idea what I was talking about or at least pretended not to is very concerning because his eye was very obvious to me and even the lady in line behind me. I’m not sure that I’ll bring him back. I feel like I should not have been charged fully for his grooming or that they should pay for my vet bill since it happened under their watch.

I was excited to finally find a reasonable groomer in the area; however, they majorly lacked in costumer service. My dog was there for over 8 hours and there was not one call telling me what was going on. I called frequently through out the day but all they had to tell me was they were low on staff. When I went to finally pick my dog up, they did not even bother to apologize. This service is unacceptable and kept me waiting all day.

I love this place and I love everyone here, they are so professional and sweet and my dog always looks fantastic!

Customer service is awful. Very rude. My dog has been groomed since she was a puppy. Recently moved to the area.. tried this groomer. First thing Francette said was “ if she is matted she will be shaved!!!” Is this how you greet new customer? My dog gets combed daily. When I picked up my dog i cried. Long pieces still all over. Face looked like a child got hold of scissors.

I call this place Unpleasant Paws. They never do what i ask regarding my dog's haircut, owner is always grumpy, you can always get a pretty fast appt which is why I EVER use them but I always say to myself, "never again". And, they're too expensive! $65 for a miniature poodle? With a bad cut? Never again!

Love it! They know what they're doing. I didn't feel confident in asking what haircut my Sheltie needed and they knew immediately what I needed. Love the results each time.

Great dog grooming experience. Our tibetan terrier is an energetic puppy and a bit hard to control at times. The staff at Pleasant Paws did a great job grooming him anyway, and the price was reasonable. Strongly recommended!

Michelle groomed my cocker spaniel, Chrissy for the five and a half years we lived in Mount Pleasant, and I never wanted any other groomer for my baby. Pleasant Paws has given my dogs by far the best grooming they've ever had! Fran has been grooming my springer spaniels for about two years and always sends them home looking great. I followed Fran to Pleasant Paws from her previous location because of the wonderful work she does with them! I couldn't imagine taking them anywhere else!
