My german shepherd was being lethargic and had diarrhea. I called them to make an appoinment and even tho they were fully booked that day they were able to book me an emergency consult. Vet & Staffs were very nice. They really care about your pets.

Dr Erin met me at a time that was not on her schedule as I shared that Stoli was vomiting and very lethargic . She looked at him, took his temp and immediately called the emergency clinic for me since his temp was 106. Without her help my boy ( the black owl eyed one ) would not be with us today . She’s amazing and we are so lucky to call them our vet ! We love you Dr Erin and Dr Brett!

Dr Erin and Dr Brett are awesome. They aren’t only good with pets but they’re also great to work with for pet owners. We HIGHLY recommend them.

Best vet & helpers EVER!!

After specifically clarifying with staff members during multiple phone calls, I was turned away and denied service because I didn’t have a cat carrier (and was refused one by the office) for my leash-trained cat. My cat has been seen at this office for many years under the same circumstances and it was never an issue for the office before. Due to poor communication and staff management, we will not be returning. You shouldn’t treat a loyal customer of many years with this sort of disrespect.

the entire staff are warm and welcoming. my family and I have been with Dr. Brett and Dr. Erin for over 25 years. they are the best.

The people here are personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this vet to anyone in Mt. P or the surrounding areas.

I wish I knew about these folks years ago! They are very thorough, caring, efficient (covid- practices) and reasonable. They dont waste your time or make you feel like your on a car lot and have to pay extra for every little thing. The staff and Doctor were super informative and patient with my questions. You call and get a friendly Emily on the phone immediately. For me there is no other option...Long Point Animal Hospital is the only pet care provider our family will be using for our pets going forward.

I have never been more impressed with a vet. I have a very sweet but VERY vet-anxious pit bull mix who cannot get his nails clipped without being completely put under. That is until I met Joey! She was amazing, we did the chill protocol and were planning for just a meet and greet but my dog Lennon was able to get his nails clipped, shots, and samples done all while fully awake on the first visit. I couldn’t believe it. They did all of this while I waited in the car because of corona precautions. Safe to say I will be recommending this vet to anyone who asks. It was such a relief to finally have a vet visit where I felt like they understood the needs of my dog and were thorough and patient with him to make it a positive visit. Amanda was very helpful getting all of his paperwork pulled from previous vets and allowing Lennon to come in at the end of the day to minimize the amount of activity going on around him. THANK YOU!

I'm new to the area and took my dog Dixie here. I absolutely love all the staff! They took time to talk to me and treated Dixie like family! Prices are the best in the area. I have Dixie scheduled for a dental in August!

I am so darn happy to have found this veterinarian. We have a fresh puppy and the other vets we have tried in the area were overpriced, spooky (RUN FROM BANFIELD), and just not good. Our new dog, wanted to make sure he was in good hands I know he is here. They love animals, don't nickle and dime, and have such a friendly staff. Happy Angus goes here!

Wonderful docs and staff. My dog needed to be on a very expensive drug and they took the time to find it for 60 a month vs 2000 that the emergency vet charged. They take the time to listen and care.
