Cats Only Animal Hospital Mount Pleasant, South Carolina

I drive all the way from Ridgeville to see this facility and vet. He is worth every mile of that drive. He has taking such wonderful car of my Pepper.

I drive all the way from west Ashley to see this vet!! Highly recommend if you have cats! They are the best and truly care about the animals!!

I've been to them before. I had great service. My cat's exam wasn't rushed. Tests for this and that wasn't pushed at me! Love them.

I've been bring Spanky, my cat, to see Dr Fuller for 8 years. Spanky is 16 years old and my buddy. He loves Dr Fuller. Dr Fuller loves cats.

We brought our 14 year old cat in to be treated for allergies and Dr. Fuller quickly discovered Ace was losing weight so quickly diagnosed him with hyperthyroidism and got him on meds immediately. Dr. Fuller and his team were amazing with educating us and caring for our sweet boy. Ace unfortunately had other underlying issues and had to be laid to rest. Dr. Fuller and his staff were very gracious and supportive through the entire process. We loved our experience with Cats Only and highly recommend this particular location. We will be back with routine care for our other cat.

Tried to make appointments on line..said would get ba k to me shortly. Never happened..so after work took my cat because of poor health..4:15.. Girl says cant see, I do not have an appointment and besides, they close at 5. So much for caring..

My cats came home from their visit with fleas. They also had their nails clipped, which I was not asked or told about. Never going back.

They tried to save my little Chihuahua, Who was attacked by a Coyote. Unfortunately he didn't make it.

Great veterinary for my cat. Wonderful staff

My cat was having some serious issues. She was very irritable, stationary, lethargic, not eating, and not drinking, and this had gone on for more than 24 hours. I was very worried about my cat. I had never gone to Cats Only before, but I did bring my cat there early in the morning without an appointment. Even though they were slammed, the staff took her in for the day and I am very grateful to them for the fantastic service. Dr. Fuller is super competent and does a great job at explaining his diagnosis for your cat . He prescribed my cat some medicine, gave me some general guidance, and now my cat is happy and acting normal again!

This is by far the best place I’ve taken my cat. Dr. Fuller and his staff are wonderful. They are so welcoming and helpful !! Amazing place , amazing vet .

We love Cats Only! When we moved to Charleston I was so worried we wouldn’t find another cat-specific vet that was as good as our previous vet, but we did! Dr Fuller and staff are always very loving to the cats and try hard to make them feel comfortable. It is obvious they care for every cat like it’s their own!
