Great place to shop for pet goods but last night I learned 1 of the cashieers has 14 cats living in her home.... makes me question the ethics there...

My sweet furbaby, Candy, loves her new collar and harness. The employees were very friendly and helpful asking about my furbaby. She is very hard to fit and the store was really patient with us trying on all the doggie clothes ???? trying to fit. We did find some cute things to fit my Candy Girl!

Only pet store in Monroe N.C an I've been there three times an they still don't have the product I wanted. Very disappointing.

We are new to Pet Smart and I have decided that the Monroe store will be the one our family will frequent the most. The associate that I came in contact with both times I stopped in was awesome! She definitely knows her stuff and does her job well. My first order online was for a small puppy crate & small mat. She retrieved my order and was so nice.I also went in the next day to purchase a dog tag for our new puppy. We used an electronic gift card and it went smoothly. Thank you! Very pleased!

Went today and was able to find what I needed. I usually shop the Matthews location, but d/t manufacturer/shipping they haven't had the puppy food I needed in stock. I was in Monroe so stopped at the Monroe location and got what I needed (they had just enough). Friendly customer service, organized store, and wasn't crowded. Layout was a little confusing because part of the dog food is across aisles from the rest, and I'm use to it all being on same side, but really NOT a big deal. It's just their layout. Good experience and if I need to check for an item out of stock at my usual location I'll definitely check Monroe location.

Love the convenience of ordering my puppies food online! Walking inside has always been great! My kids love the fishes and they are very well stocked. Friendly atmosphere!

The bedding was long-lasting. Sadly my rabbits died (not because of the bedding) but they loved the bedding.

Got my dog groomed. Staff was outstanding! They treated her well and did a wonderful job. I'll definitely take her back there!
