Love the care my fur babies received from Dr. Jones & Dr. Jones. When I started I had 1 dog named midnight that developed parvo right after we received him. Thru the loving care we received here midnight is still with us 12 years later and now we have 4 dogs that go here. No better place for my fur babies.

The vet and techs are great, but they are literally always behind. I’ve never come and been seen at the time of my visit. I always have to say 5-25 minutes

Dr. Jones and his staff at Mercy always provide exceptional professional care! Extremely friendly, reliable, and prompt in returning phone calls and taking appointments as well. The whole facility is always clean, with a sitting area that's large enough to keep your pets well separated from others. Dr. Jones really takes his time to answer questions and address concerns, and we love how empathetic and patient he is with our cats. Their prices are also very reasonable. They also print off an itemized list with your total at the beginning of each visit, so you're never hit with any unexpected charges.

mercy has been my pets vet for a year, first we had another veterinarian, but when I had an emergency with Spooky they treated him and the results were very good, goodbye allergies, the same for my naked when we take naked he knows what was naked problem Dr. Charles help him until the last minute ,Dr. Charles was very kind and empathetic when was time for my beloved Naked to cross the rainbow . The whole team from Mercy are amazing .Thanks for everything you did for my naked I'm really appreciated he was my baby . Thank you

Good Vets been going there for years.

I have been bringing my fur babies here for the past 5 years or so. Dr. Jones is amazing, answers all my questions and concerns and is very thorough. The staff is professional, sweet and patient. I love coming here and referred many other people here. A few years back, we had our babies who are siblings spayed and neutered, the staff noticed their heartbeat racing too fast so they put our babies together and immediately noticed their heartbeat slow down a lot. These are the type of employees that are at this clinic/hospital. LOVED it. This is the only hospital we trust. Thank you Mercy hospital!!!

I wish I had 100 stars to post! This practice is incredible! Dr. Jones & Dr. Jones & staff are the most patient, caring, knowledgeable healthcare providers ever! Family cats, (2), were a few months late with their appointment and a few pounds overweight, not to mention an accompanying “cat-ti-tude”! ???????? Dr. Jones and his staff patiently waited for me to get them out of the carrier, (one at a time), and onto the scale as they were clinging to me for dear life! ???? Where were they when my kids were born! lol Anyway, they thoroughly explained their plan of care, despite me asking at least two to three times already! And to top it all off, they suggested not to wait in waiting room for COVID precautions, since I have an immunocompromised teen @home! Rather, they brought me right to their exam room! There are absolutely no other words to say other than, thank you, thank you, thank you! ????????

We started visiting Mercy Animal Hospital a couple months ago, for our new kitten. Dr Charles Jones is very pleasant. He is attentive and was very helpful answering our questions. The assistants are equally friendly. While sitting in the lobby waiting for our appointment, we were able to hear the receptionist handle a burst of phone calls in between her trying to verify vaccinations for a patient. She was unbelievably professional and the way she asked to place people on hold was, well, perfect. 3 visits so far, and we highly recommend them.

We and our pups Love Dr. Charles, we will never go to another vet !
