We had to have a pet euthanized outside of regular hours. They accomodated us and were very caring and professional. All three staff that we interacted with were exceptional and made a tough situation as good as possible.

Never again!!! Let me lead w/ this- I truly appreciate the office expecting me when I arrived, from my earlier call. My "regular" vet wouldn't even make space for me! …

Our 8 month old Lab got impaled on a stick and tore a 5" gash on his inner hind leg area. I filled out the online form and called at 9pm. The had received the form and told us to bring him right in. Within 2 hours, they had cleaned the wound, put 2 drains in and stitched him up. They gave us the medicine he needed and clear instructions on what to do to take care of him. We are very grateful for the staff and Vet.

Picked up the nugget for a rescue and they did amazing job.

I just dropped off my parents dog that past away this morning. The staff was very friendly and made the process very easy. I can really tell this establishment really cares about customers and their pets. I highly recommend this place and to the staff I just want to say thank you for all that you do.

This is the only veterinary clinic in the area open on holidays like Christmas day. Nevertheless you may have a wait of up to 4 hours.

I give that credit because my dog ​​was dying and they didn't even really want to see what was wrong with my dog, they told me there was only one doctor. and is it an emergency clinic?

I will say I am very glad we are done with this nightmare, money grubbing facility. I should have never returned when I was given the wrong invoice the first go round. Needless to say almost 1,400.00 later my dog is alive! They are less than responsive to give you any updates on your pet, even when they have been there overnight. I had to call on almost every occasion to get any update. The front desk staff, RUDE! Michela. Very rude ! Cold and heartless. All of the staff seem very disinterested and uncaring. Mainly all about the dollar. Do not take your pet here unless they are legit about to die. You will wait for hours and pay out the a@@!

Front desk staff was great so was Dr Aimee Prevallet she took the time to explain everything to me the vet tech stephanie wasn't very friendly kind of short and quick seemed bothered to be there overall a good experience

Stacey at the front desk has a real nasty attitude with you. Maybe she should go back and get more training on how to treat a person. Makes me never want to bring my animals there.

Bad experience after referral to hospital. Our precious kitty Jazz was tested and treated and given medicine and food to bring her home. The aid told us to call next day to give status to Dr Bostrom. Our kitty tragically passed away in front of our eyes. I called to speak and give status to Dr Bostrom, was told to leave message, and she never called back, and we never heard back from the hospital. Not very compassionate, I should have paid attention to their bad reviews.

I drove 3 hours and brought my injured hamster here, because Dr. DeLong was the only vet of 15+ that I called that would even consider treatment versus euthanasia depending on the severity. Although it was too much to be fixed and my baby had to be put down, Dr. DeLong was extremely sympathetic, very transparent and realistic, and treated me like a person instead of just a day in the office. Not the outcome I wanted, to no fault of the vet's office, but I am very pleased with how the situation was handled. Thank you guys!

Waits are usually long for emergency services but they are the only game in town. Staff is nice and helpful.

We bought in our sweet pregnant pittie for an emergency c section that they said needed to happen asap we got there at 9AM and waited for nearly 5 hours to talk to the vet. Though they took her instantly into the back. They didnt start surgery until 4pm by that time we had lost every puppy but one the living puppy was not in good shape but lived at our house for another 18 hours before she passed too .If they had got her in much earlier i believe if they had actually gotten her into surgery when they said they would i cant help but think all our sweet babies would be here i definitely do not recommend coming here at all we are so very thankful that our momma dog made it but both her and the puppies father are extremely depressed and now we have to find puppies for them to pull them out of this slump they are stuck in.
