Amazing, compassionate, the whole staff.

I had an unexpected emergency situation with my dog. From the moment they answered the phone to the time I picked up my dog was nothing but great. This was my first emergency with any of our animals and to say I was a nervous wreck is putting it mild. They worked me in and Dr Pressly kept in contact with me through out it all letting me know what was going on with my dog. Not once did I have to wonder..... These guys seem passionate about what they do and it is not just a "job" to them. They have even called to check on him after he came home. I would recommend Pressly Animal 100% and are thankful for what they did for us. Thank you, The Austin Family (Merle)

I had a need for my dog and cat and called Presley Animal Hospital. The receptionist that answered the phone didn’t have the answer to my question but she was very nice and didn’t put me off, but responded to my need. My request for help for my two fur babies was met, and exceeded my expectations! Now my fur babies are happy and their little bellies are full! Couldn’t be happier with Pressly Animal Hospital. They were able to get me in on short notice after our dog got injured, they were very efficient when we got there and they did an amazing job taking care of our pet through the entire process. The entire staff is great! Highly recommend!!

There is not a better team of amazing vets anywhere in the area. We trust and love Dr Pressly and Dr Drake. They have taken care of our pets since we moved to NC 5 years ago. Have you ever seen a dog EXCITED to go to the vet? Our two love to go there! We always know they will take care of our pets like they were their own, and whenever we are there we are treated like family.

Dr Drake Is wonderful as far as I am concerned he is the best caring Vet that we have ever had our Dogs love him we think very highly of Dr Drake the whole staff really care about all animals ????????????????‍????????

I would like to say Thank you to Dr. Pressley and Dr. Drake plus their amazing hospital staff for All that they do! If you're looking for compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable doctors and staff for your fur baby this is the place to bring them. No matter what's going on with your fur babies you will always be informed from the beginning to the end about what needs to be done. I 100% recommend them.

I brought my 12 year old Chiweenie to see Dr. Pressly on Tuesday. We found out that she has a Hemangiosarcoma. I brought her there because she was limping on one of her legs. Thankfully because Dr. Pressly did a full exam on her, he realized that her leg was a secondary issue. He came out to my car to talk to me multiple times and gave me the terrible news with the compassion I needed. I would recommend him and his team to my friends and family. His tech, Debbie, was especially helpful and compassionate as well. ❤️

This vet is a JOKE. Sent my customer to a vet because her puppy was showing signs of tenderness from having weak pasterns during teething, the vet called me and proceeded to tell me it was genetic and LAUGHED AT ME repeatedly when I told him I had been doing this for years and NEVER heard that from a vet. I had the customer leave and take her puppy to an orthopedic SPECIALIST who said the puppy will make a full recovery with a change of diet and this is generally NOT GENETIC. What vet speaks so rudely to a customer without even knowing what he is talking about? STRONGLY suggest not bringing your puppy here if you bought it, they seem to only hate on breeders and their productions, even though we health test, embark test, AND show our dogs. Good thing my customer decided to go to a specialist instead of taking his obviously uneducated opinion.

I was beyond happy with the service I received at Pressly. My dog had a mass on his head and after spending an arm and a leg at various veterinary places and no help, I called on Pressly to see if they could help.. I was seen that day and he had surgery within an hour and I paid 1/4 of what the other places wanted to charge. They were professional, helpful and kept me up to date on everything. My dog was home that night and is doing great. I can't thank them enough for everything and we have a new Vet. Thank you again Pressly.

Excellent vet care and reasonable prices. Straightforward, and was able to provide my dog with TPLO surgery for half the price of any other location. Will stay here for a long time.

My dog had been seen by Pressly for 3 year since he was a puppy. He’s a 7 pound chihuahua and is always held by staff coming and going into services. Each visit I notice a change in staffing and lack of professionalism but, let it slide. Yesterday I picked up my dog after routine teeth cleaning... Dr brought him out to my car because of social distancing. He was on a leash and still groggy from meds. I was surprised to see he wasn’t carried, but again...let it slide. The Dr made a comment to another patient with larger dog that wanted to play with my dog. The Dr said “ You don’t want to play with that little rat dog”. Did a vet just refer to my baby as a rodent? Hmmm. It bothered me so I called when I got home to address additional charges that were not told to me when I picked him up and mentioned to reception I didn’t appreciate the comment. I was called back within 5 min by receptionist. No apology was given, only a lame excuse to try to make it light hearted and not intentional. Again....no apology and most importantly, no acknowledgement from Dr that made the comment. They are quick to take your money and expand their practice... however lack the common sense and compassion necessary to maintain good patient relationships. They will not get any more of my money.

We love Pressly Animal Hospital! As a first time puppy owner, they’ve made us feel comfortable and have answered so many questions. They are professional, helpful and so sweet to the pets. Our dog loves going to see Dr. Pressly!

My husband was not spoken to very nicely by one of the doctors because his mask not properly on his face due to no one understanding what he was saying so he pulled it up for a minute. It’s one thing to give a friendly reminder and another one to talk down to a customer in a condescending way. Ruined it for us now. Bye... not coming back.

Pressly Animal Hospital was the first vet we found when we moved here and have absolutely loved them. Dr. Pressly is an amazing vet who truly cares about his patients and his staff is always friendly and helpful! Highly highly recommend!

We have always used the low Cost spay neuter clinic of the Carolinas. Honestly they were less expensive and Dr. Pressley’s bedside manner was phenomenal. The technicians where kind and prompt as well. Thank you for seeing us today we will definitely be back!

I am so thankful to have found Dr. Pressly and his team. I volunteer for Bald is Beautiful Rescue and the staff at the hospital has been great to work with. They have been so kind to each of the fosters I've brought in and their prices have been very reasonable. I love that they do so much for the rescue community. Thank you for what you do!

We couldn't be happier with the care our family and fur babies receive at Pressly. They not only care for your pets, but for and about you as well. The quality of care is second to none. Great people and staff in ALL areas.

Although they gave me a written estimate for $433, they charged me $775 in total fees for the procedure and wouldn't let me have my dog unless I paid this new amount. There was NEVER any mention of additional fees at any time, only the estimated $433. I asked to speak with a manager and the doctor, but the technician said the doctor was not available. Horrible business ethics, do not recommend.

Dr. Pressly was great! His assistants and receptionists handled the entire COVID situation smartly, while still allowing me to be with my puppy for her first vet visit. Him and his entire staff are caring, attentive, and extremely knowledgable. I was recommended to this practice by a good friend and I would do the same to anyone else looking to take their pet to a place that they will be loved for and looked after, as if they were their own.

Our family has had a turbulent month as dog lovers/owners. We've lost two dogs of 12 years and also rescued 2 2yr old dogs that needed a good home. Suffice to say, I've spent a lot a time at Pressly Animal Hospital visiting with Dr Drake and Dr Pressly and staff. They have all been incredibly compassionate and helpful which means a lot. Their entire staff signed a card for each of the dogs we lost and sent a footprint and snout print with their name on it which was very sweet as well. We couldn't be happier and I would highly recommend them for your family vet.

Upon looking for a vet to take a look at my dog I had called several places and all I could get is a urgent care visit with a urgent care price. Even a vet that I've seen for yrs.Then my daughter said she knew just where I needed to go and boy she was right. Pressly Animal hospital quoted me just a 50.00 visit and could get me in early the next day. I was so happy cause I knew my little dog wasn't feeling well. After meeting Dr Pressly and having my little dog diagnosed..it looked like she had to have an emergency spay and he offered to do it right away. After surgery he even called to let me know she did really well and I even got to pick her up later that evening. He was upfront and honest about his price and totally professional...and when I went to pay, the price stayed just as he quoted me. I have went to a vet way across town in the past and after yrs of taking my animals there they still wanted to charge me a urgent care price since they say they have no openings..since they do these kinds of things they will be losing my business and I will now take my babies to Pressly's from now on. Honesty and integrity go along way for me and they just gained a true customer. Thank you Dr Pressly...and your wonderful team. So glad I found you guys and thank you for being so fair to me and my little dog.

We have taken our animals to Pressly Animal Hospital for several years. Now my daughter and several people my husband worked with come here with their animals. And my daughter has recommened this practice to people she knows. You know we love it if we recommend them to everyone if we weren't happy. The whole team there is so awesome. They are prompt and caring and their prices are reasonable. We ighly recommend.

We first met Dr. Pressly and staff, when we had to put down my boy Reese, in January. We started bringing my Boxer(Gia) and Ridgeback(Dexter) to Pressly ,and we love them. My 7 month old puppy needed eye surgery, and recommended Care Hospital, well....7 days later, he's doing very well. Surgery was successful and Care was very patient with Dexter! Thank you, Pressly for recommending them and taking care of my fur babies. Looking forward to signing up for Daddy care♥️♥️

We love the care that is given to our dogs. We recently had to put our dog under anesthesia for teeth extractions, and Dr Pressley remaines w her the entire time, monitoring her. They care about your pet and take the time w you. We wouldnt go anywhere else for our rescue dogs.

Doctor Pressley and Gayle have been wonderful. Our puppy fell ill with odd symptoms that presented themselves as GI issues. Dr. Pressley was an excellent diagnostician and diagnosed him with a pinched nerve and prescribed rest and anti inflammatory medicine. His energy, appetite and stools returned to normal within a few days. I know we saved hundreds of dollars by receiving a quick and accurate diagnosis.

Dr. Drake, Dr. Pressly & the staff are all educated and nice people. Their new office is BRILLIANT! They now offer daycare as well as boarding with huge open areas for the dogs to play (only in crate for two hours after lunch and of course for bed). Next door they also are opening up an animal farm for kids to enroll in for summer, my 7 yr old wants to be a vet do will have her there for a week (think it's just half days). I've taken our dog here since she was a pup, she's now 10, and they have have always been kind, informative. I mainly see Dr. Drake who's fantastic but in the beginning saw Dr. Pressly who was terrific as well and helped my dog with her pain from hip displasia. Keep up the solid work Dr. Pressly & Team!

I saw Dr. Pressly about a year ago and he discovered that my dog Rex had heart worms. They treated him wonderfully! Fast forward to now - I had to bring “old yeller” in due to swelling on his leg. We saw Dr. Drake this time and they took me right back and did an x-ray. It turns out that he had aggressive bone cancer. We decided to put him down that same day to end his suffering. The whole staff was very attentive and kind. I have two little kids and Dr. Drake held my youngest for me, one lady even brought in the box he would be put to rest in and crayons for my kids to color the box, they did a paw print and a nose print. It was all truly special even though it’s not something you want to ever have to go through. They never rushed us out of the office, they gave us time and privacy with Rex - they even brought a button to press to alert them when we were ready to go on with the process. Once it was all said and done, Dr. Drake even helped carry Rex (in the box) to our car. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!! Rex gave us (almost) 12 years of wonderful memories. Thank you for treating his heart worms and giving us that extra year with him.

Our dogs have been patients of Dr Pressly for 8 years. Routine care through major surgery, I trust them 100%. Great doctors & staff. The dogs are always wiggly & excited to be there. Id say thats a good sign. Id highly reccomend Pressly Animal Clinic

Missed an appt and was hung up on when I called to reschedule. Staff was rude when I called back again to make the appt. We made a mistake but being a c♡nt about it won’t make me want to come back.
