I have a dog that is basically special needs as he is very high anxiety and nervous. The staff at Spay Neuter are always patient and understanding which means a lot to me. I feel they truly care and go the extra mile. I’ve never had to wait long and the staff is friendly and caring.

They got my recently adopted rescue dog in to be seen almost immediately and were wonderful to deal with across the board!

Very nice staff and I just love Veterinarians they have there. These folks are animal lovers and that's what I look for in a clinic.

As a rescue I have Been her many times. They greet you, are so friendly and get you checked in fast. Even with covid and dropping off. They have spayed, neutered and anything else a rescue needs they have done. They work hard and I love that the vets come out explain everything and answer all my questions. I usually Have requests that most vets would say no too, we don’t have time or we can see that many. They get my babies in everytime. I’m always so happy to see them cause I know they take good care of my babies. So thank you spay and neuter of the Carolinas. My little furry friends love you ????

Helpful, knowledgeable front staff. Kayla and Kyle especially! Knowledgeable and caring chief medical director and veterinarian, Dr Maalizadeh, is truly amazing. Love this place.

Great care from start to finish. Very welcoming staff that made scheduling and the check in process easy. They made sure to take time after my dogs spaying appointment to make sure I understood her post-op care instructions, and made sure I went home with the correct items to properly care for my pup.

We have taken our two dogs here for years, but had an emergency pop up yesterday with one of them, and were referred to one of the 24 ER animal hospitals..... That was a HORRIBLE experience, CARE and Carolina Animal Hospital wouldn't even acknowledge us at the door or answer the phone, what a sham! Total waste of drive time with a very sick dog! Called these guys back, explained our problem and lack of any care from the ER places, and they worked us in. Awesome care as always, saw us quickly, and ran all the full panels we needed to help our sick pup. Love these guys!!!!!!!!!!

Staff was all friendly and very helpful. I was able to get my pet neutered at a reasonable cost and everything went great.

Excellent care at reasonable prices! We have been taking our three cats there for quite a few years and have always been very happy.

Beware - with every shot they also charge a wellness visit/exam. This goes for even if you had an exam 3 weeks prior there. So there is no advantage to going there. A single shot ends up being $55. Just beware of this as it makes zero sense.

The clinic offers affordable and quick pet services and I plan to use them for all other pet services in the future.

My sweet kitten was recently spayed and vaccinated here and the service, friendliness, and knowledge of the doctors and staff was fantastic. The spay surgery went very well and my kitten is recovering well. I've had great experiences with them and am so pleased with how well they have treated and cared for me and my fur baby.

Everyone at this clinic was amazing. From the staff at the front to the nurses and Doctors. I was so amazed when I sent an email because I was worried about my dog after him being neutered and was worried about an infection. They emailed m e back right away and took us in right away. My favorite was how after being seen by the doctor and the dr came out to talk to me and my dog just loved him. That made me feel so good!!

Reasonable pricing for the Charlotte area and friendly staff. I have had 1 cat and 1 dog neutered there. They took very good care of both.

I don't ever leave reviews usually but this place is awesome. Had my female cat fixed here and the incision was very small so the recovery was very quick for her. The doctor also followed up to make sure she was okay. Very happy with the entire process and outcome of everything and will for sure use them again the future. Thanks, -Luke

My experience here was great. Staff very friendly and thorough.

We got our sweet puppy neutered here and everything went great. He seemed well taken care of and the price was very reasonable. It felt weird not bringing him back for a post op check but they said unless there is anything concerning we don’t need to. Nonetheless he has healed very well and we are happy with the experience.

I went there for a wellness check on my new puppy. I found the staff to be very kind and friendly. The vet answered all of my questions and was incredibly loving to my dog. The prices were also reasonable. I plan to go again and it supports a local business versus a major organization.
