My precious Dutch was attacked by a vicious Pit Bull 7 days prior to the surgery at this hospital. She had already been in two veterinary clinics for treatment of multiple injuries. In my opinion this veterinarian hospital, the …

My baby got brutally attacked by neighbors dog and we had to have emergency surgery next day after emergency room .. the dr was wonderful. We also have a vet tech by email as needed for any questions we have , which really helped . Follow up soon , hoping recovery is on target 10 weeks . Would recommend .

This vet tried to charge me over $2000 to fix my cats tooth that had a nerve exposed and I thought he might die because they wouldnt budge on the price and wouldnt recommend anyone else. Instead I went to Miller Animal Hospital and they charged me $199.00 and my cat was sent home with medicine. These people really only care for scamming people for money, not saving pets. Go to Miller Animal Hospital Instead.

As a referring veterinarian, I have been incredibly impressed with HVDOS' work. An easy-to-refer-to, responsive, talented, and compassionate veterinary team who takes tougher dental and oral cases and attacks them together with us to provide the most comprehensive care. I am very fortunate to practice near such a great team. To the HVDOS team - thank you for your tireless work and contribution!

We took a trip from WV to NC to have Ziva examined. As you can see she needs to have surgery to repair her nose, mouth, teeth and sinuses. She cant sleep well due to congestion, her mouth is always open so it dries out and she is thirsty continuously. I dont know how much it will cost so I am raffling off 2 quilts to try to raise money for her. The veterinarian was very nice and Ziva loved them. I know they will do everything humanly possible to correct the damage to her face. We are hoping surgery will be successful on October 25th, 2021. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers with the veterinarian that will perform the surgery. Kind regards to all. Charlotte Underwood

They were able to work my kitten in for emergency surgery: so kind and keep us updated the whole time! Hands down would recommend. We came from Winston Salem to them and would do it again!

Exceptional service one would expect from a specialty practice. I'm a veterinarian and refer cases here but recently had the pleasure of using them for my own dog. Dr Katherine Queck is a master at root canals and was able to repair my dog's fractured tooth, a difficult procedure since he's 11. He was back to his normal self the next day. The staff there is so nice and care for your pet from start to finish.

Dr “Quack” (Queck) uses your affection for your animals to make money. She told me that my dog needed 4 root canals and crowns. I was just out of college, on my own with a little dog that I loved more than anything. She said the dog would die in 3 days of infection and that he was in severe pain. She watched as I broke down, fully sobbing, hugging my dog as tightly as I could. She callously told me to get a loan for thousands of dollars of dental work. I tried to explain I had student debt and struggling since I was in my 20’s and just getting started in the “real” world. She was cold as ice and said “sorry.” Then charged an outrageously expensive consultation fee. Thankfully I got a second opinion and found a wonderful vet on S Blvd..My dogs teeth were broken but no infection, no pain for the dog. Thankfully I found Long Animal Hospital and they treated my me and my dog with care and compassion. My dog lived a full and happy life for 14 more years. No root canals or even extractions ever required. I’ll never forget the emotional pain Dr Queck caused me. For Dr Queck to insist that my dog was suffering and dying unless I pd her thousands is the cruelest thing anyone could do to try to make money. It’s been 20 years ago when she had a shabby office over the state line in SC.I see she now has a large office built by people like me. People she told their dogs would DIE without her overpriced services. Please get a second opinion. I would hate for any other people, especially a young person trying to begin their lives to be taken advantage of by her.

I contacted these people because our current pet dentist is having some health issues. Outrageous consultation fee so they can look in the dogs mouth and tell you what you already know. Until I called I didn't remember I contacted them about ten years ago. They are more dollar motivated than most. I ended up using Sedgefield Animal clinic in Greensboro. The longer trip saved us a lot of money. We had teeth cleaning on two dogs including some extractions, x-rays and everything for less than a third of what this place wanted to fix one tooth. I'll schedule with one of Dr. Bankers proteges in Sedgefield.

Absolute professionals that treated my entire family good, but our poor baby was treated extra special with genuine concern, and like a princess . We have hope, when no one else would help, Dr. Dominick did , she has the experience and confidence no one else does, my chihuahua is headed back for a surgery that can give her back her quality of life once more, and I believe in them, they are the best in N.C., period.... ⭐???? Update ????⭐ Our baby is doing it , and so much more attitude now the sickness is gone . God has hands on this clinic ...

This hospital was fantastic. My big boy Hershel needed a lower canine tooth removed after being hit by a car while with a previous owner. They cared for him like he was their own best friend. Loved him up and skillfully fixed the issue. I do recommend 100%.

They saved our Spice Girl. An abscessed tooth can kill, and our little 15 year old girl had one along with a number of other teeth needing extraction. At her age and condition this was not an ordinary extraction/cleaning one might seek …

We took our dog to Dr. Queck due to periodontal disease. My dog was in pretty bad shape when we got there. Dr. Queck was thorough, and she quickly identified a trajectory for pre- and post-operative care. I like how she took the time to speak w/ my partner and me, and she answered all our question(s). My dog is 3 weeks out now, and she is in such good shape. If you are not brushing your pet's teeth, do it. My partner and I decided that this is serious business. Rawhide and chew treats to break up tartar is not enough (at least it was not for our dogs). Our dog is a rescue dog, and these guys cannot tell you in words how bad of shape they are in. We were cleaning our dogs teeth routine w/ our local veterinarian, however our dog needed more extensive care. I would strongly recommend Dr. Queck. and the Hospital for Veterinary Dentistry and Oral Surgery. Although I had to drive from Advance, there is a convenient park around the corner (more-or-less), and I was able to take a book and read there while my dog had her surgery.

I had to take my dog here for fistula repair surgery. Due to Covid I could not go inside so I had chats with Dr Pantone on the phone. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. My dog had a few impacted teeth as well and they notified me of this before proceeding to pull them just to make sure I was ok with it. They kept the cost at the quoted amount which I appreciate as well. We had 2 follow up visits and she talked with me again to help easy my fear and addressed my concerns. My dog is healed and all better now. Thank you for your professionalism, easing the fears of a scared pet parent and the quality service.

Wonderful experience. Our dog had a very foul smelling odor coming from her mouth (a cross between bad socks, dead fish and vomit). They squeezed her in for her dental cleaning and exam. The oral surgeon was great. Very personable and professional. She took a lot of time to explain our dog's problem and solutions. She gave us options and wasn't pushy. I appreciated the follow up phone call a couple days later as well. Fantastic service.

Thank you so much for your service. Chipper is doing great. The first day he was moving slow, but the next day he was back playing and very happy. You guys are so sweet and caring of my fur baby. It was definitely worth the 4 hour drive. Thank you again.
