I was only with Fullwood Animal Hospital for a couple of months, but words cannot explain how kind, compassionate, and understanding their team is. Today I said goodbye to my sweet 13 year old after his health rapidly declined. Dr. Takane and her team were professional and made sure that he was as comfortable as possible in his last moments. I cannot recommend them enough. It was a beautiful moment. We were all outside, laughing and crying and telling stories as my sweet boy basked in the sunshine one last time, wrapped in blankets and surrounded by people that love him. As someone who works in the pet industry, they are top notch. If you’re looking for a vet — whether your dog is a puppy or a senior — please give them a try. My family is forever grateful for their high quality care and their sensitivity towards end of life care. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We had our 6 month old golden retriever groomed for the first time. I’m so glad we chose Fullwood! He was so happy to go inside and was clearly well taken care of while he was there. Fear free services are so important and I’m so glad this is a service so close to us!

Brought my fur baby Louie in for a bath and he received an oatmeal spa day. Great job Nikki! Louie came out looking amazing- fur all clean & trimmed and he smelled great too!

My young cat is so anxious at vet and I had many concerns. My first visit was amazing. The staff and Dr. were all very compassionate and understanding. I felt that we were in good hands. It was very clear from the first few minutes how much they all care about the well-being of my pet and even the pet owner. Highly recommend.

Called to get appointment for our new puppy .Concerned she may have UTI. I went to pick up a kit to catch urine and was having trouble doing it. They offered to do it in their front yard. And did it. So thankful. !! They were very helpful for not having an appointment that day. Very encouraging so happy for Bitsy to be a patient there.

I just recently started going to this vet and absolutely love them! The fear free certification makes a huge difference in their level of care and compassion. They are also extremely up front and honest about pricing and work with you to get your pet the best treatment, for the lowest price possible.

So good with our Dog. She loves her grooming appointments. They have also always done a great job for us on the vet side as well.

Anyone who knows my cat knows a vet visit is something she and I both dread more than anything. After today's appointment, I have nothing but respect, thanks, and praise for the fear-free certified vets and vet techs at Fullwood Animal Hospital. Even before the vet visit, Mary and anyone else I may have spoken with on the phone (yes, I'm a paranoid cat mom and called at least 3 times before the visit) were more than patient and willing to answer any questions, and continued to put my mind at ease about the upcoming appointment - and with care and understanding, rather than judgment like I've experienced at previous vets. The "kitty comfort kit" they provided worked wonders compared to our previous vet visits, but cat owners bear in mind it is not a *miracle* cure for hissing, growling, and a bit of fight-back from a stubborn and stressed baby girl (or boy) like mine. With a lot of patience and strength (and again, zero judgment), the vet and vet techs were able to administer her rabies vax, perform a brief overall physical exam, and even trim her nails. She needed a little break after the back paws, but they came back and finished up the front paws as well. No more sticking to the berber carpet when we play! Thank you to Dr. Hawthorne, vet tech Sarah, Mary, and the rest of the team! I missed the other vet tech's name who may have gotten a little scratched up while clipping the front nails but didn't even flinch (Rosemary told me to tell you she's sorry, and she's moving around much easier thanks to you). Also, Sarah and Dr. Hawthorne, you are two very strong and [excuse the language] badass women!! ???? One last note: Not that the price even matters to most of us pet parents ????, but the visit was unbelievably affordable! Mine was $104 total, including the vax and nail trim! My last vet was probably almost twice that much!! She'll be back for a brief weight visit as we discussed, so she can at least start getting used to the team and the environment... after she recovers from this one. ????

I've been bringing my dog here for a while now and they've always taken great care of him. He loves Dr. Hawthorne and is getting creative with his antics in order to come back to visit ????

My dog had an urgent issue and this practice was very understanding, squeezed us in during a very full schedule day, kept in constant contact with me regarding her situation. Their compassionate treatment and excellent communication skills served both me and my dog well. She's recovering nicely and there were no surprises in cost. Total thumbs up!

All the staff are kind and compassionate. They truly care about the wellbeing of our animals. They never try to pressure to upcharge for extra services.

I had a very sick 10 week old puppy that was very lethargic... so much so that I wanted to take her to a vet... very disappointing experience trying to find a vet that had appointments... Fullwood bent over backwards to have puppy seen that day and now two weeks later she is doing much better and is very active.. thank you Fullwood

This place is the best! I don’t live in the area and still make the drive because my dogs like it here too (as much as they can for being at the vet). Everyone is super nice, caring, and knowledgeable. The price for everything is very reasonable too!

My older cat had a couple of claws that had grown into her pads. They gave me an appointment the same day and my cat is feeling alot better and so am I. They are always very helpful and explain everything to you.

Fullwood is awesome! Everyone there is so nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with rabbits because Dr. Montgerard is great and has a ton of experience with them. The prices are extremely reasonable too - when I got my rabbit neutered there weren't any extra charges for anesthesia or pain medication. This is all around a great animal hospital. Their power went out on the day of my appointment and they still let me come in to have my pet looked at. Everyone there seems to truly love animals and want the best for their patients. My rabbit and I will definitely be coming back :)

Love this place. They take care of your pets like family, and treat the humans pretty well too! From front desk, to techs to Doctors..you can’t go wrong. They have an excellent groomer too!

Fullwood Animal Hospital is fabulous. They got us in when my beardie needed help. They followed all COVID protocols. They were friendly and helped me learn how to do the needed injections for my beardie. They took the time; clearly had the expertise. A first class vet experience. AND -- I was NOT SHOCKED at the price. It was quite reasonable.

I really appreciate how Fullwood Animal Hospital treated my 14 year old chocolate lab the last few times I brought her in. She is a very nervous dog when going to the vet and did not want to move from the car. The Dr. came out to the car to examine her as trying to get her out of the car would cause her too much stress. It made the visits a bit better for my dog, Maddie! Thank you so much!!

I am very pleased with our first visit to Fullwood Animal Hospital. Dr. Montgerard was very kind, thorough, and patient with her time in communicating re Moses' health and needs. Moses is my 12 year Malti-Tzu Blend furbaby whom I love dearly. He is a "senior little old man" with some health issues. I felt comfortable that he was examined thoroughly and that Dr. Montgerard's advice for his healthcare is accurate.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient!
