Awesome work with my dog!

My 11 yo dog became very ill last night. I called today and was able to get an appointment for Best Care to see him. Taylor, the vet tech, was very kind, considerate and gentle, and Dr. Gordon was informative and compassionate. Within an hour of their care, my dog was feeling much better. Amazing care and service at a great price!

Since my pet Lucy 2 months old, I am visiting Best Care Animal Hospital. The service I receive from the Dr. Madhukar Kolli is excellent. He explains everything to me in clear manner, and understands the problem very well. I would say, Dr. Madhukar Kolli combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment. I am so glad I chose this faculty and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a specialist.

This was my first time taking any of my pets to Best Care Animal Hospital and I am so glad I did. My pet had an urgent matter and needed to be seen that day. It was a Saturday and her normal vet was closed. I found Best Care on Google and called and they squeezed us in without an appointment. The employees there were so kind and professional. Dr. Kolli took his time to explain what was going on with my pet very thoroughly and in a way I could understand. He was patient and listened and answered all the questions I had. A special thank you to the veterinary assistant, Dalton, who was so gentle with my pet and also very professional! I am very pleased with the services I received and am so appreciative that we were able to be seen without an appointment. You all have wonderful customer service and professionalism. Thank you for taking such good care of my dog. Keep up the great work!

I brought my puppy in on a moments notice on a Sunday afternoon… they kept me updated on him with everything they did.. I talked to the vet himself which is a plus for me! Sadly I had to bring him back the next day he was still sick… they explained until all antibiotics were done and worms were all dead he will still show the same symptoms… again the vet came out and talked to me… I have found my new vet! Thank you for taking such good care of my baby!!

The veterinarian here is very knowledgeable and was able to assess and diagnosis the issues I was having with my dog Evelyn. I would also like to say the staff was very friendly and you could tell they truly care for your pets well being.

This team saved my pitiful rescue dogs life after escaping an abusive owner. These folks are true angels. Can’t thank them enough!

I have been yawing this vet for 2 years now at first it was ok but while my Bella was pregnant this hospital was NOT ANY HELP ONE PERSON TOLD ME GO ELSEWHERE AFTER SHE HAD THE BABIES JEEP IN MIND THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME DOING THIS!!!! They were always to busy to speak with me and just gave me info off google very bad experience and I’m currently looking elsewhere for service

I took my Precious dog there because she had been vomiting and had diarrhea. I was call Ed by the doctor and he told me what he would like to do to see what was going on. I was quoted $400 I told him that was fine. He also said he would keep her overnight at no charge. The next day he called to say everything looked ok and told me to feed her a bland diet for the next week or so. When I went to pick her up the bill was over $700 dollars. No explanation why it had gone up $300.00. I should have been given a courtesy call to let me know that my bill was going to be much more. Horrible service. Nearer going back.

Called on a Sunday about my blocked cat. Dr. Kolli seen me immediately. The staff was very responsive to my cat. Did not take long for my cat to be diagnosed and have a treatment plan. Dr. Kolli kept me in the loop throughout everything and I love that! Especially when your pet has to stay a few days. Would definitely bring the rest of my pets for preventive care!

First time we brought our feral cat in for a Spay, she got away and the poor terrified cat had to be caught with net!! We should have cut them off then and there but we didn't. We.brought in another female for spay. Also very fearful. She also got away from the tech. This time she could not be found. We had to search for her and when closing came, they left without a care. We set a trap with a humane trap but she wasn't found the next morning. I was devastated thinking she may have been let out. We went in and found her hiding In the lunch.area/kitchen. Thankfully she didn't get out. I left and never went back. The point is, no clinic should have allowed this to happen not once but twice. They treated me as if it were an inconvenience for them. Are you kidding me? They should have all.helped find her rather then saying oh well. Let's go home. Terrible horrible experience!! It is so extreme it almost seems made up.

Very friendly doctor and staff. Started working with my cat as soon as I got him there. The doctor works with you on the finances. Thank you! You guys are awesome!

I highly recommend this veterinarian. Dr. Kollie is giving, kind, honest about what he can and cannot do and very helpful. He helped me with a 5 week old puppy with a broken jaw and is now managing the vaccinations etc. He and his team are wonderful. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Kolli and his staff were excellent. Office was clean. Covid protocols were followed to a T. The information for my dog was clear and understandable. I recommend Best Care to anyone. Thanks Dr. Kolli.

We are celebrating our pets 1st birthday on 5/30. Since we brought in our canine Lucky 9 months ago, our first visit was to Best Care Animal Hospital. The staff was so caring and provided full assurance, especially with us being first time pet owners, felt so nervous and anxious. I have to appreciate Dr.Kolli and his supporting staff for their attendance and caring. Wellness Plan worked out very well. Our Lucky underwent neuter and recovered well in no-time. This hospital also has grooming, bath, and nail services that we frequently visit.

My puppy got duct tape literally stuck to his paw and he cried at home when we tried to help him. Panicking, my family took him to Dr. Kolli who worked his magic. Everyone here works with complete patience and love for pets which is the best thing to see. At Best Care Animal Hospital, you can always feel comfortable leaving your pet for a few hours and have them back looking very neat and fresh.

My family and I are very grateful to Dr. Kolli and the staff at Best Care. My cat Rambo is doing great. After a terrible bout with a UTI, Rambo is back to his playful self again. Thank you Dr. Kolli for being very accessible to us in our time of need. The staff there is great.

The only plus is that they are open after hours. We were not satisfied with the care, overpriced and they pushed us to get additional tests that were not necessary. Luckily we didn't conform and after refusing the additional tests, we got a diagnosis without the extra expense. We were also pushed into buying this food our dog absolutely hates, but we were told we HAD to do it. No explanation, just that we had to get it. We want the best for our dog, so we ended up getting it. He hates it. It would have been nice if they explained the benefit or why it was necessary. Never going back, not even in an emergency.

My little puppy was having diarrhea for over 2 weeks. Dr. Kolli and his staff were helpful to getting my puppy back to normal. He is now very energetic and loves his current food he is on! They were great with the following up and calling back after the appointment to make sure he was okay. I will definitely recommend them to others!

Let me start by saying that this was my very first pet emergency and the entire staff did a wonderful job making me and my pet feel like a priority. From the very first phone call, to my very first greeting - to having an actual discussion with the doctor, Dr. Madhukar who took the time to explain things to me before and after treatment. The staff didn't rush me they didn't behave like they didn't want to be there! Also, even though all of the transactions were done outside each of them took time with myself and other customers/clients who were there. I just joined a vet whom I called during my emergency- but they were unable to help. They referred me to two other hospitals never mentioning this one. I'm glad I took the time to call Best Care Animal Hospital on my own. My dog got 15 teeth pulled and is doing wonderful just 3 days post-op. I want to say THANK YOU so much! To the staff at BEST CARE! Wonderful customer service!

We adopted our dog last April and brought her in for check up and micro chip scan. They approved her Heartworm and Flea preventative medicine . I took her to groomer last week and they required proof of shots and vaccines. So we call them and was told we have no records for her ? Then was advised to bring her in for a check up , huh, ah no thanks!

Best Care is convenient and a very professional clinic! Dr. Kolli was great at explaining every part of the process and gave our cat wonderful care. From the time of scheduling to checking out was so smooth and COVID safe. We will bring our other pets here in the near future!

We are new to the area and tried Best Care Animal Hospital in Matthews. Our dog is nearly 14 years old and Dr Kolli treated him for arthritis initially until a few weeks ago when we could tell something was terribly wrong and at 4o’clock on a Saturday Dr. Kolli told us to bring him right over and Immediately diagnosed Bloat, which is a life-threatening problem. He refered us to a specialty surgeon and within hours Oakley was on the operating table. If not for Dr. Kolli this bloat would have killed him. Oakley developed some complications from a mesh placed on him by the surgeon, causing a sore on his upper front leg which opened up and was quite horrible. Dr. Kolli has been treating him every day and he and his staff could not be nicer. He always comes right outside to talk to us and there’s usually no waiting time. They are like family to us now because they saved our beloved Oakley. He is on the mend. We could not be happier. We have lived in South, Central and North Florida and have never had a more efficient and professional staff to treat Oakley. We are blessed to have Dr. Kolli as Oakley’s vet. If not for him, we are quite sure Oakley would not have survived!

Best Care Animal Hospital has been nothing but caring for my three little kittens! Two became patients last year and I have had nothing but positive experiences. I was nervous being a kitten mom for the first time, but the vet made sure I knew everything that was going on. Best Care make sure furry loved ones are as comfortable as possible. Granted, my kittens were extremely rowdy because of vaccines. Even then, the vet and the vet techs made sure the kittens were not in any pain. I especially love how the wellness plan allows me to come in without any extra fees for a check up! Their business hours are even on the weekends so I do not have to wait to get help. This helps relieve any anxiety I have because pets get into unexpected situations. All in all, I will continue my drive of 30 minutes to Best Care Animal Hospital because they have exceeded my expectations and I would not trust my animals with anyone else! I highly recommend this hospital.

We took our 2 month old kitten, Smoky, for a general check-up and found this place to be a permanent spot for our family. This is our first time adding a pet to our family and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. Dr. Kolli was very patient with us and went over all the details for taking good care of them. He spent time going over expectations with our children as well. We signed up for the wellness plan and very happy with it.

Updated as of 6/3/2020: We recently took our Pixel Maltipoo girl to see Dr Kolli, for concerns on her gaining weight since our lock-down. We were so relieved to find out Dr Kolli was doing responsible curb-side pet appointments only. To our surprise, he told us that our Pixel and Sire Hastag, aka "Brad Pit" were expecting 4 Puppies!!!! All four puppies were born healthy and vibrant on May 24th, 2020, and we're making their first Wellness visits for them with our favorite family Vet, Dr Kolli and his wonderful and caring staff. You walk in and see their facility is kept immaculate, the staff is ever so warm, knowledgeable and friendly. They've been seeing our puppy "Hashtag" from the very beginning. Dr. Kolli, is so compassionate, considerate, never pushes any unnecessary products or procedures and always calls to follow up after certain visits to see if we have any additional questions or concerns. Last month we had to go to New York, and boarded "Hashtag" at Best Care Animal Hospital. We felt so at ease knowing that Dr Kolli would be on site along with his awesome and so caring staff! Hashtag was walked, fed regularly, loved and so well taken cared of!!! We even had one of their on site groomers, "Katarina" give "Hashtag" his first cut, and WOW he came out such a handsome pup! I also love the fact they are open until 8pm, this really accommodates our busy full time schedules and their rates are so reasonable.
