Very expensive for one visit and they not give me additional medicine they said to bring back the dog if Infection continue that is unnecessary if they have give me adicional cream antiviral .

This clinic is the best clinic ever. They were so gentle with my pit. My pit is very overprotective with himself and with me and my sister, but they manage to be gentle and win his trust. He was happy when he came out this vet! (and you know every dog hates the vet????) very much recommended. ❤️ thank you North send Vet for saving my dog from parvo.

Doesn’t care or treat any other animals but dogs and cats I guess won’t recommend to someone with rabbits or Guinea pigs

Best vet in Lumberton! They take time to answer questions and I never feel rushed out the door when I go. Only complaint is they lost my cats favorite toy while he was boarded for the week while we were on vacation, other than that they are wonderful.

The location was overpriced. Staff customer service was 50/50. Only a few staff member seemed like they actually enjoyed being there; the rest were very monotoned. I feel like the staff who did not show a lot of positive energy had negative energies towards my dog because he barks at other dogs. I understand it can be annoying but its also normal--it happens with many dogs.

The front staff always remember you and help in any way they can. The Vets are attentive and really seem to care about your animals.

Just want to say thankyou to the amazing vets and staff at Northend Veterinarian Clinic here in Lumberton for saving our girl Sable. They were very accommodating and worked quickly to get her the help she needed. She had to have emergency surgery yesterday after her stomach twisted 180 degrees causing life threatening bloat or Gastric Dilatation Volvulus. She's a tough ol girl at 15 1/2 and we love her bossy little self so much.

Great Vet will spend all the time you need with you that you need.

Very expensive place they tried to charge me 400 bucks for 2 puppy exams and vaccines Normally my vet that I use is 1/4 the cost for 5 puppies but was fully booked After I told them that was not acceptable they charged me 100 bucks for just looking at my dogs they ripped me off with that big thing in my behind

My experience with north end vet was amazing! The vet treated myself an my baby with the ut most compassion, so much so that im leaving my current veterinarian for them. You guys are amazing, thank you so much to miss tammy an mr. Josh for getting my baby in quickly.

I went there to evaluate them as I have moved and my other vets are further away. I was startled to see that nobody in the practice wore masks or practiced social distancing despite the fact that our county has the fastest growing rate of co-vid19 infections in the state right now, and they are medical professionals. The Mayo clinic has cautioned that dogs and cats can get co-vid19, so I found them to be irresponsible by not taking state mandated precautions. The scale was inaccurate, I went for 3 readings, all put my dog at less than her weight. They did not wash their hands upon entering the treatment room, neither the techs or the vet. The vet did not examine (look inside) my dogs ears. They did not take her temp, nor touch examine her as all other vets will do and have done for my last 30 years of caring for dogs. She took two swabs, lay them gooey with wax on the bare counter and advised me about other services they offer, (while they lay there- it was a little more than gross! ew.) I saw Dr. D'angelo. She explained to me that she intended to treat the ears with EKT which needed a recheck after 2 weeks. I was impressed that this was a one time application but she neglected to tell me that my dog was going to have her ears dripping for the days to come with her infected goo and the heavy oily ointment itself. I have spent the entire day and night trying to keep the bacteria and fungus that is pouring out her ears from soiling her coat, my carpet, and bedding. It is like motor oil. I do not recommend this treatment unless your dog is not an integral part of your household. So, I won't be returning for a recheck- I imagine they wouldn't take an accurate weight or temp or wash their hands or wear masks, and while their annual heartworm seemed reasonable, their charge for a dental cleaning is much more than twice what I normally pay and the way they practiced medicine did not leave me with a good feeling. It makes more sense to drive the extra 15 miles to a practice that follows good hygiene, follows the governor's mandates during a pandemic, and takes the time to explain to me what I can expect from a medication before administering it.

So this place is phenomenal! The reception staff, vet techs and the veterinarian himself is always a pleasure to deal with! At one point I was partial to Southeastern Veterinarian Clinic, I was told about North End from a coworker! I am so glad she told me about this place. I have a big dog (Tibetan Mastiff) so the vet she sees specializes in big dogs. She is a puppy right now about 13 weeks old but already weighs a whopping 25 pounds, the vet said he expects her to be 40 pounds next month at check up! Not to mention their puppy wellness program is UNBEATABLE!! I pay $29.99 a month which includes a variety of vet services for FREE! I paid a total of $24 when I took my furbaby to the vet on 9/30/2020 that was the cost of her flea, tick and heart worm medication. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants high quality vet care for their 4-legged family members!
