We have been taking our Dog here for 3+ years. Excellent clinical staff that does not over medicate and works with you in helping find the right solution for you and your dog when multiple options are available. Very mindful and careful during Covid.

The Vet, Vet techs and everyone working there is wonderful and caring.

Great animal hospital. Skipper loves Dr. Jenn and she takes such good care of him. She gives quality time when we are there. All of the staff and assistants are so helpful and love our boy Skipper. ♥️♥️♥️

Finest vet service I have ever had. Caring staff made putting our 16 year old cat BUD to sleep bearable....PJ (his brother) and both of us will miss him terribly. Gladly recommend Waterway Animal Hospital.

I have struggled since moving to this area to find a Vet to take interest and work with me to care for our 16 year old Ragdoll cats.. We found the BEST at Waterway! Dr Kevin, Dr Jenn, Terry, Angie, and Diane couldn't have been more caring to BUD and PJ. Especially last week when Bud took his final breathe and crossed the Rainbow Bridge. So glad to have found these wonderful caring people. I have finally found a new home.. Thank You!

Most caring staff ever! I had to put my Beagle down unexpectedly. Dr. Smith was absolutely amazing. The staff made sure my dog was comfortable and let me have as much time with her as I wanted before saying good bye.... I could never Thank the Entire staff enough!

I highly recommend them if you ever have to put your loved one down. I had to make the decision to put my Tonka down and they did the best job that anyone could have done. A 5 star company for sure. They took great care of my wife and I and let us stay with my boy till the end. I was very close to my partner and friend he served me well.

I just called them to become a new patient for my 10 year old golden retriever. I had his records transferred to them months ago from Ocean Isle Vet to which they could not find any record of us. But, the BEST part of call was she Jenn, told me they only take “healthy” pets. I immediately said “you are kidding, right, and she said no”. I hung up. Do not recommend them. I wa stunned and so mad!

Always a wonderful experience to come here and my dogs are my world! They are my babies and I always have to have the absolute best care for them and this is where to go for that great care and compassion. The staff is beyond exceptional!

We have used this animal hospital for about 4 years now. Today we took our Labradoodle to have his glands emptied. After we came home our dog would yelp if he tried to sit down, he was in a lot of pain. We took him back to the vet, they looked him over and said they must have sprained his tail while performing the procedure. They gave him some pain meds and sent him home. Once he came home the second time he was in increasingly more pain. We had to take him back up to the vet and they finally did an X-ray and seen that they fractured his tail bone. After all of this they charged us $200. This injury was something they did to our dog, then they charged us to fix it. Very disappointed in how this was handled. We will find another veterinarian to take our animals to in the future.

This animal hospital is amazing . Having a sick dog during this pandemic is so stressful. Everytime I call the staff is amazing. Dr Jenn has always took care of my dogs, but helping my fur baby through this difficult time is very reassuring. This is the only animal hospital you will ever need

I had two cats and bring them both here. Dr. Jen. Dr. Kathy and Angie are amazing!! My oldest cat (23) passed away this morning. It was a beautiful goodbye in a private garden setting. They are the most caring animal people I have ever met. Am so very grateful for the doctors and staff. They are upfront, kind and compassionate.

The Waterway Team is an amazing group of professional and caring people. After 4 years of excellent care we needed to make the difficult decision of taking our beloved Mia to the Rainbow Bridge. We truly appreciate the love and kindness shown to us by Dr Jenn, Debbie, Angie and all the techs. Dr. Jenn always called to check on Mia’s progress, always trying to find the best and most humane methods of treatment. I cannot recommend Waterway enough or express our gratitude properly. So thank you truly!

We have been coming here for over 10 years. They took care of my two cats and now they are taking care of my German Shepherd lucky. I remember one day when we were there my car wouldn't start one of the girls came out and helped us. So if you want great care for your animals I would recommend them highly.

After moving here from CT recently, we needed to find a vet for our pup Ziva. She seemed to have an urinary tract infection and wasn't feeling well at all. We took her to Waterway and we are so glad we did. They have an unbelievable staff. Everyone is so friendly and Ziva had a ball. Dr Jen said Ziva did in fact have an infection. Medications were prescribed and she is on the mend. Angie, one of the technicians, was so wonderful with Ziva. We highly recommend Waterway Animal Hospital to anyone looking for expert medical care for their pet at a very reasonable cost.
