This was first time seeing this vet office. I was extremely happy with Cherokee Trail Vet. I was able to be in the room and Dr. Keisler was awesome. She answered all my questions even some of a different pet she has never seen. She patient, kind and very knowledgeable. The Office staff was very friendly and great. I have definitely found a forever vet office for my fur babies. Will definitely recommend them to friends ,family or anyone looking for a great place to go.

We have lived in SC 13 years and this is the only place I have taken my pets, and the staff is amazing.

The vet was great and did such a thorough exam and didn’t have us do any unnecessary procedures. Everyone was very nice and we did not have to wait long to be seen.

We love Dr Strom. He is always patience with my 2 dogs who are always scared to go to the vet. The nurses we have had have always been understanding. When I have questions about there health they are very nice and no judgment. We have had bad experiences in the past with other vets. We haven't had that here at cherokee.

We have used Cherokee Trail for over 30 years. Wouldn't think of taking our dogs to any other doctors. The staff is excellent. We have had nothing but positive experiences. The preventive healthcare is top rate and the treatment our dogs have received as they have progressed was provided with excellent diagnostics, treatment, concern, warmth and compassion. Great boarding services also whether for doggie day care or boarding for a week. My schnauzer LOVES Cherokee Trails. He gets so excited to get to see the 'girls' in boarding! Dr. McCauley and Dr. Strom take great care of our Chipper. Cherokee Trail has been our vet for over 20 years. We really like the staff. They are very professional and good with our pets. Highly recommend them.

Everyone is so nice and caring. While my boys may not love going to the vet, i love having them being taken care of by Cherokee Trail.

I have always been able to get an appt within a week or less lead time. The wait time in my car upon arrive is never more than 5 min. The vet techs and vets have been professional, trustworthy, and are really good at explaining what they are doing, why they're doing it, and what the diagnosis is. Treatment has been affordable and the meds are easily obtained via online vet pharmacy and delivered to my home. They all show compassion and sincere care for the health and well being of my fur babies.

***Update - I have now been boarded my five kitties with Cherokee Trial boarding for weekend trips. Marlo and the whole front office staff in the boarding dept have been AMAZING!! They know my babies and they keep me updated on each kitties condition. Will be returning often***. New client here. This office has been very kind, compassionate, and efficient. I look forward to bringing my cat back for regular check ups.

Over the years, they have laughed and cried with me while treating my animals with the same kindness and caring that I would. The story that sums it up best is while sitting in my car waiting for my pet’s appointment (during Covid), I noticed a lady and a vet tech trying to get a dog to go into the building for its appointment. They offered treats to coax the dog in, but she wasn’t falling for it. Rather than forcing the dog in, the vet came outside and did his entire exam in the yard on his knees. This is why I won’t take my fur babies anywhere else.
