I am always a little nervous when I leave Porthos Everyone was sweet tto him! Thank you Dr Mulligan!

I thought this place was going to be good for my 4 dogs, but I was wrong. It is impossible to even have someone answer phones to schedule appointments or even have meds refilled or get a hold of someone if there is something going on with your animal . As soon as my dog started having unexplained health issues it felt like they didn’t even care or weren’t even trying to figure out what was wrong. All they kept doing was the same 1 test and that was negative all the time. They never even tried to do blood work or other options. They even tried to make me give my one dog a tranquilizer pill before he came in for his visits because he was too excited/ hyper and they couldn’t control him. They will also falsify notes in charts saying they said this when they talk with you and that was never discussed. If I could give a rating of a zero I would. My 4 dogs will never be brought back here.

Never had any problems here with my other two dogs, our newest addition however.. he was new at this vet, fully vaxxed from his doctor but they were closed (unable to send records). We agreed to the rabies shot, they told us they were unable to see him without it. The lady at the front desk asked about other vaccines and I clearly said no, she made a note. I get a phone call from one of the assistants asking about a bordetella vaccine, she asked if I wanted him to have it to prevent parvo.. I again told her no, he is fully vaxxed and I will retrieve documents the following Monday. She said “okay, so you don’t want him to have the bordetella?” I replied, “no.” We pick him up, we’re checking out at the desk and she says “it looks like they have him the rabies and bordetella vaccines today.” ???????????? WHAT?! I asked how it was I said no THREE times to two different people and he STILL got the vaccine. The girl at the front desk replied, “well it isn’t something that’ll hurt him if doubled.” I cannot trust them with my pet, he will not be back or any of his siblings.

Decent pet clinic. Pup went in for a comprehensive exam and teeth cleaning. He came out droggy but fine. I didn't receive a call to let me know that I should not have fed my dog before the teeth cleaning though. Not sure why I'm paying for insurance when I'm charged so much from the exam.

I was needing a vet on a Saturday, everything's closed and they managed to take time out of their schedule of other animals to squeeze me in, allowing me to drop my 2 month old kitten early and them take care of it, they ran a bunch of tests and told me the symptoms and told me if i wanted to go further how much it would cost and they took their time to get my baby healthy. Made a check up appointment and made sure she was doing good. They was really sweet and nice.

I have been with banfied for 12 years now and they have always provided great care for my dogs. It has changed somewhat, but they still seem to care about your animal.

I cannot wait until my dogs wellness plans run out so I can transfer to a new vet. Their turnover for vets and staff is absolutely horrible. The service is mediocre at best and I don't feel like they try very hard to keep our service or get to know our pets.

Just started using Banfield, and am very pleased with their operation. Everything from pricing, location, staff follow up and care. Excellent care, all 4 of my pets go to Banfield. My only complaint is how difficult it can be to get a quick appointment for more serious issues.

Wonderful people who always take great care of our dogs. They are friendly and explain things clearly. Always sweet to our pups.

My experience was great at this place. I brought my dog here to get groomed and they did a wonderful job. My dog loved being here and she loved her new look plus my family loved her new look.Keep up the good work.

Dr. Morse and team at the Lexington Banfield are phenomenal. They go above and beyond to take the best possible care of our pup. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for care for our dog.

I have a love hate relationship with this place... I keep coming back because they're friendly and love my fur baby but dang, it costs me an arm and a leg! Momo (pictured) is worth it though...

Great staff and extreme care for my fur baby.

Never fixed my dogs skin issues, it only got worse after visiting them. They also kept charging me money after I ended my subscription of the wellness plan. Not worth all of the trouble.

I've been taking my babies to Dr Patricia Pano since they were babies and my other two dogs kitty and Koko before that. She is very good but also listens to what you have to say without acting in a hurry. I love the plan they have that saves money on visits and meds. And the staff has always been pretty attentive and professional.

Banfield does not care about their staff. Because of this, the entire staff walked out last year. As an employee, you are not allowed to have a voice. The Mars Corporation only cares for the higher ups. Employees are over worked and under paid. They trap clients into Wellness Plan payments even after a pet passes away. Though most of the staff, Dr. Morse and Dr. Seguin are fantastic, management does not appreciate their hard work and care only about numbers. The current Practice Manager has zero experience and wonders around aimlessly. There were several visits that my pets were not properly cared for. You would be better off bringing your pet somewhere else.

Love Banfield, some of the staff are great, all of my fur babies are patients there. I highly recommend Banfield and always do. They are not as innocent as they look lol. I read several reviews and everyone is entitled to their opinions. I would like to add that Banfield is a good clinic for are babies, and the plans that are very reasonable. Keep in mind there are some really great staff there, there are also some not so great or good staff and we can help get rid of them bad apples. So with that said BANFIELD reevaluate and get rid of ???? or risk losing clients. ???????? ????

The vet assistant was excellent in explaining our dog's wellness plan. He treated Rosie as if she were his own. Staff was very pleasant and explained to us the details of Rosie's visit. Highly recommend this place.

Called to get prescription they said oh yeah that shouldn’t be a problem. Get there and they say there’s no way we can do that. Awful customer service

This place is fantastic! Although our dog had to be put to sleep they were very kind and loving to us and our situation. Sidney mc giver especially sweet and helpful.she really cares about you and your pets. Thanks guys for helping our baby have a peaceful passing. Highly recommend and 1 St visit is free.

Banfield has many caring employees and a great care plan to cover vaccines and wellness visits.

NEVER take your pets here!!!! Right now they only have fill-in vets and they maybe 1-2 technicians. It's been like this for over 7 months and I was told they can not tell me where the vets went so I could try to stick with the same one. When I called to make an appointment for my pup, I was told they could try to schedule something but I just need to walk in one afternoon whenever. The girl said she would make a note in the system but didn't even ask for my pups name or my phone number to even pull up my information. This place is a joke. I definitely should have listened when I was told not to go here.
