I have known doctor Allen since I was a child my parents took our animals there she is a great person a great doctor. Just a very nice individual. she is an exceptional vetenarian

I used this office back around 2011-12 and was happy with the services and experience. I left the area and recently came back. I reached out first for boarding. I was told that they were only taking current patients for boarding. I inquired about former patients and explained that I had just came back into the area. The phone attended shrugged me off and didn't even pretend to care. That was around the July 4th holiday weekend. In August I submitted a request for a an appointment on their website and still have not heard anything back. I get that business is good and they may not need or want any additional clients, however there is a professional way to articulate that. Not responding at all and being condescending and cavalier on the phone are terrible business practices.

Have been taking my pets to St. Andrews for over 20 years. They are very caring and professional.

We have been going there for 13 years . They are gentle with our fur baby . Willing to answer any questions you might have . Always concerned about their patients . We just love them .

Absolutely love this place! Dr. Allen and her team work amazingly together! We were going out of town and I noticed something on my male shepherd. I called and luckily they had a cancellation and could get him in before we left. He then was being monitored by my sister in law and they called each morning and evening to ensure he was okay. And Saturday he had to go in for observation. They kept close eye on him and ended up having to do his surgery the following Monday to remove a hernia. I’m just so thankful for all that they do for my dogs and make their clients feel at ease. I had to put my other shepherd to sleep back in May and they made us all very comfortable and gave us the time we needed. Shout out to Dr. Allen and all her team members, EVERY SINGLE ONE! I love them all and will never go anywhere else. ❤️

This is a wonderful clinic that I have used for decades with my dogs. Regardless of my pet's personality, the staff and vet are always great with my dogs. Prices are comparable, and services/skills are top notch.

A very caring vet. Very knowledgeable especially with dogs that you don't normally see...I have Greyhound, and she gets superb treatment, and care. My "Hound" really looks forward to going to the clinic. A great vet.

intelligent, informative, well organized, helpful, professional, compassionate. i like all the staff members. i've been able to get same day emergency appointments to see the doctor. they also have a network to share, with permission, visit info with the 24 Specialist and Emergency vet on fernadina rd, which means that they share pet med info when needed and will call to do a follow up. they also sell supplies and food that you get at pet supply stores that are more specialized for your pets health, such as special health or diet food, pill pockets, toothpaste and brush, and more. they are also reasonably priced, cheaper than pet smart.
