I sent a message via their chat, took them 3 weeks to respond. I also asked them about my sick cat, they said they couldn't see her, they were totally booked up for the next 2 months. I've never seen a vet that didn't keep at least a little time open during the day for a sick animal.

My dog was hit by a car and brought in by a good samaritan. She didn’t have a collar on but the receptionist Savannah quickly recognized my dog as one of their patients and was able to call me immediately. The technicians Cassie, Sarah, and Katie were so kind and patient with both me and my dog during this ordeal. Thanks to these technicians’ TLC and Dr. Bryant’s expertise, Olive is at home with me now. I am so thankful for Cleveland Animal Hospital and can’t recommend them enough - they are truly the best!!!!

Good service, good empathy, and they are good with cats. Most places are great with dogs but cats can be hit or miss. All of my experiences (over a dozen in the past three years) have been excellent. My only complaint is the requirement to see animals regularly in order to receive medications but I understand why they do this and ultimately appreciate the attention to detail. Very happy with the vet service I've received.

Would never use a vet that doesn't accept new patients, and would let an animal suffer because of this rule

Cleveland Animal Hospital has always been great. I have a lot of pets, and stray cats/feral colony I take care of. I’ve never doubted that my pets would get the best care possible here.

I took my 11 week old French Bulldog in for a minor skin issue, and the service and care was outstanding! I was so impressed with everyone! I will continue to use them for all of my puppy's healthcare needs!

Very nice doctor an staff very clean office.. alittle high priced.. just to cut her nails was $25. That's way bit much.. the chopshop does them for $5:00. To look at her for itching an cut nails it costed $110.

My fur baby, Aries, was injured while outside and the wound was having a hard time healing. Then one day, even though we had been cleaning it with antiseptic, began to become infected. I called Cleveland County Animal Hospital. (I have used them before for another fur baby and they were wonderful) They were able to see Aries immediately and took care of him right away!! The doctor kept in touch with me, keeping me informed of what was being done and when I could pick him up as well as informing me how Aries was handling everything!! They did x-rays, and cleaned the wound, and prescribed him antibiotics and he was 100% better the next day!! It has been a week now and the wound is almost healed completely!! And, in these extremely difficult times, the final cost was so affordable. The staff at Cleveland County truly care about our pets as much as we do and I highly recommend them!!!! Thank you CCAH for everything!!!
