The staff are pleasant and really enjoy working with animals.

Friendly staff, fast and efficient!

They have never let us down. They even gave me a Rx for pet chow.

Our pets (4 -legged family members) have always received great Vet care there. Vets and staff are compassionate and caring and communicate well with us.

My kitten named Trouble ate half a slice of bologna with 4" if the plastic that comes around it. Docs fixed him up within a hour. All good now.

I love Riverbank Veterinary Clinic! I moved about 40min away and tried a new one. That didn’t work! It’s so sad to think that so many people are doing everything they believe they can but their pet could be dying and who they’ve entrusted their furrbaby’s life to isn’t identifying the issue. I’ve regained months with my baby that I might have lost had I not decided to come back to Riverbank for a second opinion. That’s a priceless gift! Thank you so much for giving me more time with him!

The staff is always helpful and friendly. It's easy to get an appointment time. Prices are reasonable.

Good care for my pets

Vets at Riverbanks take excellent care of my kitties. Have referred friends with dogs and they are equally happy. The staff are caring and make sure scheduling and visits go smoothly. During this Covid situation, outside pickup of meds and drop-offs for pet visits show how much they value the safety of their clients and their staff.

Everyone at the clinic are warm and welcoming! I have an anxious doggo and they do so well with her quirkiness. She is examined, all my questions are answered, and we are on our way pretty quickly. Please check them out.

Great vets nice people love animals

They are the best, from the Dr. to the techs they work hard to provide the best care for their patients and are great with the owners as well. They always give me all the time I need during my appointment even if they are running behind. They are always great explaining things and presenting all the options. I can't say enough good things about them.

Sassy is scared and shakes at the vet (any vet) or even unfamiliar places so I am fortunate that the tech comes to the door to let me know when it is her turn so she isn't upset while waiting. That is so thoughtful of them.

They are simply the best. I can't say enough good things about the Riverbank Vet family. Sugar, Eddie, and Capt. Crooks love their visits there.

I recently moved to SC from NY and took my 2 cats for their first wellness check to Riverbank following a friend's recommendation. On time appointment in a clean and well managed facility. Dr. Bredenberg was kind and thorough, explaining every detail as needed. The Vet Techs were also professional and sweet. Highly recommend.

My Vet was closed for a Covid scare, and my dog who's blind and diabetic, became sick and even though Riverbank wasn't taking new patients, they we kind enough to see him on a last minute notice. They were so kind and helpful, with both my dog and myself. I cannot thank you all enough for helping us!! I

Doctor Rockwell saved my 1 year Miniature Schnauzer from severe hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. If not for her aggressive treatment this dog would have died.

Vets at this office are the best. We originally had Dr. Billy as the vet and were afraid to change to another vet in the office, however; we had an unscheduled visit with one of our dogs and Dr. Billy was not available. I love this vet clinic. They always explain things to me in a way I can understand, they try to save you money wherever they can, and everyone I've met there is just down to earth and nice. They have a website and app that are highly convenient. But my favorite thing is that they always check in a few days after a visit just to see how my dog is doing.

When our cat got sick we took him to the emergency clinic and spent all night waiting in our car to receive little to no information and an estimate of $3000 to treat him. We felt uncomfortable leaving Gsxr there like they recommended, so we decided to take him to Riverbank, our usual vet. The staff at Riverbank was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain our treatment options to us, and did everything they could to make the process easy for us. Everyone at Riverbank treated our cat very well and gave him the best level of treatment we could have hoped for. Even during the pandemic, they provided a personal touch and made us feel comfortable leaving our cat with them. Despite their best measures, Gsxr didn't make it. Dr. Billy was kind and empathetic over the phone explaining last steps, and I don't think we could have gone through this process without him. We will continue to bring our other pets to Riverbank and encourage others to do the same. There is no better vet in the Charleston area.

Everything was wonderful. They could tell hugo was a little nervous and they did everything to make him more relaxed. I was allowed to stay in the room and the staff was great and patient with him. Plus he loved all the cookies.
