I will never bring my pets to this place ever again and I urge you all not to to as well. I brought my 12 year old doxie in for a pusstual growth on her back leg. We were made to believe that we needed to have xrays, bloodwork in order to properly evaluate her. The Bill was over $450 and all she was given was a antibiotics shot that was supposed to last 2 weeks. No lancing it to drane it or nothing. a little over a week later the pusstual was still there and my pet couldn't walk on it. I called and the Vet and now he recconmended Antibiotics. Another $67. The next day, the pusstual burst and my pet was in so much pain she had a hard time eating. We are taking her to Mill Creek Vet to get this corrected. ALL THIS PLACE IS INTERESTED IN IS RUNNING YOUR BILL UP. In all my years, I have never seen this type of gross negligence in order to run your bill up... BEWARE.....

I took my cat Luna there two days in a row and they were very informative and patient with me. They made me feel really confident in the care that they give Luna. I would highly recommend this vet everyone was so nice and welcoming.

Visited on a holiday.....Well Pets Vet shared medical exam info with our Primary Veterarian. Professional and polite staff. Thank you for fitting Amber in to be seen on short notice. Well Pets called me the next day to check on Amber. Will recommend your services to anyone seeking care for their pet.

Asked the doctor to examine my cats ears for mites, she said "I dont see any mites" . Mites are microscopic, but my cat very clearly is distressed, frantically scratching, and has visible black build up in his ears. I wasted a huge amount of money to just be disregarded. Ive tried over the counter treatments myself and that is why I finally spent more than I could afford to try to help him. I wish I'd went somewhere else.

Growler has bounced back by 80% in w4 hours. No extra charges, listened to me, and with minimum pokes and prods, Dr Bell was able to make our baby better. He was fine going in, no shaking etc. He's a happy boy. He's the one closest to the railing, stopped eating, drinking, had pure blood diarrhea, and he's doing well now

Would absolutely recommend Well Pets. We had a positive experience from start to finish. They took wonderful care of my Stitch! Every staff member we encountered was professional and very nice. Personal calls from the doctor to update us on our baby as he went through emergency surgery for a blockage. And the prices were reasonable considering it was a holiday weekend! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving my pup’s life!

I was out of town visiting some relatives and took my precious little girl here when she suddenly became ill. I was very impressed with the care that she received and the communication with the doctor the whole process. I highly recommend WellPets❤️

Poor customer service, mostly lack of or incorrect info regarding appts, walk in and covid protocols. Small bldg,small parking lot that backs up to traffic. Not safe getti g out of vehicle with dog between other parked cars & overall the most confusing upsetting experience. The vets I spoke with seemed knowlegable and were courteous but the setting of the office, & confusing of front desk negated that

My son and his fiance brought their sick dog there and they said an adult needed to be there in order for them to treat the dog. They explained that he is 18 and is an adult and then I called also explaining he is 18yrs old and an adult and begged them to look at the dog and the manager ripped the phone away from the girl I was speaking with and she said wasn't going to argue and said they wouldn't treat the dog hung up on me. The most unprofessional thing I've ever heard . She should be fired

I took my cat in on Christmas Eve morning. I was expecting a long wait, but was seen within the hour. The vet called me three times during Mouse’s appointment. They were very informative, patient and truly care about the pets, not just the money! The vet tech who came out with my pet was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. Will definitely visit again, but hopefully won’t need to anytime soon! Thank you!!

My dog had a small injury during the Thanksgiving holiday and every vet we called was full. As busy as Well Pets were, they were able to squeeze in my fur baby and get him taken care of!! Thank you!

My pup injured herself on the holiday , unfortunately office was closed and I left a voicemail. The office was calling me back at 730 the next morning trying to work my baby in! I brought her to the after hour urgent care and confirmed her torn canine crucial ligament. They got her some pain relief and my girl is home resting with me til we speak with an orthopedic surgeon! Even called me back to next day to check on my pup. Will definitely be bringing her back her for all her needs!

Had to bring my 8 year old Shepherd in for an emergency visit and wish I could give 10 stars. Staff was extremely efficient, kind, and communicative. Best experience we have ever had with a veterinary clinic. Price was very fair for the services provided.

Unprofessional. Brought my dog for shots and somehow my dog died. My dog was healthy, never had no complications or anything. They didn’t communicate with me clearly until somebody else had to tell me.

My family’s pit bull was recently throwing up and wouldn’t eat so we took her here. They told us she would need surgery and didn’t tell us the strong chances of complication. She passed away a couple hours after surgery !!!! DONT GO HERE

My very first experience with them was wonderful and I will definitely be using them from here on out. They were the only vet within an hour radius that could work my dog in and I'm so very thankful to them. They were very busy but they were just so nice and patient it was just a really good experience.

I had an emergency situation with my cat & as busy as they were Tux was taken in, examined & treated within a 3 hour time frame on a Sunday. This included having to be given an IV. The doctor called me due to curb service & was very concerned & took time to go over the symptoms Tux was having. Once she examined him she called me a second time to go over everything that had been done & answer any questions I had. Staff was very friendly & helpful. I will definitely use their services again.

I took my dog to the urgent care the was seen within minutes of arriving! The staff members were extremely nice and attentive. Dr. Seay gave my pup medicine and he seemed better within a few hours! A staff member even called the next day to check on my puppy! I would definitely recommend this vet clinic!

We brought our dachshund in because she was vomiting and had diarrhea for 2 days. It was on a Sunday so we expected to pay a little higher than normal; however, for an exam, blood work, xrays, and anti nausea meds, it was $750. Can you say rip off?

Do not use this vet. They care more about the money and less about the animal.

I rescued my cat Shadow, who was less than 6 weeks old, when someone put him out on Columbiana Blvd 5 years ago. Well Pets has been his vet clinic from day 1, and they have taken excellent care of him ever since. Two years ago, he was unfortunate enough to have his left leg broken in 6 places by some unknown event in the neighborhood. Well Pets took excellent care of him even though his break was too severe for them to fix and referred me to VCF for his surgery. He just had his yearly checkup and blood panel and received a good report. I would recommend Well Pets to anyone who cares about their pet and wants nothing but the best care for them. These guys rock. Just ask a happy, healthy 19 pound Shadow. He gives them 2 paws up.

Dr Hunter saw our baby (Jackie) Friday evening. There were several others ahead of us when we arrived for urgent care thinking she had something caught in her throat. Wait was less than 30 minutes for her to get taken in. Dr Hunter called within a short time to ask if I was ok to have an x-ray because he suspected pneumonia. The result was confirmed. He gave meds and 2 days later the cough has almost went away. We are very appreciative of his help and compassion for our baby. Planning on making them my permanent vets office.

I have a Senior dog and he is always treated promptly and as if he were their own dog. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable and the practice is responsive to our questions and concerns.

From 10/13 visit after hours care. Wait was worth it. So grateful for the empathic, compassionate care both for my pet and my pocket.. Great business to have in the area. Grateful for you.
