Horrible. I'm homeless and have two small dogs in which are sick and the vet wouldn't put them to sleep so they could be at peace.

My dog has been having issues for awhile and after seeing several veterinarians in the area, I finally feel like he's making progress. Staff is professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

I’ve been taking my cat here for about 5 years, and I’ve always been pleased with them. But I got a puppy a few months ago and was going quite often for shots. She has a lot of energy, and I was made to feel like an inadequate pet parent each time I came in. It was to the point where I was in tears at my last visit. I had mentioned putting her in doggy daycare for socialization, and one of the vets basically said “Absolutely not. She can’t be controlled.” By the way, she’s been to a dog park and doggy daycare and has done excellent. To add insult to injury, on her third set of shots, she was given 3 at once and had an adverse reaction where she had to be rushed to the back and medicated and then observed. There was little to no education on what medications or vaccines she was getting. They would just come in, give the meds, and shoo me out the door to pay. And there wasn’t even an explanation as to what happened with the vaccines. They even hinted at the cause being her getting herself too excited. I question their knowledge of caring for a puppy because mine’s behavior is not abnormal. Lastly, I voiced my concerns in an email without a response. However when I requested both of my pets’ records, my email was a part of the chart.

My precious sick dog was left in a crate an entire day with no Care. I called several times and was told the Dr had not had time to look at her. By the the time I insisted on picking her up I had to take her lethargic little body in my lap to an emergency vet whose only recourse was to end her life. I will never forgive Four Paws for keeping my baby away from me her last day. They also refuse to see my other dog to prescribe her insulin because it was originally prescribed on an emergency basis elsewhere.. Four Paws started out as such a sweet humane clinic . Sadly they grew too big and lost their heart along the way. Cheryl Wheat

I came in last week with an injured kitten that i found on the road, the staff was just so amazing! They rushed the poor thing in ,no questions asked and literally saved his life, i had brought in injured animals in the past to different vets and they all refuse to treat them without me paying everything up front and taking ownership , witch i cant always do... all they asked is for a donation so they can keep doing it.. im just so impressed with them that im moving my dog to their care!

Best group of vets and staff ever. Love how they fall in love with all my furbabies and treat them as if they were their own. ❤❤

I’ve been coming here for 2 years and it used to be amazing. Dr. Moore and the staff used to be absolutely amazing, caring and did awesome work. They recently had a change of management and ever since they have been getting worse and worse. The front office staff is rude, they make you make an appointment but does not attend to your pet. They increased their price for travel health certificate from $50 to $180 but are not knowledged in health certificates for pet travel. They completely messed mine up and cost me a lot of money for something that they should’ve known if they are raising their prices so much for a service to stay competitive.

Bella Bear our 3 legged angel (cat) loved this place. They did an incredible surgery on her, when she unfortunately had to loose her front leg. They are compassionate, caring and professional. Absolutely wonderful place to bring your fur babies. I traveled from Irmo to go here, because I totally trusted them with her.

Four Paws takes wonderful care of my 16 y/o yorkie, Bean. Dr. Moore and staff are quick to respond when I have worries. They are so polite, accommodating and helpful. Bean just celebrated his sweet sixteen, and I thank Four Paws for helping my little man stay healthy. I saw a tremendous change in his health when we started going to Four Paws a few years ago. I love them and recommend them to all fur-parents.

Pre pandemic I could see how well they treated my pets. Now thing have changed some, but my dog and cats seem to like going there. My dog jumped out with the vet tech like they're friends. In fact our newest baby likes to nap in her carrier now...and they gave her a shot.

If you are looking for a forever vet for your furry friend, then Four Paws is the place to go. This is, hands down, the best Vet clinic in town. Dr. Moore is a saint. She helped me ease the passing of a beloved family friend and I couldn't thank her more for her compassion and dedication. I commend her in so many ways for doing a job many of us would not be able to handle. Aside from the sheer awesomeness that is Dr. Moore, the staff is amazing. Each Vet Tech I have interacted with over the years has been friendly and welcoming. Many of them have been there for years and know me and my pets by name and face. The cost of care is quite reasonable as well. One aside, when you visit, please make sure to keep your dogs leashed and close to you. The waiting area is usually full due to the popularity of the practice. This is just a polite way of sharing a communal space and ensuring that your dog doesn't infringe upon another dog (or their owners) space.

Dr. Warren was soooo compassionate and loving and we knew we were in the most wonderfully capable hands when we had to drop our bichon frise Lola off for emergency pyometra surgery. Liz and Sam and every single person at the office made us feel comfortable and calm. They were our sheroes!!! We think of them and are so grateful every single day for saving our Lola. ♥♥♥♥

Four Paws is an excellent caring business. We have had 2 of our fur babies, 14 and 13 have to be euthanized due to aging and in so much pain. The staff are so good with them to make sure their last moments are as peaceful for them as well as the owner.

I cannot say enough about how great they were with my Stella. I strongly believe a neighbor poisoned her. My Stella got so sick. Unfortunately my sweet girl didn't make it but they did more than I even knew could be done for her. They were so sweet and cared so much for her. After trying everything short of dialysis for weeks, we had to let Stella go. The Dr and the Technician both were in tears. They were so compassionate. They are just angels!

My friend’s dog nearly died under their care and they refused reimbursement. Find a vet who actually cares.

First Experience at Four Paws! Super accommodating during the COVID19 Pandemic. Our FIV+ "Feral turned into a Housecat" saw Dr. Moore, and we couldnt be more pleased! Although we couldn't go in with him, he came out in THE BEST MOOD, so I know he had an enjoyable experience. Extremely thorough communication from all members of their staff and they a detailed itemized report (which I LOVE as a pet parent). We will be back! Thank you from Tobias (Toby) & his humans ❤????

I had the greatest experience there with my roxy. She underwent surgery in a short notice and everyone was so nice and helpful. They are my roxys primary veterinarian. Even under the circumstances of covid. They kept me updated and my roxy is home and n recovery. Thank you so much four ???? paws.
