Great place to get anything you need for your pet. Extremely nice and friendly staff!!!!!! My only complaint, and this is NOT THEIR FAULT, they don't have a selection of Purina Pro Plan wet cat food and haven't for months. Don't know what Purina's problem is, but it's getting ridiculous!!!!!!!!

I currently work here and our managers, especially Mike, work so tirelessly and are so wonderful to our costumers. We don't have the best systems and our self service dogwash needs an update, but we do our best to make everything seem to even better than the day before.

Clean store, friendly staff and had exactly what we needed! Thanks for great customer service!

I found an inexperienced staff to care for my dog. I was told she could not have her nails clipped due to aggression. Please pick her up and have a vet handle her. I found an experienced groomer who had no problem cutting her nails. I found out my dog is not agressive. It was the handler

UPDATED REVIEW:. I still stand by my original review (4/5 stars for the store itself, but they actually DO do coupons again!), but I've had issues several times now with nail trimmings. My rescue dog is difficult, but each time I go to get my dog's nails clipped, I get a definite vibe that they don't want to do my dog's nails. My dog has never bit anyone, but the girl that clips nails is definitely afraid of my dog...I bring treats, I've offered for them to muzzle her, but they just don't want to do it. I've made lots of suggestions, they've made none. Today they sent me home with 2-3 nails clipped. I did not pay for the service, but I did tip them for their time. Old review from 2 years ago: The staff is super helpful, prices are reasonable. It's my go-to place for large dog food bags(30+ lbs) and dog treats. I'm only giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because they no longer offer coupons in their ad fliers.

This is where I come for everything I need to get for my pets. It’s a nice little store and everyone is friendly there and when you ask for help. The prices are also much more reasonable than places like petsmart or other competitors. I tried out their delivery service today for the first time and was very surprised that I received my package the same day only like an hour after ordering! It says if you place an order before 1 pm you’ll receive your order in the same day but I ordered after 1 but still got my package today! These guys are awesome. Make sure you sign up your phone number/email for their rewards programs. It really helps save money. With my order today, you get free shipping over $35. My order was originally $42 for 2 items, but after applying the coupon they sent me in try email and the free shipping, I managed to turn my 2 item order into 5 ITEMS INSTEAD and got it all for $38, cheaper than before with less items!! I definitely recommend this pet store for anyone

Went for the self serve dog wash. What I found was a well ran pet supply store. The dog wash was super convenient and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well stocked. I will be frequenting the self serve dog wash.

They had what I was looking for and a variety of other things at good prices. Looking forward to going there again

It’s clear the groomers have no experience at the Irmo, SC location. I’ve been visiting this site for about 3 years now with my four dogs. The groomer basically shaved my golden retriever but didn’t touch the tail, head or legs. She looks terrible! I even asked if they could cut the rest so that she looks somewhat descent and they told me that I had to make another appointment. I spoke with the manager and was even more disappointed with how he managed the issue. What a joke of a business! The employees all sit on their phones and provide poor quality. I will not be back and HIGHLY recommend NOT using this groomer. The store manager truly needs training or should be on plan.

Clean store, friendly employees, highly recommend getting your dog some of the bakery cookies by the registers. Easy exchange of a too small e-collar for one in the right size. Great selection, decent prices, love this store. Will be back in a week for Sable's birthday cookies. If you have any questions about anything at all, seriously just ask, these folks are very helpful.
