I don’t understand why petsmart or the banfield company inside could lose my mothers dog. Her bestfriend was supposed to have been taken care of but instead, they lied and said she slipped off the leash. That’s not possible in any way. Watch where you take your animals to get treated and cared for. They dont have good intentions!!!!

Usually take the dogs with us, they go crazy seeing all the toys. It like heaven for both them and my dog trainer wife.

Great experience. I walked in, grabbed a cart, went to the litter section and got a 40 lb bag. Strolled through the rest of the section, paid and left. Did that in 5 minutes. Couldn't ask for more just before a holiday.

Well first off the "woman" (younger punk) wanting to look into her mirror much more than wait on customers (me) and my bf getting bothered by her didn't help matters very much,it tried getting anyone's attention by being up on a step ladder getting fish for me for my new aquarium from Christmas I got,well she smashed one of the fish with the side of the net, and I was going to say so, but dang it, I didn't and he was dead the very next morning, that was on the 27th then yesterday I went and bought 3 more neon little fish, and this morning one was dead, and instead of dealing with people who plain and simple so not care, I just flushed the poor fella, I also told the "young man" who was "barely waiting" on me that a big Angel Fish was floating dead in the next aquarium, I told him 3 times,yet was ingonred by him each time, that will kill the other fish in that particular aquarium,and the prices aren't reasonable as far as my pocketbook is concerned, the only one who seemed to care was the register young man,he seemed pleasant and helpful, but I'll NEVER frequent this particular PetSmart again, and I've reported this store to the BBB......I hope you have a better experience than I,ty all for reading! these dead fish look like they’ve been dead for awhile now and they aren’t the only dead fish i’ve seen today. just sad. :( other than that the staff is super sweet and friendly and they keep the place clean

This store is always well stocked and the staff are friendly. It's easy to get an appointment with the vet and they're always great with the animals. Only problem is that they keep betta fish in tiny little cups. I don't blame any of the staff but instead the higher management for making them sell the poor things. But it's a nice store and the prices are reasonable.

Use the grooming service here, no issues and also get dog food and supplies.

Clean store. Always has my specialty chubby cat food in stock.

Scheduled an appointment to get my dog groomed. Went to the store and had to wait outside the grooming area because someone was inside the section. They canceled my dogs appointment while I was waiting cause she was late. They did not call to let me know and I was waiting outside the door.

Well stocked with a good selection! This was the third pet store I went to looking for Hill's science diet urgent care formula. This store was the only one who not only had it, but had a good supply of it!

NEVER take your dog here for a groom !!!!! We took ours today only because our regular groomer is booked until the end of the month and our baby was in desperate need for a cut. We asked for a standard schnauzer cut and I was appalled at what I saw when my husband brought him home ! We was totally skinned all over !!! He looks like a drowned rat . My daughter actually cried when she saw him. The person who cut him said he was matted but I find that hard to believe since he goes once a month to our regular place and we brush him 2-3 times a week. If there was a way to report them I would but instead we now have to wait until his hair grows out for him to look like he should. I am beyond angry ????????????????

I just drove from the other side of town, about 30 minutes, to get my dogs nails trimmed. The website says the groomers are open until 7 pm. They closed an hour early just because they wanted to I guess. It would have been nice to know before driving all this way for nothing. Definitely will be looking for a pet store closer to home. Have been shopping here for years but I don't have time to be inconvenienced just because someone doesn't want to finish their shift.

Very clean and helpful staff.

I think they did a great job on the brakes, checked out the AC and adjusted the headlights. Would have been a 5 but my wife picked up the truck and no one volunteered to bring the vehicle around the front for her. Come on guys, really? She had to walk way in the back to get it. That's a simple customer courtesy, especially for a lady.

My go to place for snake food, I get frozen thawed mice and rats and they are good quality, at a decent price.
