We have a 2-year-old tri-pawd and a 15-year-old Beagle who has inoperable cancer. I’ve never had a vet or vet tech spend some much time in a room talking through options and, frankly, reality. With our tri-pawd, the vet actually came outside (Covid precaution) and sat on the curb in the parking lot with my husband and I talking through options and reality and referrals. I have not always been the sweetest person when I called in and I think I might have some sort of alternate name (Karen is on hold type) but the ladies at the front get it, I think. The techs get it, I think. It’s hard and some days are emotionally exhausting. I won’t pretend that I’ve never called with heightened energy and maybe negative vibes. There’s never been a doubt we love our sweet ones and there’s never been a doubt that we’re not putting our trust in the wrong practice. Grateful doesn’t cover it.

I cannot speak highly enough of these incredible practitioners and staff. They got me in the day after Thanksgiving (when I was turned away by about 15 other vet clinics) to see my dog who had been bitten/attacked by another dog the day before. They were kind, professional, and overall just made me feel so comfortable about bringing my dog there for care. The girls at the front immediately put my mind at ease and I knew from the first interaction with them I was in good hands. I didn't wait long at all to be seen the doctor and again, can't speak highly enough of his professionalism and kindness. Thank you so much, Cornerstone!!

Our Golden Retriever (Pancake) loves to visit Cornerstone and the fine staff who warmly greet us on each visit; Dr. Draper is a caring, compassionate Veterinary Doctor who has addressed all of Pancake's wellness and health matters ... we heartily recommend Cornerstone!

This is by far the best animal hospital for both exotics and dogs/cats. Both doctors are super knowledgeable and responsive. It’s super easy to get in contact with staff in regards to any concerns. Front desk staff is welcoming and friendly. I would recommend anyone to come here!

Got me scheduled really short notice and even provided me with a new carrier for my snake. They did amazing and I could tell the staff were comfortable and excited to see her which made me feel much better about leaving her with them.

They are very personable. They even go above ans beyond to check in on you and your pet by text. They took care of my baby to their fullest and she is now resting in piece. I thank you all so much for doing what you could. RIP Zilla.

Dr. Benson and the Cornerstone staff really care about your pets. They have treated my ferret, Ollie, like a part of their family… like their own pet. Dr. Benson and his staff did a wonderful job on a tricky surgery Ollie had to have in his tiny neck/throat. We are very thankful for all they have done for us to keep my Ollie strong, healthy, and active!!!!

They were absolutely amazing with my pekin duck Quackers. They were very friendly. Dr. Benson was awesome! I highly recommend them!

Dr. Benson at Cornerstone is the best exotic vet I have met. He is very good with rabbits, and I wouldn't want mine seen by anyone else!

Very nice staff! They took great care of my little Jack. I called to request an app't for my cat who had inflammation in one of his eyes and they were able to squeeze me in that afternoon! Many thanks to the staff!

Our cat, Bilbo had been limping, but mostly he was just laying on his comfy pallet and not eating much food. Dr. Draper suggested changing up his medication and that did the trick! He is now walking around, and is out on the porch, his domain. He likes to police the yard, making sure no other cats enter. When they do he just watches them. :-) We are so grateful for this wonderful facility and all their considerate , kind and gentle employees! They always take such good care of our baby Bilbo Baggins <3

Dr. Benson and the crew are the BEST! I completely trust them with my rabbit Leto! They did his neutering, and have helped him on multiple occasions when he had signs of stasis. Dr. Benson really makes you feel at ease by taking time to discuss the issues, explain the process, give future advice/tips, etc. We always leave knowing our baby will be hoppy and healthy! ????

Dr Draper and her team are the best. Both my dogs had thorough exams. One of them has a serious condition that's been in remission. It's important to monitor him and act on any changes in his bloodwork. Dr. Draper always gives me well-thought advise and action plans.

I had a sick chicken, they took me right away, I did not have to wait long.

I like the quick and caring service we continue to receive on each visit. Happy to have a local vet that listens to our concerns and takes the time to explain the situation.

As a long standing client, I've always been extremely happy with the level of care and concern the staff has shown for my pet. My pet recently had an emergency and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that she was taken care of to the best of their ability. I completely trust the entire staff and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. They are worth every penny.

Love love love this place. Doctor Draper takes incredibly good care of our boy and always makes sure to explain any possible courses of action we could take for any given issue. My dog has allergies and they have done an excellent job helping nail down the root of the issue. One more thing that makes me feel good about coming here, at my old vet (who we switched from for this and several other reasons) my dog would shake and cower and get all scared when we pull up and handed him off to staff, where as with this one he's always happy to see the staff and follows them inside no problem. I'll be moving to Lexington soon but still plan on making the drive out to this vet when needed because they do such a great job.

Great experience! I brought my tegu in to be microchipped and check up. Dr Benson called to let me know everything went well. Prices are also reasonable. Thank you Dr Benson and staff for seeing Lizzy and being so friendly.

Dr. Benson is a great veterinarian! It is hard to find a good veterinarian for rabbits. That is why we make the 120 mile round trip to cornerstone animal hospital. Brent and Sharon

This was our cat's first visit to Cornerstone. They treated her like family. The whole visit only last 15 minutes with check-in, visit, and payment. I appreciate how they made everything so easy for a nervous pet owner. Thank you Dr. Martin for carrying for our Rona Kitty.

Can't says enough good things about Dr. Benson and the staff at Cornerstone. From the time we made the appointment to the test results they were all very kind, patient, and informative. Dr. Benson was extremly thorough in explaining her diet, grooming habits, and overall care. Even the website was full of valuable information for us as new Parrot parents. Friendly and professional staff always makes such a difference in choosing a vet and Cornerstone gets an A+++.

Amazing staff. They kept me updated all day. And even texted me to see how my hamster was doing after his visit. Best veterinary office I've ever been to.

I love these guys! Dr. Benson is incredibly knowledgeable but doesn't make you feel stupid...in fact he educates as he treats your pet. His vet tech is Kendall and I just adore her. This office is a heaven sent to anyone who loves their pets and wants the best care for them!

Cornerstone Animal Hospital is wonderful! They have cared for our guinea pigs & hamsters with such love and compassion. I'm always at ease taking our furbabies to them because I know they are in the best of hands. They always follow up with us to see how they are doing as well which is wonderful. It's a great feeling to have people care as much for them as we their family do. ❤️ Charlie, Tonks & Lilly have been/are very lucky to have found you guys.

My daughter’s Guinea pig was holding one of his front paws against his tummy and wouldn’t put any weight on it. She discovered a growth that showed up “over night” on his pad. We called Cornerstone about her “baby” and they worked him in that afternoon. While his prognosis was not what she wanted to hear, Dr. Benson and Kendall were so kind and patient to Cypress and to my daughter. They gave her time to decide how she wanted to proceed. I so appreciate the tenderness they showed my daughter!

The exotic team here is amazing! My guineas are always in good hands! Fixed my baby up and you can't tell he had a mishap with his brother.
