The vet Dr Brown and her team are amazing. They take great care of our dogs. Even doing an exam in our car once just in case our puppy had kennel cough to avoid bringing it inside of their facility. They are clean and courteous and clearly just love animals. Highly recommend.

Stopped in to ask a question and get a second opinion about our dog and they were very open with suggestions and advise. I would schedule an appointment with them if the condition gets worse as I was positively impressed.

This is the absolute best experience I've ever had with a veterinary clinic. They have taken more time that I could have ever asked for to make sure my cats are cared for and that I understand everything going on with them. They are kind and empathetic, and have helped me tremendously with caring for my cat with CKD. I'll continue going to them even when I move an hour away in the coming month.

I’ve only been here a few times and they already show more attention to my pets then previous vet offices. They pay so much attention to each individual pet and adjust the medical treatment for each individual. Also, if you aren’t clear on some information, the staff with go over with you thoroughly. They also give you a pamphlet on the specific treatment plan and diagnosis to help inform you more. My dog was diagnosed with some environmental allergies, they gave me a pamphlet on what to look for and how they diagnosed her. They also recommended I should give my dog over the counter drugs instead the high priced medication my previous vet prescribed which was actually making my dogs symptoms worse. Overall they by far more friendly and concerned about my pets health than any vet office before, so I give them my personal recommendation.

The opening of Bridgemill Animal Hospital has been amazing for me and my pups. Having been shamed by other local offices for not being able to afford everything, Dr. Jan and her team made me feel ok and were understanding that I couldn't do everything at the same time. They were very kind to both me and my pups, and Dr. Jan explained all of my questions and concerns very clearly. The Techs and Front Counter staff are also brilliant and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. As an added bonus, they don't charge a fee to use your credit card for payment as some offices do when caring for your Companion in Indian Land. Thank you to the whole team for their care and humanitarian approach.

When the emergency vet was full we called here and Dr Jan was able to get us in right away, on a Saturday! She gave great care and was very well priced. We’re definitely going to start using her as our regular vet, as we have three other dogs as well.

My dogs have been seeing Dr. Brown for years so when I heard she was opening her own place I was so excited. We got all 3 dogs in very quickly. She went over all the concerns I had and made the dogs feel at ease. (My dogs are very nervous) Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Awsome place. Staff is so great. When I first called, it was such a pleasure to speak with the person who answer. In person they were even better. They answer every question I had and my kids had questions too, that they also answered. Definitely keeping this place as our new puppies vet. Very happy.

Dr. Brown was our vet at another practice before she left to open Bridgemill. We were okay for the little time that our three dogs had to see another vet, but just not the same. Since Bridgemill opened all dogs have been there and we could not be happier. Dr. Brown and the staff are so nice and attentive. One of our dogs had to have some pretty severe teeth work done recently and bringing him home after was a little scary. Bridgemill staff and Dr. Brown followed up with us throughout his recovery to make sure everything was going good. I will highly recommend Bridgemill to anyone looking for a vet in this area.

Very pleased with my experience at Bridgemill Animal Hospital. They treated my fur baby with TLC, answered all of my questions, gave him a thorough examination and allowed me in the examination room with him. The place was spotless and they didn't try to upsell any products. Thankful that I found Dr. Brown. She is my fur baby's new vet!

I cannot thank Dr. Brown and her team enough for the care and compassion they showed Both me and my dog, Bacci. I was devastated when he suffered an unexpected injury at 14 years old and my normal vet couldn’t find the time to see him. I called in late and Dr. Brown did not hesitate to have me come in, even waiting for me after hours. She was so patient with me and extraordinarily gentle during a very difficult time.
