Amazing compassionate staff. Really cares about the wellbeing of your pet. So grateful they were able to help us with our new puppy when she suddenly became ill. They went out of their way to help her when we needed help immediately and I don't know what we would have done without their guidance and expertise. They were also very clear and upfront about what services they needed to do and the cost of those services. No surprise fees at the end of the visit like at some vet offices. So grateful for Laurel Park Animal Hospital and their staff. Thank you.

Have used them for 3 years...no more...always want to test for unnecessary conditions...never get out for less than $300.00...this time they suggested removing his eardrum because of infection that was cleared by antibiotics worst of all they insist he be sedated....this is a pug... not a mastiff...taking my baby eleswear

I recently had to take my 12 1/2 year old GSP into laurel park animal hospital. I was reluctant because I pretty much knew his quality years were behind him. As I had figured, I had to say goodbye to an old friend. Dr. Lil and the entire staff were very compassionate and patient with my situation. Not impressed! My German Shepherd developed a sudden hip injury/lameness that was causing her significant pain. This was relayed to Samantha, yet the first "available" date was 3 weeks. After explaining again the distress my pooch was in she reiterated that no "openings were available" before that. I have had prior distress situations over the past 35 years with my beloved pooches and never, never was I not professionally accommodated within 48 hours. Laurel Park Animal Hospital is UNPROFESSIONAL.

Great place to take your pets. Very caring doctors and staff.

Have been going there for many years. They are always so friendly and informative. My dogs don't get out much and they do a wonderful job not making me feel bad about them being a little crazy. Wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.

The time had come to send Oscar over the rainbow bridge due to advanced stages of Cushings Disease. At 15yrs and 100lbs, he was just too big to bring in so despite the C19, The Dr made a loving house call to help ease his pain. Although he might have been able to hobble around for another week or possibly a month, his dignity was fading fast and so the call was made. Thanks to the whole staff.

Awesome staff and Doctor. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and professional. Made my dog feel comfortable and treated her like their own. She loved the peanut butter distraction during her shots.

We use Dr. Lillian Heron here and we love her. She has helped us a lot with the elderly dogs we adopt from shelters, and I feel she is the perfect choice for them. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Staff is so nice and they offer really good healthcare plans. My dog and cat love the veterinarians too! They've been so available and helpful for my pets and me. I recently moved but the drive is so worth it!

My dog has been going since birth and I have NEVER had a problem until now. There was so many things wrong with this visit but I wanna focus on one thing. As a pet parent it is my JOB to do research on medications you want to give my per. I also understand as a dr its your job to make sure the pet is in the best health possible. What makes it unprofessional and wrong is when you tell the parent they are wrong for wanting to check on a medication before you give it. By your own admission the previous formula had horrible side effect. Unfortunately communication isnt the best their either. I do hope this is a one time experience. Like I said we have never had any problem there, but today was different.

Very loving towards their patients. Clean and very professional staff.

They were unable to keep my appointment, taking patients who came after me, I felt not wanted as a patient, very unfriendly pushing for extra care and unwanted high cost maintenance add-ons, seemed to only care for added costs. Would not recommend .
