Dr. Batson is the best. She is very through, gives complete explanations, let's us know what to expect from medications, what to watch for and takes wonderful care of our dog AND his parents. We hghly recommend her.

I had been a customer of this practice since 2012 for my 2 cats, since moving to the area, for all their needs, and routine checkups. In the past, they had been caring and responsive to our needs. No longer. I woke to my male cat in severe distress. I called them, and despite being a longtime client, was told they couldn't see my pet. He died later that morning at Western Carolina Regional Animal Hospital - where I was a 1st time visitor. They took my cat in as a priority, and administered the caring, compassionate, professional care he needed.

Dr. Garland has been very helpful with our Australian Shepherds. She explains the issues of our dogs in great detail and we appreciate her taking the time for us.

My cat was at the office to have his teeth cleaned. They seemed to treat him very well. No signs that he was stressed. Appetite better now. Everyone was pleasant and efficient. They even called the next day to see how he was doing.

Everyone at Brevard Animal Hospital really cares about the pets!! I have been going here for a long time and when I had my dog Bella euthanized the staff were excellent!! Dr. Thompson was especially understanding and helped me through a difficult diagnosis of cancer with Bella!! I really appreciate all of them!!

Everyone we have spoken to has been friendly and professional. If I email, they respond quickly. Unfortunately, because of Covid, we have not actually met the vet or inside staff. Only the people who bring our pet in and back out to the parking lot. Still, we can feel their commitment to our pet’s well-being.

Dr. Batson is professional and caring and always spends the appropriate time for answering all of our questions and following up with additional information as necessary. BAH has been our go-to place for all of our cat needs for 11 years. This time it was only having claws trimmed, but they take the same care if it is more serious or just an annual exam. Good people all around.

Our dogs are our family and they have required extra care as one has epilepsy and the other has chronic bronchitis. It has been an on going struggle to balance care for both our dogs. Dr. Batson and the staff are ALWAYS kind and helpful each time we reach out (and we reach out a LOT)!
