We’ve taken our cats to Milestone for years and have always received the best care possible.

Have been using Dr Maggie Roberts since she opened. We have had many dogs through the years añd she has always taken excellent care of our babies. I trust her with all our babies. Milestone Vets the best in our area.

The entire staff is great. Dr. Roberts is extremely helpful and takes such good care of my dogs. She is very knowledgeable and kind. We have been using Milestone for close to 20 years.

Waited almost an hour for the vet to come in the room. Unacceptable.

The staff at Milestone is very friendly and most importantly competent. They take great care of our two aging Labradors. I would recommend them.

Max had a good night with a little whining but overall it went well. He and I slept in this morning and he is back to his old self. You and your staff went above and beyond to get this done without making Max go crazy, and I so appreciate all you did. As always, Dr Robert’s was gentile and patient with Amelia (fussy cat). Supportive and carefully explained diagnosis and options with me. Staff is outstanding!

I love all the vets, the staff and especially Maggie Roberts. They have been my vets for 25 years and have love my cats ????‍⬛ like I do. Would never consider going anywhere else and all my friends who have been with Milestone as many years as me feel the same. We are all family.

We just welcomed our new puppy into our home and this was her first vet visit. It was an awesome visit. Deena got down on the floor with her and took her time so that pup could get used to her. Dr. Maggie was wonderful with our pup as well. She also took the time to introduce herself and our pup didn’t even know she was given her vaccinations due to distraction:) All in all a wonderful first visit. We love everything about this team!! We recently needed to get Hennessy immediately into see her vet due to an unforeseen circumstance. They saw her right away!! Just wondering care for our 4-legged family member!!!

We have taken all of our dogs to Milestone for the last 25 years. Dr. Roberts is the most caring vet we have ever known. She truly loves what she does. She has helped us with our pets during the puppy stage and even the final stages of their lives. We are forever grateful for her kindness and compassion.

Because I couldn't spend $350 dollars on test, they charged me for the visit($65)and I had to leave without the insulin my Yorkie needed. He has been a diabetic for over a year. I just moved back to the area and went back here after some time. I will be running out of insulin in next day or so. Sure hope I can find another vet. They are more about the money then the care.

We love Milestone Veterinary Associates! Every staff person has been wonderful to us and our 2 dogs. Dr. Gallucci takes her time with us, we always feel welcomed and never rushed. The absolute best!!

Milestone Vet is a very special place. Dr Roberts and her staff are all very gentle and caring when treating my dog Tabouli and he is very comfortable with the staff handling him. I never feel rushed and they always make sure that I understand Tabouli’s diagnosis and treatment. It is also nice that it is a Faith based practice and they love their patients! I feel it is such a Blessing to be one of their patients. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience with my cat they really care about all animals not just dogs. I left a well-known veterinarian after scheduling a nail clip for my cat 3 times they made me wait over 3 hours. Do not use Banfield Hospital veterinarian they only care about dogs they don't make enough money off of cats. Milestone was wonderful they took time to explain what was going on with my cat gave him a thorough check-up recommended things to help can have a better visit and I really felt like they cared. Wonderful experience for fur babies.

EXTREMELY overpriced! Took our dog up there for her rabies shots and some ear drops and the bill was almost $600!! Will NEVER return!

Dr. Roberts is a magician with surgical procedures. She also goes the extra mile to make sure your pet has the most effective and yet gentle treatment. The whole staff exhibits the same level of caring and attention. We would not go anywhere else!

I highly recommend Milestone Vet Clinic. The staff (front office and all the techs) at Milestone Vet are and have always been awesome. They have been taking care of our little Lily for 13 years now. Always responsive and caring staff. I can’t even begin to say enough great things about Dr. Gallucci and what an incredible veterinarian she is. She is always so thorough in providing care for our little pup. She is always comprehensive and detailed in explaining her findings (when issues have surfaced) and patient and caring in her communication with our family about our dog. When specialized surgeries were needed, Dr. Gallucci always referred us to a great ortho surgeon. We have been blessed to have such an awesome Vet who truly cares for our Lily! Highly recommend Dr. Gallucci and Dr. Roberts and the phenomenal staff at Milestone Vet!

We have brought our dog to Milestone Veterinary in Greer for the past ten years. Dr. Roberts has faithfully treated our dog with great care. When we had to put our seventeen year old sweet “Schatzi” to sleep last Christmas we were broken-hearted. But Dr. Roberts and her staff were in the room with us and comforted us tremendously with sweet words of tenderness and heartfelt sympathy. We shall always remember that day and be grateful for Dr. Roberts’ understanding and compassion. What an endearing memory!

Took my cats here for a full exam. They were very professional and friendly. They made sure my cats didn’t get too overwhelmed. They listened to all my concerns and clearly explained everything to me.

Everyone was so nice! Dr. Yancey was very knowledgeable and ready to answer all my (many) questions. She and the technicians were all very caring and patient with my dog. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for an excellent veterinarian.
