This is the most convenient way to meet your pets needs. The staff is very friendly and professional as always. It's not only quite a savings but just a lot easier then dragging your pet into the office.

Went for a prescription and was treated as if I had never brought my cat to the vet before. The nurse had no common sense or any knowledge of animals or cats. When the doctor came in she did not introduce herself she did not make eye contact with us, she immediately went to the cat fondled the cat and walked out.There was never words spoken between us

UPDATE: The petmed mobile page on facebook reached out to me and ensured they would get order out on Monday, Dec 13. I will be updating this review as information becomes available. While I've always been grateful for the services provided by petmed mobile, I have been 100%ignored and denied the order I paid for and for which I have the invoice of heartguard meds I should've had weeks ago. Going on 4 weeks and STILL NO RESPONSE, NO RX. Disappointed and cheated out of $$$.

Overall a good place to get your pet treated when you are able to get an appointment. I think they are a bit understaffed at times.

Best vet ever.. They care and don't over charge for things.. Don't do unnecessary tests to run bill sky high... Highly recommend this group of caring staff

I wish I would of read the reviews before going. My new kitten was scene for less than five minutes and I was given $132 bill.. they don't discuss the cost of the visit with you until you're up there making life decisions. Like what if I didn't have $132. The doctor also came in so fast with a distemper shot that I didn't even have a chance to say, what's that, before her stabbing her in the neck. I won't be going back.

I have used Richland Creek for at least 13 years, both in office and mobile, and have always had good service. Until today. I will no longer be using this office as long as Christy Belcher is a vet there. She is the most unprofessional vet I have ever seen. No bedside manner. No love for animals. She entered the room, staying as far away from my dog as possible. Did not conduct any type of exam. Never introduced herself. Never spoke to the dog. Never pet her. As a matter of fact, I had to swab the infected ears myself. Not because the dog was acting out. The pup was muzzled the entire time (per my preference, not because she was being naughty), and never acted aggressively in any way. She took treats and followed commands for the tech. Belcher did do the heart worm test, and the dog squirmed at first, but she was going to quit after a couple tries and stated that the dog was going to have be sedated. For a quick blood draw? Yeah, no. She tried again on the back legs, this time dog was still. She had difficulty and had to make multiple attempts on both legs. She talked down to me the entire time, and evidently does not realize or care that she can be heard talking out in the hallway, as she talks very unprofessionally about the clients. The staff and vet tech (a young guy, did not get his name) were wonderful. Does not make up for the behavior of the vet. She is in the wrong profession.

Quick & to the point! Gave my baby her vaccinations, asked if we needed anything else. Will always recommend

Horrible clinic. I came in to try and get my dog examined for constant diarrhea over multiple days and the veterinarian did not do any exams and asked no questions. I was told they didn’t know and gave me an anti-diarrheal and said maybe it’s a parasite without conducting any tests. The veterinarian refused to come in and answer my questions and paraphrased through a poor vet tech who didn’t know the answers. Absolute waste of time and money, do not bring your pet here.

Waited 45 min & they never showed up. Went to later location & waited 15 mins & they weren't there so we left, along with other people. First place had their sign up second place had no sign at all. No way of getting in contact with anyone so it's basically a crapshoot. We wasted our time.

Was a very calm and pleasant experience getting my dogs vaccinated. Veterinarian answered questions & also played with them!

Other than having long lines and not always on time (which I completely understand bc they go from location to location) we love PetMed Mobile. It's an inexpensive and convenient way to make sure your fur babies are healthy and up-to-date on immunization.

Worst experience with a mobile pet vac clinic we have ever had. Firstly, they were late arriving and extremely unorganized. What's worse, the person who I can only assume was the veterinarian was very impolite and extremely unprofessional. When I asked the support staff if there were other options for medications available, she (the assumed vet) appeared to be quite bothered by their questions on my behalf - you could just see the frustration on her face through the window as she literally glared at me. The support staff, at least, were far more professional than she was. The vet just made me feel so uncomfortable, that I just took the three-in-one pill with me, and I will now have to take even more time off from work to visit our real vet, to be sure it will work without issues for our pet. Our dog has seizures with certain anti-parasitics, so I was hoping to get a little piece of mind by using something we know doesn't have neurological side effects, and something that we can split since getting off from work is so difficult these days. At least she could've attempted to make me feel at ease and explain the medication. We will absolutely not be back. Think about this: How would you feel if your pediatrician didn't have time to explain your kids' meds? Pets are family too, Dr. Too-Busy.... Lowndesville SC, 24 September 2021, 7:25 pm.

Very friendly staff and super quick and convenient service! This is a great way to ensure pets in the area are able to be vaccinated by making it practical and affordable.

The service has always been great but I can never get ahold of them by phone. I have been trying to get some information on my dog but they wont answer.

Left me and my senior dog in a exam room for an hour before servicing us...and it was for a quality of life/wellness exam!! Wth

It's convenient and the prices are great. I use the mobile vet. It's close and my dogs don't mind. Plus I take the vaccine info and give it to my vet just in case. I have one that sees just his vet. He does not like crowds.
