My first time getting my 1 year old Maltipo groomed here. I was extremely nervous because the last placed we took our new puppy for grooming, nicked our poor dog everywhere and did a terrible job. So I’m sure our dog was nervous and may have been hard to handle. But Jackie did an excellent job. Our dog did not seemed to be stressed from the experience . I am very pleased.

Awesome people so friendly and nice and understanding of any dog. They will always have my business and will always hold a special place in me for how they treated me and my dogs.

I did the basic obedience training with Corretta and my dog has retained alot from this class. My intention was to help my dog be more independent and it has helped her alot. She is a different dog when we go out, ppl are always saying they wish they could adopt her because she is such a good dog. She wasn't always that way her behavior improve alot from this course

We have left our dog here twice. Each time I just don't feel good about how she returns. It is like her spirt was broken. She does bounce back but it makes me think. Not thrilled about the staff, I think they could be more welcoming/friendly. I am trying a new location next time to see the difference.

We left our dog over the 4th of July weekend and they were amazing! It was our dogs first time ever being boarded and they were so great with her! She is a big Pyrenees so people are usually intimidated but they knew just handle it! They also groomed her perfectly! You can tell they really care about animals! Highly recommend!

This my first time boarding my dog with top dog and I am not impressed with the quality of this place. When we picked my dog up he was filthy and covered in dried urine. I am very upset with this place because we even upgraded extra potty breaks. They obviously don't let them out enough. I will never be back nor recommend this place.

Do not do business with Tierra , she is unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and hateful.

Just picked our parents dog, Murphy, after his first week long visit and we will NOT be back. Booked luxury boarding, pool time, nail trim - he got none of that. No one can explain why and it’s clearly written on his paperwork. Now we are wondering what else he didn’t get. My mom even called a few days into our trip to confirm everything he was supposed to be getting and was assured everything was fine. Extremely disappointed!

We have been using Top Dog to board our dogs for a few years now. We have always been pleased. This time around, the exceeded our expectations. One of our dogs fell ill. They informed me and even took her to the vet. They truly cared about her well being and felt so sorry for her pain. This right here shows how much they care about our pets. I will not bring my dogs anywhere else. Ben did a great job today. Just fantastic all around.

A big thanks to Top Dog for always loving on my babies. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that they are ok and safe.

First of all: The staff, it appears to me, is made up of very good people. The facility is large, and appears to have everything one would hope a boarding facility would have. On the whole, I had a positive experience. However, it appears that the kennel area is a bit lackluster. Hard floors and metal fencing that looked jerry-rigged. I could not see it well though, which added to my discomfort. The reason given for not allowing patrons to view the area is that of "insurance restrictions." While this is a fair reason in a way, it does not alleviate the discomfort of the customer. Other measures ought to be taken to provide the customer with some idea of precisely where their pet will be housed, considering the fact that the customer is paying specifically *to have their pet housed*. Secondly, my dog did return sick. While I cannot say for certain that the sickness was contracted at their facility, the dog presented signs of illness within 2 days of returning, so it is likely. Overall, would still recommend. A good business with great people. But as with any business, they have a thing or two to work on.

Incredible customer service, running late from evac from Charleston so I called them and they stayed late so I could get my dogs in that day. I will defiantly be going back to Top Dog Ltd.

Nice facility. Very friendly staff. So very glad they were not booked on Labor Day weekend. A breeze to make reservations at last minute. They even talked to our vet over the phone to get information about his shots when they didn’t get the fax. Picking up was easy too. So glad to know we have a kennel here when reservations at our kennel in our home state doesn’t pan out. Thank you for taking good care of Pudgy. He enjoyed his stay.

Gave us a hurricane discount for free boarding. Staff was incredibly kind and our dog was treated with love. Recommended to all.

Great service, great employees, great care. Their pricing model is exactly what I was looking for: standard boarding fees, and you can pay for extras, if you want. Other places I looked at were the same price per night as a hotel room.

If I could leave a negative star review I would. I am posting this because my family just went through a nightmare and a tragedy 100% by fault of this business. The employee responsible still works there and will not be held accountable. please stay away from this place for your fur babies sake, with the incompetence still infecting the halls, this will not be their last incident.

This place seemed good from the reviews and their website. However, we arrived to your it and waited for 10-15 minutes, just standing there while three employees were there. One was helping another customer, one was walking around the other employees and the third one just sat there staring at me, mouthing words and back to staring. Not a "hello" not a "we'll be right with you" just nothing, silent and staring. It was hard to withstand the stench anyhow so we decided to walk out and leave. There is no way I would bring my dog to this place. What good is a pool and playtime if I can't get basic manners and service?

Good first experience leaving our dog for two nights. We don't kennel very often because we have a working dog, and most kennels are set up to entertain pets. No frills like some of the newer places, but our dog wasn't overstimulated and stressed out, either. We will definitely try it again next time we have to leave him behind.

We have been using their services for 19 years +. Excellent facility friendly staff and always available to give me updates on my dogs if I call. Very personable. I love Top Dog.

Great experience here. Staff is super friendly. My dog had a great time. They even sent home photos. Will be using them when ever I need to have my dog boarded.
