They took GREAT care of our Breezy.. she had to have emergency surgery and they were cheaper than we had thought.. Wonderful staff!

I just called to see if they could help me off hours 12/24 with my pets medication refill. The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful extremely sympathetic of my situation and most apologetic for not being able to assist me as they don't carry the brand of food I needed prescribed. I highly recommend them as it's obvious they care about their clients and pets

THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Dont be afraid of the word hospital like I was I thought hospital meant $$$ but they were the absolute cheapest quote and came in under the quote for an EMERGENCY procedure. Everyone else said it could cost 1500 on addition to the exam stays blood work ect ect ect I called every low income place in the area. Greenville animal, animal ark, animal allies, mobile.clinic. Roper mountain beat them all got it done for 975 including meds, clipped her nails updated her heart worm and her bloodwork was 20% of everywhere else I called xrays were half the price of everyone else. If your low income and need help they are the best price got her in asap - and for low income they often say you get what you pay for but I got that and then some. Everyone there was amazing great people understanding prompt and my dog is happy and healthy and just got her staples out today. They checked on her 3 times in the course of 5 days and knew her by name and treated me with respect. Dont trust Richland Creek off stone ave or wade Hampton vet they work together for surgery. Said if I couldn't pay in 30minutes I should just put her down. I needed at least an hour. She lived through the night fyi and first thing 7am got her procedure DO NOT TRUST WADE HAMPTON VET - they make you fearful. Make you feel bad and try to overcharged you what they said they'd charge originally. Luckily after I found Roper Mountain They saved my babys life Shes a stray I found in the rain whose people didnt want her anymore so I took her in. I've managed to care for her but covid left hard times for me - so I just want other people to know call them first you wont find better. I called all over greenville spartanburg for 2 days.

As a veterinarian who is not in general practice, I can wholeheartedly say that the vets and staff at Roper Mountain practice the highest quality medicine and surgery. Some of the big things I look for include dental radiography, a good in house lab as well as a good relationship with a diagnostic lab, a well stocked in house pharmacy, and following the recommended standards for blood work, vaccines, etc. Throughout the pandemic and the constant stresses of this field they have been gracious and kind, and taken top notch care of my pets. I appreciate you all so much!

I've been going here for over 5 years absolutely love them. They are really great with both of my dogs.

My cat just had her first visit with Dr. Gleaton and I was very pleased with all aspects of the visit. Professional, affordable and caring. I would also like to say that Dr. Gleaton doesn't charge a fee for writing prescriptions like some of the other nickel and dime Vets I have encountered in the Greenville area. I will definitely use Roper Mountain Animal Hospital again.

Went in to get my baby rats checked out for a respiratory infection. They gave them both an antibiotic mist treatment and meds to go home with. Super nice and thorough. Will continue to come back.

My family and I have been taking all of our pets to Dr. Gleaton for over two decades now. She has truly spoiled us and our pets and set very high standards for the care we expect them to always receive. We have never once had a bad experience or questioned any of her recommendations for treatment because she is always very honest, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining all of the options and any possible outcomes. Beyond that, the entire staff at Roper Mountain Animal is always extremely professional and caring. We’re so happy that Dr. Ross is back. I can always count on Holly, Tammy, and Caroline at the front desk. They’ve several times been able to squeeze us into the schedule very quickly and often on short notice. All the vet techs take excellent care of my dogs and listen to all my concerns. Every time I’ve left a message on their line, they always call back promptly within minutes. Most importantly, everyone has done a great job making the COVID protocols a little less stressful which is much appreciated as someone who constantly worries about my dogs when I cannot be with them. Thank you to everyone at Roper Mountain Animal for always providing outstanding care to our fur babies.

I know my dog is in capable hands with the wonderful vets and vet techs at this office. I can't recommend them enough.

Reception is less than friendly that's for sure. Not a smile to be found or a care to be given. The nurses were nice though toward my animal and I guess that's what matters.

This office is directly responsible for paralyzing my Mom's dog. The dog had an inner ear infection that was missed multiple times by the veterinarians that led to paralyzing half of the dog's face. This dog visited the office many times, outside of the annual checkups, yet the veterinarians in this office never found the underlying problem. I will give credit to the owner/vet who discovered the problem and provided medication after the fact. If this were my dog, I would have sued this place.

They are super friendly and very knowledgeable. If you have an exotic then this is the place for you. The whole staff seems to care.
