Our favorite veterinarians. The whole team is wonderful. They always take good care of our fur kids and are knowledgeable about their issues.

They have treated numerous pets over the last thirty years. They are still the nicest people.

I deleted a recommendation that I wrote earlier this week for my Facebook. I retract my statements regarding the veterinarian that I saw on Monday 12/27/2021, and again yesterday 12/29/2021. She should have performed an x-ray on Monday, but she didn't. Now two days later, after her and her scheduling staff kept me waiting until 3:40pm in the afternoon, she finally ran an x-ray today, at my request and then she proceeds to tell me that my cat might die and needs to go to the emergency clinic asap. Monday 12/27/2021, this veterinarian said it was only a back problem and dismissed it as a back problem only. Now, my cat's in very serious condition at the animal emergency clinic. I don't know if she will make it or not. She's the best cat that I've ever had. This veterinarian saved one of my cats years ago, but I feel that she has been negligent with my 3 year old cat's health. My cat being young, the veterinarian took that for granted and only suspected a back problem. Smh. The veterinarian is very young herself. I'm hoping that lack of experience will explain some of her negligence. I have better luck with the experienced veterinarians at Poinsett Animal Hospital who have been practicing much longer. I don't suspect that I will receive an apology, but I feel that I deserve one, especially considering I have been a client there and loyal to their practice for over a decade.

Everyone was extremely friendly and they all took excellent care of my fur baby!

I had to take my young dog in to have some puppy teeth removed and the experience was amazing. Not only was my pup in and out faster than expected the price was lower than quoted. This place truly cares for animals and is very fair and compassionate. I would recommend to anyone looking for care for their fur babies.

Employees are helpful and friendly

Had to take my PomPom in for an emergency visit which they accommodated right away. I'm new to the area and had not selected a vet yet. It was an awesome, amazing experience! It really was. Everyone was kind, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. Even my baby girl seemed less stressed than usual at a vets office. Absolutely recommend and have definitely found our new vet!

The staff & doctors are always so friendly & knowledgeable! I trust my pets are in good hands with them. I know they're a busy office but they always remember my dogs & treat them so well.

I love Poinsett Animal Hospital. They always try their best to make the animals feel safe. My dog, Washington is a very timid and anxious boy and he does better when I am with him. Poinsett allows me to go in the back with him to keep him calm and its easier for them too. I recently moved 30 minutes away, but still go to Poinsett because of what a great job they do and how Personable everyone is; plus, they know my dog. I always recommend Poinsett to anyone who asks me

Update on the paw print. I called and spoke to the office manager about this issue. She kindly requested that a new paw print be made for little Hannah including her name which was the original request. It came back to the office in a timely fashion and Frances now has a Special Paw Print for Hannah. They made a difference for Frances in a great way. Thank you so much for everything . Going there for 1st time I was impressed how the staff especially Hannah and the doctor handled the situation with little Hannah. Very caring and kind. However I am going to say that the staff who handled the pet paw print are very different. Im going to ask my cousin to let me contact this office and make them aware of the problem. She lost her Hannah of 15 years and it was a hard day. I am glad I went with her.

Honestly, a delight every year. Always thinking about what is best for my pup physically and emotionally.

My fur baby was here last year and then we returned last Monday where the finally diagnosed her with extreme kidney failure why did they not notice this a year ago and my baby was put down! I am not sure what they are doing here

My daughter's dog almost died due to going to 2 different Animal Hospitals looking for answers. She spent $1000 with quick fixes but no long term results. Over the weekend Harley got deathly and I mean deathly sick. We called Dr. Felder at Poinsett & within 10 minutes he knew what to do. He is still on meds to kill the bacteria but is bouncing around like a bunny. Heads up we were told never give a dog topicsl flea & tic when they have allergies, always oral. They saved his life and we will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Wish we could get our money back from the vets who gave him everything's but the correct answers. A HUGE THANK YOU & THEIR FACILITIES WERE SPOTLESS. ALSO WHEN WE CAME BACK TO GET Harley they had him wrapped in several soft & warm blankets. They all are gems.

Great place and great people

Had to take my dog in, had to have surgery. Everything went great the Doctor that took care of Forest was the greatest the assistant helped me feel at ease at what was going to be done. Couldn't have asked for such at great place to have my boy taken care of. Everyone there is the greatest.

Every one is very nice and very professional and treats all pets as if they were their own pets. Would recommend them to everyone.

We can to this hospital out-of necessity and the experience was very rushed. They are experienced and prices are okay but they seemed to overbook and rush everyone in and out with zero time for questions. They pick up the Amina curbside and at the time of our appointment there were alot of others waiting for there delayed appointment as well. Overall the experience ok and maybe after covid it would be better but for emergencies and urgent care for a pet I would not recommend

Love to bring my kid dogs here , the love animals and take good care of them . The answer any questions you have and give you reasonable solutions . Definitely recomend Poinsett Animal Clinic.

This place has the BEST customer service ever! I called panicking because my little pup was bleeding from the rectum. When my primary vet couldn’t get me in Lindsey checked and squeezed us in. Thank you Lindsay! That’s not even the best part! Once I arrived, the doctor called (sorry didn’t get your name) but he was very calming as well they told me how critical my pup was I was an emotional wreck, but Shannon she was a god sent she reassured me that they would do everything for Bella. She even offered to send me pictures of her progress throughout the day. She told me I could call around two to check on her. I didn’t even have to call because Shannon took the time out this busy day they were having and sent me pictures. Thank you sooo much Shannon. This just goes to show that this place really cares about the animals and the parents! Bella will absolutely be returning here.......to her now new vet.

This is the best vet that I've ever used. I've moved and live more than an hour away, and still drive back here for all of my pets care.

They are always great. I have been taking my dogs to Poinsett Animal Hospital for over 20 years. They are very compassionate as well as excellent doctors and staff. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Poinsett Animal Hospital was great to me and my new pup Smokey. They got us in and out, and the staff were extremely friendly. They put my pup on his new meds n he now has had his shots that he needs to stay healthy. As a 1st time pet mom, they have giving me easy steps to follow and now my pup has a place I know who will help me stay on Top of his health.????
