Always have taken my animals here . My favorite vet left but the vets here are all super nice . The techs and assistants and ladies up front are always very sweet as well . No matter how far I move I always bring my animals back here .

Was not happy with the Vet at all. I stood waiting for 10 mins while one assistant filled the other one in on work and non- work related issues! Finally, I was told the room where my friend and two dogs were. After a bit an assistant walked in handed me the smaller dog and said they would be back. From the min. the doctor walked in, he was rude and had a terrible 'bedside manner'/attitude! I had questions he either didn't want/have time to answer! He kept trying to upload a video to show us. He proceeds to tell me to make a video of her when she is having these episodes and show him next year on her visit. Got up and walked out. Not before paying $500 for two dogs both less than 20lbs. to have three year rabies booster shots!

We have been a client of this vet for almost 14 years. I do adore Dr. Randall. He was always very responsive, caring, compassionate and patient with us. However I stopped going there this summer because of the person who answers the phones’ attitude. Rude and dismissive and almost mocking. We started going somewhere else. Recently my dog got gravely injured, got an emergency spot, and I took her there because they are the original vet, have her history/ records. When I reached there I walked in, (10- 15 mins before out appointment) presented myself and said I need someone to help me with the dog, I was going to wait in the car. When I got to the car I saw dog soiled herself, cleaned her, took the dog out of the car. Tried to hold her in the parking lot but I was struggling/ distressed because of the size of the dog. I called and asked if someone could come out to help me. After she went through name/ app time etc etc (mind you I am holding up a large dog meanwhile) she said let me check and no one came. I called again and I said I’m in distress can someone please come to help me? She said “it is not time for your appointment yet?” Which it was exactly to-the- minute!! time of my appointment. But regardless...what does this mean?! I am distressed and asking for help!! Then they showed up with small dirty stretcher and put the dog in a room on the cold, hard floor, right next to an air vent blowing on her. We were there 45 mins. waiting to be seen for an emergency app. The dog was clearly stressed! I started crying towards the end because I had no other choice on a weekend and I subjected my dog to these people thinking this is her original vet, she would get decent attention, ended up putting her in this situation. What we received was unkindness, disregard and more trauma in a very stressful situation. Of course we paid for this too. My remarks aren’t about the veterinarians, they are about the “receiving” staff. I will never ever take my dog here. It was my error in judgement.

I understand they are short a Veterinarian that I always saw and a technician but I was not happy with the veterinarian that saw my dog. She didn’t seem concerned about the issue my dog is having and 2 days later and a phone call yesterday she doesn’t seem concern that I will be out of medication for my dog after today. I hate to see this office go in this direction.

The staff was wonderful for my cat, Safire, after our family vet refused to work him in to finally ease his suffering. They explain everything to my Sister, Sybil, and was able to work him in so he wouldn't have to go through anymore pain. We both will use them again when we get another pet. Thank you again for help us and him in our time of need. Peggy

Brought our cat in after an injury. Turns out he was fine by the time we got there ???? The exam was quick but thorough and he got his death claws trimmed while we were there.

Not helpful at all. Very disappointed. Reproductive vets usually have 7 day availability becayse the windiws for success are so small. This vet had NO on call to do a Sunday AI and offered no help.

Unfortunately after taking our dog here for 2 years the service and friendliness of this clinic has taken a negative turn. After a week of calling and leaving messages (with staff and machine) we were met with rigidness and a lack of customer service surrounding renewing our pets anxiety medication for a large trip. It’s unfortunate that they care more about trying to have you book an appointment then the wellbeing of your animal. They’ve lost our business since they have lost site of their priorities. I’d look elsewhere for friendly more customer focused vet.

Updating my first review. Please note I’m not the type to leave reviews, but the service I’ve experienced over the last two weeks has been so disappointing I felt like I needed to share my experience. My pet had orthopedic surgery after a bad break. They had her name and contact info incorrect and I called two separate times and asked once in person to have it updated and was met with “I’m too busy to do that”. As a result my pet was literally called by the wrong name the ENTIRE time she was there. They called the wrong person after surgery after I repeatedly tried to give them an updated phone number when dropping her off for surgery. Took them over an hour to bring her out to me after surgery. I sat in the waiting room and I’m almost positive they just forgot to get her. I finally went to the desk and asked again after about 45 min and they finally went to the back and “checked on things”. They brought her out about 30 minutes later. They also tripped over her crate after THEY placed it on the ground in the desk walkway. Remember, she’s just had pretty extensive bone surgery… I cringed. 36 hours after surgery I called at 8:45 in the morning to let them know my pet was having diarrhea and hadn’t urinated since surgery. Was told they would call back “ASAP”….never got a call back. That’s the part that upset the most. If you’re going to perform surgery on an animal PLEASE be available and diligent about post care needs. I’m not sure if it’s bad staffing or if they’re short staffed but after multiple negative interactions I felt like I needed to share. Please beware if you’re considering bringing your pet here, I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience.

Lengthy automated message when you call, got put on hold right away, only to find out the vet is too busy to see my cat. They told me they are too busy to be taking on patients from other vets, so you should look elsewhere.

Dr. Randall has been my vet for many years. He is always very patient and truly loves his job! I wouldn't take my babies to anyone else.

Super responsive. They saved my little baby's leg after she was hit by a car. They even stayed after hours to complete her surgery. After a week she thinks she is back to normal. Best vet I have found anywhere. Best staff. I have no words to show my gratitude. I searched high and low, I actually went here because so many other vets recommended this place. ????

We've been with Dr. Randall for 15+ years. He's cared for all of our many dogs. Even though we now live 70 minutes away, we still come back to Foothills and Dr R.

Foothills is great for both vet services and boarding. Prices very fair and very friendly staff. I'd a 5 star but for never actually seeing my cats "living quarters", reluctant to give a 5. But my cat is always totally good natured and healthy when I bring her home and that matters!

This is difficult. Dr Brown was great. However, the experience with Foothills Vet office not so great. We had to euthanize our dog. I called and made an appointment. I was told we could do it outside or inside whichever we wanted. When we arrived we had to call into the office to be "checked in". 15 minutes later someone comes to the car to take Izzy and tells us to go to the picnic table on the side. I asked about being inside and was told "we're only doing curbside euthanasia". REALLY! There is bird poo and ants all over the table sitting in the HOT sun. I get a towel and clean it off. This was a horrible day for any fur parent. For them it was just another thing to do that day. Everyone who drove in could see everything. There were gnats flying around, ants just horrible that my Izzy and our family were so disrespected like this. Foothills people and their babies deserve better. This isn't ok I don't care what your reason this IS NOT how you treat people and the animals they love in such a time of grief and heartbreak. My next vet will be interviewed about their processes. I have 3 more dogs and Foothills will NOT continue to be their vet because I won't go through this again.

Excellent service for my cats and dogs. I have a Neapolitan Mastiff puppy who isn’t nervous about visiting the vet. The groomer is great too. Highly recommended.
