The staff was caring and patient, despite some “reticence” on the part of one of our dogs to be a good patient.

We have been using this vet for the past 13 years for both of our Great Danes. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and excellent care provided by Dr. Malphrus and Dr. Welsh. Never have to worry about anything being missed and all questions/concerns get answered. They love my babies as much as I do and are compassionate about the work they do. Thanks yall for being the best vet in the upstate!!

Loved the vet and the techs! They loved on Teddy and he had a very stress free annual check up. My appt was at 8:30 and I did not get called into the office until 8:55. Maybe only 1 or 2 cars in the parking lot. $27 charge for clipping toenails??? My groomer does it for $10.

I actually started to cry as I said to the doctor... "I love your tenderness." We were in the office and a bit emotional thinking it was time to put our 14 year old dog down. The doctor made us feel so good at a tough time. The office staff was adorable with love of our dog. There is still some testing to do but we feel we are in good hands with our issue with our dog, Chip.

We love this place. They are wonderful at caring for our pets and educating us on how best to care for them. The staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

I’ve had many dogs over the years and dealt with many veterinary practices for their care. NGAH is hands down the best! They provide great care at affordable prices which makes for happy dogs and a happy owner!

The entire staff are very friendly and helpful. My dog was at ease and (even with shots) seemed to have a good experience.

We just started coming here and it has been pleasant working with them and my two dogs for basic maintenance checkups.

The staff was very friendly and thorough. I didn't feel rushed even though my appointment was after 5pm. The veterinarian was pleasant :)

Dr. Malphrus is a wonderful veterinarian, thoughtful and caring with my pets but also fact-based and straightforward. The staff is friendly and engaged with the animals, too. I actually enjoy my visits to the vet, and I think my cats are secretly less displeased by the end of their visits with Dr. Malphrus and company than when they first get in their carrier to go.

Staff and Doctors are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Great job and thank you all so much!

Our dog had an allergic reaction. From the time that we called until we checked out, they were super responsive an super helpful. Our dog was fine and well loved.

I have been going to North Greenville animal hospital for a good 20 years. I’m on my second generation of dogs. Everybody that works at this location is very personable and genuinely concerned when you bring your dogs in as to their well-being. I’m always asked if there is a specific veterinarian I would like to use and my response is always ‘they are all competent and caring ,I’ll take who’s ever available.’ I like that they actually discuss options as to what your pet needs and let you make the decision.

Great effort and professionalism by Technician in handling two cats at once. Doctor M is always top notch.

I've been searching for a vet for a long time & saw an ad online for a free visit. I knew where the place was, it's convenient & decided to give them a try. I was really satisfied, everything was handled quickly & professionally. Anytime I had a question, the vet took the time to answer it in terms that I could understand. I will be taking my other two kids to them & would recommend them to anyone.

Dr Malphrus goes above and beyond. We have been patients for years, but this past week she guided us through a very difficult situation with compassion and expertise. We were having a health emergency with a family member while at the same time our senior pet became critically injured falling down some steps. She walked us through options and took into consideration our entire family situation. We truly would have been lost without her. What a blessing she is!

I am grateful to Dr Welsh and Melissa. Annual visits to the vet have never been among my cat's favorite things, but these two had a very calm presence, and I imagine that helped. They were kind and knowledgeable, and I have always had positive experiences. Two thumbs up!
