No paperwork Was not able to meet breeders Did not allow us to meet puppy parents Pup required immediate medical attention Pick up was at private home Contacted last minute that puppy was available Pup was unwashed What would you call this? In my personal opinion we didn’t purchase, we rescued a family member.

Have not refunded my money, though the welcome email says that they do. I have reached out numerous times with no response. If the welcome email didn’t state the deposit was refundable I would cut my losses and never leave this review. However since it does and no one has reached out I am posting this here. Just want my deposit back please.
