I have really enjoyed my experiences here for over a year now! Dr. Miller has been wonderful with my cat. The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and I felt that my Minerva was truly cared for during her visit. The environment is consistently clean, and I've been able to schedule routine appointments with ease. He has not yet needed an appointment, but I love that this office will treat exotics, as I have a ball python as well. Thank you!

Cleveland Park was recommended by my old vet before moving to the Greenville area. I took my cat for his annual appointment and vaccines and was pleased with the ease of the experience. Everyone was pleasant and easy to chat with and Dr. Hammett answered every question I had in addition to writing down recommendations for the things I asked about. Also, for a grad student it was one of the more affordable vets I’ve used!

Great vet. My dog started going there about 10 months ago. I’ve been very pleased with everything.

Loved this place when I lived in the area! My favorite tech left and we moved further, but had she stayed we would’ve continued going there! They are very attentive and nice to the dogs, can be priced a bit higher but it’s also worth it.

This place was clean and very helpful. I went there to give my newer puppy a check up and an update his shots. I left with answers to a bunch of questions and now I am able to better care for my buddy. They were very good with my puppy and he let them even cut his nails! Didn't think that was possible. I highly recommend this vetrenarian.

Front desk needs to work and improve on costumer service. Walked in and waited since they seemed too busy to greet a costumer walking in through the door. Since no one seemed to care I was there I made myself known, only for one of the girls to ask for my last name. No Hello how are you, or Hi how can I help you. Not to mention my boyfriend called to register our dogs for the front desk to just rudely say it’s online as if he was a bother. Ok he registers our baby online calls back to just say all the information he put online to the person on the phone all over again…. So what was the point of them asking us to go online if you’re going to ask what we just filled out?? Please work on front desk people as they represent your clinic.

Cleveland Park Animal hospital cares greatly for the health and well being of our animals. Their service is always exceptional and our animals are always happy when going for a visit. Vaccines, surgeries, or grooming, whatever your need may be, you will not be disappointed.

Let's just say I never write reviews. A shame. Been a customer here for 13 years. Place was great. No complaints. My dog is old and is having some issues all of a sudden and will not eat. Called last week for appointment, was referred to another "department". Person told me that they were all booked up (and used the word "indefinitely") and that I could be put on the cancellation list and would be called when something opens up. I was offered an "appointment" to drop her off in the morning and pick her up in the afternoon so they could get to her when they had free time in between appointments. I declined because she hates going to the vet and with whatever she has going on I did not want to leave her and possibly exasperate whatever it is she has going on. Also note here I was told that if it was something really important or urgent I should just take her elsewhere where they could see her right away. I was not even given an opportunity to reserve the next available appointment. Makes no sense to me being an established client and not being able to get an appointment for something I deem as somewhat urgent. Maybe try having some open slots thru out the day to use as needed; ya might lose a little money if the slots aren't booked but definite peace of mind for me knowing that is an option. So here we are five days later, called back, was told the shame shtick, but miraculously while on the phone there was a cancellation to drop her off and leave her. Again not an option for me sorry (trend here with pushing for this whole drop off thing; guess I'm old fashioned). Hard to believe I would go five days from the first time I called and there was no cancellations? Since I was on the cancelation list, would of received a call. Be wary if your pet isn't feeling well or could possibly be at the end of the life crossroads; they will want you to drop off your pet and leave them there all day. And if that isn't important enough, something that is real serious they will tell you to take them elsewhere. Does that sound like somewhere where you want to take your pet? I've made my decision. How about you?????????? UPDATE: So.......WHAT THE.....???????????????? My wife called and got an appointment in two days? Man y'all need to get your stuff squared away. Wife was told that they have same day appointments???????? Sounds like you guys need to do a little employee training. Still shopping for a new vet.

I've called them twice in the last year and had to leave a message as nobody answers the phone. Nobody has ever called me back. Awful service.

Consistently great experience! When we visit from out of town with the dogs, this is the only place we take them. They always offer a helpful holistic approach even if it’s no cost. Cant recommend enough!

If you don't know what's wrong with your pet, they probably don't eather. Fourth time going there, several hundred dollars zero results.

One star because the Vet is so nice and helpful. The experience could be a zero. I called for a *very* important medication refill over 3 times and would up getting a call 5 minutes before they closed (two days later) so I rushed over and picked it up and the wrong medication was refilled so had to wait another day. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, mistakes happen. I called on Thursday morning for three *very* important medications to be refilled. It's now Saturday afternoon, I haven't been called, the office is closed until Monday and my dog doesn't have her important anxiety medication, arthritis meds, and pain meds. Will be switching vets.

A few years ago my pug Dudley died on the way to this hospital. They were so kind. I said goodbye and they arranged to have him cremated. They even made a print of his paw with his name. Their bedside manner couldn't have been better on what was probably one of the hardest days of my life.

We’ve been going here for 5 years and service was amazing. I have left 3 messages to schedule a boarding reservation for my dog with no return call. I heard they switched ownership... sounds like customer service isn’t a priority anymore. We will be transitioning to another vet all together.

I have called this office 4 times in the last 4 days. Each time I am put on hold immediately when they pick up the phone and then I get sent to voicemail after a few minutes of waiting. I have been going here for 3 years and it’s very upsetting that I can’t count on you all to answer the phone. Also, I cannot believe you are still not letting the ONE PERSON go inside with their animal if they have a mask on. Absolutely ridiculous. My dog is terrified at the vet and it makes me happy when I’m able to be with him and comfort him.

We have been clients for 30 years but recently the service has been unacceptable. There is no excuse for requiring clients to sit outside and only interface with technicians. I expect to be in the exam with my pet to avoid some of the mistakes that have occurred.
