Dr. Elizabeth Alexander truly listened to how I felt and what my concerns were, but most importantly Dr. Alexander & her staff really cares about the well being of my fur baby Lexi Lue I've never felt like I could trust a vet till I came here!! This is the only vet I've ever had where I 100% Highly recommend them to anyone!!

My late father has taken every pet starting when I was a teen there.(showing my age now..I'm almost 50.) They are the BEST!!! Unfortunately, my own fam has had 3 babies put asleep in the past 2 years. And yet, Ambassador has been the kindest, most comforting,HONEST and professional staff EVER!!! Also, not for nothing, it's mostly female staff and doctors...to which I say...KUDOS!!! ♥️♥️♥️

Ambassador has been hands down the best veterinarian office I have been to with my girl, Cocoa. They are very attentive and always responsive to any questions I might have. All the technicians and front office staff are courteous and kind. Cocoa can get a little nervous when visiting but they always handle her with care and provide us with excellent service every single time we are here. Thank you Ambassador!

Great animal hospital. Brought my cat in to help with an ear issue. They prescribed the correct medicine and gave me great instructions. Was able to fully resolve the issue in two weeks and get her updated on all of her shots. All of this with prompt and friendly customer service.

Had an emergency illness with one of our pets over a holiday weekend. I could not have asked for better care from this staff for our pet. Definitely highly recommend.

I took my dog Oliver here when he ate a raisin, they were about to close and they still let me bring him in. The vet tech was awesome and really helped me not panic. I don’t usually leave reviews but this place definitely deserves 5 stars.

One of the friendliest staff I have ever seen everyone you come in contact with is very professional and always willing to help. Vet gives you enough time to answer questions that you may have and techs are always great with my pup.

Super professional, knowledgeable, caring, and friendly staff. It's a one stop "shop", because they can do it all. X-ray, ultrasound ... Two other Veterinarians didn't know one of my cats was severely sick and kept us waiting for weeks to have her diagnosed somewhere else. When we decided to take matters in our hands and found Ambassador Animal Hospital, which agreed to see us the next day! They had all the tools to diagnose cancer. Unfortunately at that time it was to late already. We had to let her go and the Ambassador team did a great job. Very tasteful, caring ... 8/2020 I had my other cat there three times by now and every time they are doing an outstanding job. Caring, professional, and super friendly, simply the best! 7/7/2021

I went from having the worst week of my life, to having a ray of hope. Even if my dog isn't able to make it, we are already happy we came here. Just wish we had come sooner. The whole team shows they care from the moment you walk in!

The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! I've taken both my cats there since they were kittens and they are always so good with them.

My husband and I love this place. They always love seeing our cat Mango when we bring him in each month for his medicine and to get his nails trimmed. Today we will taking our new puppy Melon for her first visit. I would highly recommend Ambassador Animal Hospital if you are looking for a great place to take your fur babies. 10/10.

Today we had to do the hardest thing ever we had to put our dog down it's something know one wants to do our dog was family she was more than a dog she was family her and my youngest son had the same birthday almost 3 days apart they grew up together she was my son's best friend so having to make the decision to have her put down was the hardest thing but I knew she was suffering the lady's that work at ambassador are the most kindest and amazing woman they let my boyfriend go pick up all the kids so they could see her one last time and say goodbye they never rushed us let us take all the time in the room with her before and after checked on us explained everything to us thank you for being amazing during this hard time

We love Dr. Alexander at Ambassador! Our pups have seen her for years, and we totally trust her with their health. She is thorough, and truly cares for our pups, Janeway and Macy. The other staff are also always very helpful and caring in person and over the phone.

Seriously amazing people who care and love their animal patients and care about the pet parents too! I am so happy that I found them. I won't be going anywhere else!

I was in clinic a few days ago with my cat and while O was being checked out, I heard the receptionist poor mouthing another clinic and making fun of another clinic and people who work there. The doctor was not pleasant, seemed distracted the entire time as well.

Everyone has been friendly, caring and responsive. They've taken excellent care of Vincent Van Kitty.

Ambassador has always been my go to, I used to even work here. They truly care about your pets and give excellent care. The receptionist Theresa was very great with customer service and friendly when I called with an emergency. Both doctors I recommend- hands down best veterinarians.

Ambassador Animal Hospital has been my vet of choice for years. Dr. Alferis IS our vet! We recently experienced a tragic loss and everyone there was so very lovely and loving. We greatly appreciate them! Though I cannot express enough how much Dr. Alferis is our preferred provider. Also, Latoya & Theresa are the faces & personalities you most definitely want to encounter when you are handing over your non speaking littles over for care. These 2 ladies in particular give us a sense of calm, understanding and trust. Mizzie loves them and trusts them, so did Stan Lee. Thank you, Ambassador Animal Hospital.
