Great vet. Great treatment. Friendly staff

From start to finish our two experiences with your staff have been nothing short from incredible. You take the time to answer all of our questions, and really get to know the animal. I don't feel like you take one look and suggest something, more so that you take the time to really understand the animal, and what will work the best for the situation. Also something that has been really endearing each time we have seen the doctor, he is SO personable and down to earth. He not only takes his time with our pets, but gets to know us as well. Great "bedside manner". Its a relief knowing our babies are in the best care possible and that we can count on your staff to be there every step of the way. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We can't wait for you to meet the rest of our little zoo.

Dr. Linebrger is great. We do need specialized care, Cardiology, for our pup and he facilitated the referral quickly.

I was taking care of my “grand-furbaby” while her owners were away on vacation and she ran out of her heart prescription. So I called her vet’s office (Lineberger) and left a message about needing a refill and that I am 73 yrs old and live more than an hour away. Meanwhile, I called my own vet and told them about my situation, they said that they would fax or e-mail the prescription to the caretaker's nearest PetSmart if it were their patient, to accommodate the needs of the caretaker. So I called Lineberger’s office back and told them what my vet’s (Sun Valley) would do. The girl checked again and said they would only fill the refill at their office! Total inflexibility, I guess their greed takes precedence! So I made the trip in stormy weather to make sure my grand-furbaby had her meds! Not a happy camper! Shame on Linegerger’s office!

The best Veterinary practice around! They are very accommodating in any situation, and pleasant to deal with. We could not have asked for better care for Frank when needed. Thank you Lineberger's for all you do to help with our furry one.

I have been a patron at Linebergers for over 15 years and have always been impressed by their compassion, care, and dedication to my pets. These past few months, I have really seen how truly amazing the staff at Lineberger's is. My oldest fur baby, Adler, recently had an accident that required her to go visit Linebergers a few times a week. Adler is old and blind and she, unfortunately, had an accident in which all four of her paw pads got severely burned. I was so worried about Adler and immediately took her to Lineberger's. I knew that she was in a lot of pain and was extremely concerned that there would be little that the staff could do to help her. However, the staff at Linebergers saved Adler. No doubt in my mind. She was seen immediately and given top-notch care. Even though the staff was not super familiar with how to treat paw burns, Dr. Smith did diligent research and found a honey treatment that helped ease Adler’s pain and hastened her recovery. Additionally, Dr. Corie was a huge help and has been with us through it all, making sure that Adler receives the best treatment possible. All of the vets I have met at Linebergers have been exemplary. The vet techs, too, have been a saving grace, always offering medical support for my pets and emotional support for me and my family. In particular, Evelyn has been a first-rate bandage changer, always being gentle with my sweet, geriatric baby and giving her so much love during this difficult time. Krista, the clinic manager, has also been a huge help. She meticulously explained all of the treatment costs and was very understanding of the financial burden it had on my family. Lineberger's has been so good to me, my family, and my precious fur babies. I highly recommend their office for anyone who wants their pets to receive excellent medical care.

Friendly staff, especially the young lady who worked on Saturday morning, 10/16/21 at 10am. She came out to get Cooper, who is not the friendliest of dogs, and kindly handled him after we finally coaxed him out of the car. I called back after driving away to get her name, but no one answered, probably because all were busy, or short-staffed. Many thanks to all your workers, who have all been nice to us.

I wish I could give 0 stars! The entire experience was very un professional and they clearly didn't care about my dog. They didn't know how to hold him and almost dropped him. The vet Dr. Lineberger kept calling my dog the wrong gender and refused to do the test that he recommended the icing on top of the worst vet visit is when they gave us his anti biotics they told us to give him 3 times as much as the bottle was labeled. When we asked they just laughed and said yeah the bottle is right. When I found a new vet they didn't want to send his file over to them till I showed up and pushed there hand.

My two fur babies have seen three out of the four current veterinarians, and they have all been spectacular. They are so comfortable coming here. One of my babies does not do well at the vet and the staff is so accommodating and caring when it comes to making her comfortable. They are very professional, but very personable too. Exceptional care, knowledgeable staff, and very reasonable pricing.

I really like these people ???? so do my dogs!

These caring folks have seen us through our whole herd that started out at nine kitties. Sadly, our last boy developed lymphoma and we were given good information, treatment options and a specialized referral. So, our dear UniCat crossed the rainbow bridge in our arms with their gentle attentive help.

15 year old Mimi dashhond 2teeth pulled and teeth cleaned doing geat thanks guys

I took my dog here to get groomed, and he has been to a different groomer and his fur was cut way too short. Today we brought him here and explained our past situation to the person who picked up my dog. We asked them to please just TRIM him. He originally had about 4 inches of fur and now he has hardly a half inch. Whoever cut his fur did an AWFUL job.

Staff is very helpful and caring...Dr.s are really great...everyone makes sure your pet is treated like they are part of the family. Really impressed with everyone.

Rosie our 4 year old American Staffordshire Terrier girl, did great. She was very relaxed when she came back outof the office.
