Outstanding service and very very goofs with pets

Total Kaos and waited over a hour to be seen and then all that matters to them is how much money they can make off you and your pet...very disappointed with the non professionalism

I called on January 10th and left a message to bring my puppy to get started on his shots today is the 13th and I still have not been called back so I don't rate well at all

They could not see my cat last Friday. I told them she was having PROBLEMS BREATHING. They told me I could come in the next Wednesday. I immediately called East Burke Animal Hospital & they took her within a couple of hours. She now has ASTHMA.

Very caring people work here. My mother's pets have been going here for years. Professional and kind, they love people and animals.

Dr Henry and assistant were very patient and friendly. Dr Henry explained everything clearly. She seems does care about both of my kittens Ashe and Oleg. Clean place! ????????‍⬛ Feel more comfortable! Thanks!

Great vet. Nice people to greet you. But expensive.

Service was good but follow up was poor. Dog ran out of medicine. Called to speak to the vet and no one followed up. Boarding service was top notch though

Healthy Petz has always taken excellent care of the many pets I've had over the years.

This is the 2nd time my dog has been sick and in need of medial care and medication in the last 5 months! My dog is in need of an antibiotic bad!!! And yet again they tell me they absolutely no availability for the next 4weeks!! I call every other vet and they don’t take new patients. We have been clients for OVER 20years! And when I ask what am I supposed to do about my dogs infection? I get told I don’t know! I’ve had to result to giving my pet medications for adults now for the second time! It’s like they don’t care if my dog lives or dies!!!

Wait time was a bit long and past appointment time.

Loved Dr Anton was my vet for many many years from when He was just starting out still good vets here and vet techs, my grand dog go here as does my grand cats.

As always, staff and doctors are professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and attentive to the needs of our 4-footed family member. Appreciate that!

Dr. Julie always answers my questions with information that I can understand. Each and every staff member I so kind and pleasant and loving to both of my cats. I can’t imagine taking my babies anywhere else.

We LOVE Dr. Furtado, he is literally the best!!

Mentioning Hillary ???? and thank you Dr. Julie for taking care of Jack. Dr. Anton was his doctor and a few times I have had to be worked in so we have seen Dr. Julie. Dr Anton has retired, so Dr. Julie is my first choice???? she does make us feel comfortable and that is a big deal with Jack !

Dr. Julie and her team always go out of their way to make sure my little ones are given the best care. She is, simply put, an exemplary vet. The entire team at Healthy Petz treats my dogs and kitty as if they were their own and I couldn’t ask for more.

Dr. Julie and staff at Healthy Petz are always compassionate and sincere when caring for our Reese. We are incredibly lucky to have Dr. Julie’s expertise and caring heart right in our hometown!

I'm sad that Dr. Anton is leaving but he's leaving a great office and I hope they keep his values and love up.

Healthy Petz has ALWAYS been there for me. Remi right now weights a little over 3 pounds and 4 years old. He has been a regular at this Vet clinic. I have seen Dr. Henry the last couple of times. She is VERY THOROUGH, pleasant, communicates extremely well. Absolutely could not ask for better care or treatment. Thank you!!! Dr. Henry!!
