This is one of the best vets I have ever been to! Front staff are sweet, friendly, and professional. Both vets are great with any of my 5 fur babies and I recommend giving them a try as they are honest about care without price gouging. I wish all vets were like this one!

Our dog had a procedure. A drain unfortunately had to be placed due to the high volume of drainage. When we picked up our dog, he had blood all over his face, neck, chin, and ears. The drain emptied the bloody drainage literally straight onto our dog's face and head. There was nothing in place to collect it or keep it from soiling our dog ongoing. This led to soiled clothing, car, floors, walls, etc. I have never seen a drain left in place to just drain out and not be collected in some fashion (guaze around it or something). There was no consideration to the overall affect of this. We had to contain him in a bathroom and keep him separate from our other pets and family. I was disappointed completely and would not recommend. We should have had proper planning for this and known what to expect. There are drain options in humans. We had no warning about the drain or what to expect from it to allow us to ask questions and plan. All other care at Grace has been very good. But today was unbelievable and not acceptable. I also heard them telling someone on the phone they had no appts for today and suggested they take their pet to an emergency clinic but that clinic didn't open until 3. This was at 740am. I felt so sorry for the person needing to get their pet care.

Dr. Sprinkles excels at treating animals as sentient beings - he is the first vet to have provided pain medications to reduce pain and distress after neutering. Instead of days of pain and discomfort while wearing the "cone of shame" like all our other rescues, our rescue kitty, Shadow, has enjoyed a gentle healing process. AMAZING CARE! THANK YOU!

Staff is very friendly and informative. My dog Cali Rose got spayed there. She did great and was up and running the next day. No issues at all. Thanks Dr. Sprinkle. Highly recommend.

I have taken my ferrets to a few different vets, but Dr. Sprinkles is by far the best. It is obvious that he is more knowledge and caring than any other vet we’ve seen. I like that if he doesn’t immediately know the answer, he takes the time to research. Once my baby had a blockage and although Dr. Sprinkles was not able to see him due to being fully booked, the lady on the phone called around to other vets in the area and got me an appointment that day. It was very kind and unexpected! They go above and beyond at Grace.

I've waited until we've been with Grace for a while before posting. Our golden doodle was suffering from atypical Addisons. We shared this with our previous vet. We were told it was kidney failure and we should prepare to lose our dog. After a second opinion at Grace, our dog received appropriate treatment for Addisons and made a full recovery. Grace hospital saved the life of our dog. Customer service is exceptional. The staff and vets listen to pet owners and value input. Our dogs are literally excited to see the team here. We are thankful for this team.

Appears to be a top notch establishment. We had a second rabbit spayed here on this visit.

I see 1 star comments but these guys are 5 star people that just work so hard no one really knows. They have blessed me and my pets beyond measure. You will not find a more caring, hard working, loving, funny, intelligent, just amazing staff and Veterinarians. Please be kind to them, it’s been a rough 18 months and no one really knows how hard they have had to work. Love you guys, thanks for all you do!

I moved here from Charlotte and took both my dogs to grace and was pleased with the price and appointment. But came home from work and my little dog was not putting weight in one leg. Called immediate and was told no appointments for three days. Take her to emergency vet (1:30 in afternoon). Been a dog owner for 20 years and used east Lincoln in Denver. If I ever had an emergency they took me immediately. I am not searching for a more empathic vet in Gastonia.

My first visit here with my ferret babies! I will say this is my new favorite Vet and I will continue to come here! This is one of the few places accepting ferrets and our doctor was extremely knowledgable about them. The office is also very clean and beautiful! Friendly and happy staff thankyou guys so much!

I love Grace Animal Hospital! It was hard finding a place to take our sweet Winston when we moved to Clover. We found GAH and they are amazing! They are wonderful, kind and loving to him. He loves them and that means a lot to this dog mom ❤️

We love Grace Animal Hospital! Having moved back to Gaston County after being away for several years, I chose Grace based on reviews and I haven't been disappointed so far. Dr. Morrissey was great with our 9 year old Briard, Judge, and put a lot of my fears to rest with my dogs aging issues.

Office staff, techs, Veterinarian were supreme professionals and super nice. Affordable fees.

The staff was very friendly and helped put my cat at ease, which made the visit so much easier. The vet was very friendly, and took the time to answer questions and make sure I understood everything before he left. I will definitely be going back!

Best Vets,Vet Techs and the friendliest staff. I have tried out several vets and this is the best one,hands down. With 4 cats and a dog I need a reasonably priced place. They are very competitive here.

My mom and step dad referred Dr.Sprinkles.He has been taking care of their 13th year old boxer max.He has been sick with cancer and other issues but under his supervision is doing well and one happy dog.Bringing a new born pit bull into our home had us worried since we haven't had a pup since we were both kids.Dr.sprinkles helped out with the flea infestation an answer a lot of questions that is some good advice. This will B patches doctor for the rest of her life she's one happy and beautiful puppy.The staff speaks for itself everyone is incredible at Grace Animal Hospital
