Always quality , quick, service with great care at a good price. They love my fur babies and it shows when they interact. I have recommended them to several of my friends.

I have taking my animals here a few times always great staff the vets are wonderful not long wait time. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital and cost is cheaper then most places.

Do NOT USE THIS VET!!!!!!!! You try to help the one that is alive and will not help!!!!! But I got heart worm meds at my door today that was DEAD!!! REALLY?????????

The prices they charge here are very expensive. Your better off finding someone locally that treats dogs themselves. $375+ for just one visit. Another $90 for the medicine I had to pay for my dog. I highly do not recommend this place. They don’t have payment plans either for those who can’t afford what they charge you. The care credit they have is a phony mess as well.

My corgi was hit by a car and broke his two back legs and we were absolutely heartbroken and terrified we wouldn’t be able to afford the help he needed. The doctor and staff here REALLY care about their patients. The doctor made it her mission to save my Gus’s legs. I can’t thank them enough. I would recommend this place over and over again!

I cant say enough about the kindness and care we've experienced through yhe years at Gaston Vet. When 17 year old pup needed to be sent to heaven they were gentle and kund. When i went to pick up his ashes they surprised me with a wonderful gift of his paw print in plaster. I had no idea that they were doing this! What a touching, kind gesture. i will never forget this ❤

Gaston vet has taken care of our beloved pets for many years. The staff and docs are compassionate, thorough and professional. I feel confident in their care because I can tell that they love my pets as much as I do.

I always take my pets here. They are always busy, but are quick to get you in. The staff are always friendly and the vets take their time to explain things. You can tell they really love animals here and have the pet’s best interests in mind. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

This morning, I had a heart breaking severe emergency with my Rescue Dog, His name was Harley, I have had him 5 years I called 2 vets near my house. Both seemed concerned, until they asked the bred of my dog. Once they heard Blue Pit, I could hear and feel the change of concern for him immediately. He was bleeding uncontrollably and I was out of my mind. Both Vets said I had to make an appointment or take him somewhere That took emergencies. I called Gaston Veterinary On Franklin in Gastonia, The lady I talked to on the phone was amazing, Her name is LeAnn, she calmed me down and talked and walked me through getting Harleys bleeding under control. Told me to bring him in immediately, They took him in and unfortunately we had to put him down. But I have to say, The Vet was so compassionate, concerned for my feelings, and the whole staff catered to me. I was impressed to say the least. I admire this Vet and His whole Staff. This Animal Hospital has my RESPECT 100% Thank You

If we are going by appearance it could use a major makeover and the receptionist could at least pretend to be animal lovers..... they just greet you with a very basic

The service is good and it's cheaper than anywhere else I've gone to with my pets and I love it. The vets are good with the animals bas well. I've brought my animals to them for a little over 4 years and I like the service done with my pets

We have been going here for years and we have gotten consistently good service and care for our various dogs. You can tell that everyone who works there is a true animal lover!

After having to take our cat to the Denver Emergency Vet for an injury and them telling us his entire leg would need to be amputated, our friend told us to go to Gaston Vet. We are so glad we did! The emergency vet was going to amputate his entire leg but the dr here said he was putting a bit of pressure on it and would be a good candidate for a splint. She explained to us the pros and cons of each of our options and we went with splinting his leg. He adjusted to the splint in less than an hour after getting home. Now we are a month from the injury and he’s out of his splint and back to playing exactly as he did before he broke his leg! He hardly limps. We are so happy with the care he got from Gaston Vet & especially Dr. Wilhelm for really taking the time to help us make the best decision for our Toby. Pictures attached are him in his splint and him after he got it off. ????

This is the Best Veterinary Clinic I have ever been to. DR.Sheri Welham was excellent. We had to put our Baby down. ( Blue Min Pin ) It almost killed my husband and I. DR.Sheri was more than understanding. We could feel the Love for Animals she has. A Big Thank You for everything.

I went today with my Chihuahua mix. She had an eye injury. The wait time was almost non existent, I was in and out faster than I've ever been. Dr Gerstner was amazing and the vet tech who helped her had my timid dog cuddling up to him asking to be petted, which she never does. I will be coming back!!! I can't recommend them enough.

Do not board your dogs here. This place is horrible! I asked for my dogs to be next to each other . A pit Bull and a small dog then to learn they were in the same kennel. The pit had used the bathroom and the other dog was allowed to play in it ....(.. sickening. )Then they claim they separated them . Both dogs were thirsty upon arrival and hungry has it was obvious they hadn't been fed and they definitely didn't feed or walk them . Also they were both sick for a while !????

My pup managed to mess up his eye pretty good, and my work schedule makes doctor and vet appointments difficult. Since Gaston is a walk-in vet hospital, I was able to get my dog in right after work. I didn't have to wait long, and the staff was really sweet. The prices are reasonable, which is a huge plus since I work on a budget. We're still working on my pups eye situation, but they've been able to help him a lot so far!

We always get wonderful care for our dog. Have been using them for over 25 years.

Thr staff is always so very kind and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, ive had to put 2 furbabies down this year and both times everyone of the staff members made sure the babies were comfortable at all times.They go above and beyond when you and your furbaby needs help. They are not judgemental or short with you. If you have general care questions the do their best to assist you. The receptionists are all super sweet and if you have any questions they dont know the answer to they will go ask a veterinarian to make sure the information they give you is correct and accurate. Thank yall so much for everything yall do!
