I am so happy to have taken my newly adopted rescue Great Dane Lola to Queen City Animal Hospital. The entire staff was kind and professional and went above and beyond to welcome us both and make us feel at home.

The team at Queen City is exceptional and all have their own authentic professionalism both with their human and animal friends! Would absolutely recommend anyone with an animal to Queen City Animal Hospital!

Was our first visit, and they were awesome - from the front desk to the vet. They didn't push extra stuff, listened to what was going on, and followed up two days later to be sure all was ok. Looking forward to their help with keeping our pups happy and healthy.

Queen City Animal Hospital is absolutely amazing! The love they have for animals is so evident in their compassionate care. As a pet owner I always feel a sense of relief knowing those attending to my pet truly care! I have had bad experiences in the past with other veterinary practices. Dr. Hreiz and Dr. Cline are truly special. They go above and beyond to make sure you understand what is going on with your pet. I have 3 Cavaliers and Dr. Cline is amazing with them! Highly recommend both doctors!

Everyone was very nice and had great information about my dogs health. We will definitely be coming back.

Takes weeks to get a problem-focused visit ("yeah, your dog is peeing blood, see you in a few weeks") unless you call and beg for an earlier slot, they don't call you back with test results and they forget to order medications. No medications on site-- they send your prescription (eventually, if you call back enough times) through their mail-order service while your pet WAITS in pain. And, now they want deposits to hold appointments. Nope-- other vets aren't this way, so taking my business elsewhere.

The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. They took the time to send me a detailed quote for a procedure I inquired about. I also LOVED the report card they sent once the visit was over. It provides a detailed report of everything the doctor did with your furry friend and all of the doctor’s evaluations. Would definitely recommend them!

I took our two senior dogs here for the first time and had a wonderful experience! The staff was all so friendly and the space is clean and inviting. There is calming music playing for your pets and the vet tech and Dr. Diaz both spent more time with us in the exam room asking and addressing questions than any other vet ever has. My dogs are usually incredibly anxious at the vet and can't wait to leave but both of them were pretty chill and seemed to be at ease. It was also one of the more affordable vets we've ever been to. I could feel how much they care for both the animals and their owners and am impressed and grateful for the care received. We will definitely be returning to QCAH!

Queen City Animal Hospital is our go-to vet for our pup. She runs into allergies that unfortunately require medication (drops, pills). Everyone at Queen City is excellent to work with, and our dog seems relaxed when they administer the check-up. And that’s not our dog’s usual disposition. Thanks to everyone for their attention, care, and thorough explanations.

It was our first visit at Queen City Animal Hospital and it was incredible! They were very helpful, professional, and kind. They knew exactly how to make my anxious dog feel comfortable and taken care of. They spent as much time with us as needed and answered all of the questions I had. We are so glad that we found QCAH and would highly recommend!

Every time I pull up to the Queen City Animal Hospital, my pup goes nuts with excitement. He does not do that for any other place we frequent-- including daycare, the park, or the dog bar. The staff here are so friendly and professional... whether it's for his third ear infection in the past 3 months or retrieving the engagement ring he ate from his stomach ????. Honestly, I get jealous because the care here seems better than my own primary care physician. Highly, highly recommend! Picture below: eating hand fed treats from the doctor!

Everyone is extremely pleasant and professional.

We went here to have my gecko checked.She's not eating for more than a week and turned out she had stomatitis.They gave her antibiotic and pain reliever.It takes time for my gecko to recover but now she's ok!and by the way I also changed her food from mealworms to crickets and she loved it!highly recommend this clinic!

We just moved to Charlotte and took our 11 year old pup in for her annual checkup. QCAH is the most stylish and modern vet facility I've ever been to. And the doctor was the most thorough vet I've ever been to. She offered to do extra research on an issue my dog has been having with her skin for years, which other vets have never offered to do. I'm really grateful to have found such a wonderful vet practice in our new city!

After an accident, I spent 2 hours on the phone to find an available vet. It was a nightmare. Queen City Animal Hospital was the only one available. They took Jumpie in. He spent there all day and they took great care of him. Great people. Thank you for saving my family member!

I love the attention to detail and the dedication QCAH staff show! My girls were seen for their well visits and the time Dr Diaz took to go over their health and well-being gave me such comfort! Despite a busy schedule, I did not feel she was “watching the clock”to end the visit. The follow-up reports and phone calls from the doctors is impressive. Love going to Queen City Animal Hospital. Every time we are concerned, they are so helpful over the phone. The wait time for apts sometimes is a little long but if technicians can handle it they alway get us in right away. The staff is so friendly to us and our pet. They are so caring and supportive they make being a pet parent so much less scary! Our Avi is always in good hands with them.

My rabbit got neutered here because of a vet friend recommendation. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive. Dr. Hreiz is very informative, professional and knowledgeable. A few weeks after the surgery, my rabbit is no longer separated from our cat because he stopped chasing her. My rabbit is less aggressive and stopped grunting/circling. I plan to continue having health checks here for my rabbit in the future!
