A very friendly and professional neighborhood vet who will do what's necessary to help your pet without overcharging. He could have charged me $100's for an X ray first visit but said to hold off for a week to see if my dogs limp healed and it sure did! Love Dr. Paul.

Very bad experience here. Over priced and un-professional.. Place is small and dirty. Water stains on walls and ceilings..

terrible VET! charged to approve hartgraud over the phone because I would not buy it from them.... I would not recommend anyone that forces their clients to buy from them or they Charge you $8 to approve an over the phone request!! Terrible!!

I recently moved to NC but will gladly make the drive. Karen is always so nice and professional over the phone. I have a 14 year old chihuahua who prefers women to men but she immediately warmed up to Dr. Willoughby. He must be a dog whisperer! I have lived in multiple states over the years and would say this group has provided my fur baby with the best quality of care, highly recommend!

This Veterinarian is wonderful, gentle and upfront. I don't have to pay overpriced "Wellness" visits every 3 months when I know my pet are fine. If I went to my own physician every 3 months, he'd probably ask me to seek psychiatric help. I don't like giving my pet prescription medications only to watch the pet's health deteriorate and then this vet asks me why is this pet receiving the medications in the first place. This pet died and she wants to know why I switched veterinarians. If you love your pet, go here.

Dr. Willoughby is AMAZING! He really cares about your fur baby’s health and wellness. Equally important, his prices are fair. You will want to give him all of your business. Yeah, the office is run-down and in need of some repairs. But that becomes so unimportant when you encounter Dr. Willoughby and his staff. They are “good peoples!”

Best vet around. They send you post cards to remind you about your next appointment. Honest staff.

Dr. Willoughby is absolutely amazing! We brought our brand new puppy in a few days ago and were amazed by his compassion and true love for what he does. As soon as he walked into the room he sat her on his lap and let her give him LOTS of puppy kisses. We loved that we felt that he listened to our concerns and also provided advice as new puppy parents. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

Empathetic and experienced Vet care for a great price. I never felt like I was being told to do more than necessary, or had options not on the table with my cat's care. I would love to still use this clinic but I moved and they don't have weekend hours. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Willoughby is fantastic as well as the rest of the staff. We love how much everyone cares for our pup and how great the customer service is! We went to a couple other vets and Dr. WIilloughby is by far the best in the area!

Dr. Willoughby and team have a real love for animals and passion for what they do. I brought our new puppy in and Dr W let her lick him and played with her during her exam and made her feel so comfortable and cared for. He also really knew his stuff. No thrills, but it's the staff and doctor that count and they wont gouge you like a lot of the other offices in the area. Couldn't be more pleased with our choice.

Dr Willoughby met mr Willoughby and gave him a thorough check up and a clean bill of health, we liked the place and the care they gave our pup we'll be going back there, hopefully not very soon though

They truly care about the pets and the staff here is amazing... from regular visits to helping us deal with the rainbow bridge, they are like family and I don't know where we would be without them.

Dr. Willoughby is exceptional. He just completed some detailed oral surgery on an old cat we just adopted. The cat is doing great.

Dr. Willoughby is fantastic. The staff is great as well! The building needs a lot of work but I can overlook it based on the care provided!
