I take my cats to Palmetto Pet Hospital since 2004 and have very pleased with my cats care.

Very nice staff all around. Vets have been great and very reasonably priced.

The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr Martin is knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommended.

Dr. Martin and her staff are the "GREATEST". We have known Dr. Martin for 20+ years and she is always there for you and your pet. We have rescued almost 10 dogs. Dr. Martin took care of all of them and gave them the best quality of life they deserved. She is very straight forward and tells it like it is. In our opinion she is the best. She has worked hard to get the facility she has and has a very dedicated staff. She will be our Vet till the end. Love to her and her staff.

First appointment for our 10.5 year old German Shepard mix. Very attentive staff and Dr. Dane was excellent. We are confident our pup is receiving the best of care.

We have been taking our dog to Palmetto Pet Hospital for 17 years, from the time we got him as a puppy. When our dog got really sick to the point of hospitalization and blood transfusions, Dr. Martin diagnosed and figured out a protocol of treatment that saved our beloved pet. Since then she has cared for him, provided professional but personal care, remained faithful to us, and answered all our questions and concerns. The staff also have been great! We are very grateful!!!

Got a brand new puppy and needed a close to home and well staffed vet that felt like home and I definitely found it! They were very helpful and kind and I was able to get an appointment very quickly! Highly recommend!

I have only used Palmetto Pet Hospital for both of my pets for years. My Jak Jak loves Dr.Martin. the whole staff cares about your pets. I wouldn't dream taking him anywhere else.

I can’t imagine going anywhere else and either should anyone. This place values emotions and practicality of taking care of your pets. If you want a place that looks after your animal in times of need. This is where you go. The staff are amazing and second to none.

We love everyone at palmetto pet hospital! We take our pups Kali and Kimber and they even wag when we pull in the parking lot!! Lisa and the rest of the staff are always super friendly and helpful. This place is 1000% Kali and Kimber approved!

Dr. Merlo is fantastic. Our puppy's rare breed has posed some challenging and interesting issues with his health. However, Dr. Merlo has been attentive, quick to respond, and willing to go the extra mile to provide quality care for our new, little guy. Great staff at PPH! Receptionists, Nurses, and Doctors do all they can to provide help and care for your fur buddies. Two thumbs up.

We have been going to Palmetto Pet Hospital even before they moved to this location. They have helped us through the passing of 4 cats and 1 dog. The COVID19 has made it extremely difficult with me now having a service dog. They made an exception and let go in the side door into a private room since the rule for my service dog is for me to stay with him at all times. I wouldn't trust him with anybody else. Dr. Martin and all of her entire staff are truly professional.

Wonderful staff! They truly love animals and their people. I have consistently received fantastic service from all members of staff and my dogs, Baxter and Griswold, receive wonderful and personal care.

Dr. Martin became our vet when we moved here in 2013 and Palmetto Pet Hospital is excellent. The level of care provided by Dr. Martin is exemplary. All of the staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and consistently provide professional service.

I ordered flea prevention for my dog through 800petmeds. Normal vet offices will call or fax in your dog's prescription, but not this one. They didn't even have the decency to tell me up front. About a week later I received an email from 800 petmeds saying that they still need something from my vet. I called and the secretary said that petmeds wouldn't let them call or fax it in and I would have to drive there and physically pick it up. I called petmeds and they said that's not true. I called back to the vet and another secretary told me their office quit doing this 9 months ago. Wow! She also informed me that they have their own pharmacy as well and price match. At this point I am just done. Changing vets now. How ridiculous. So disappointed in this vet's office.

Knowledgeable staff but will charge you and perform services that are not needed or asked for. Took my pup there and on her second visit, they de-wormed her, which was not needed per the discussion last visit, and they trimmed her nails, which was also not needed because I had done it the night before. I did not approve these things and was not happy after getting home and seeing that they charged me for services. There are also more affordable vets in the area.

i wish i could give this place a zero star i call in for my cat to be neuter and the price was higher than most places so I asked for my records to be transferred and as i was speaking with the lady i could hear someone in the background just a cussing for no reason that is very unprofessional and that is not what you wanna hear in a work place. This place has had so much turn over in the last 6 months to a year with customer service no wonder listen to the way they talk. I don't blame anyone who would leave a place that is always using profanity. I DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Great staff and affordable pricing.

We have taken our kitten here since she was right weeks old. The staff are incredibly friendly, and get us in and out quickly. The vets that run the practice obviously care about animals, and it shows. They are open until noon on Saturday which is great for my busy schedule.

I've had cats and dogs all my life. Palmetto Pet Hospital is THE BEST vet hospital, bar none. The veterinarians and their staff are top notch. All of their animals are treated with respect, love and care. When I take my dog there, I have complete trust that everything needed will be done with expertise and loving care.
